I'm still wondering why DM needed to involve CN at all... what happened on the 9th to drop MS out of play? And why couldn't DM do the tasks himself?

The cell phone pings iirc put DM driving MS home in the red truck then heading to CN house picking her up for the ride to MB's house to drop off the trailer.

I saw a video of RB online and the familial resemblance between him and DM is quite uncanny, IMO. It's kind of sad to see how DM could have grown up to be a good man like his uncle, had DM not made the horrific choices he did, IMO.

All MOO.

The cat one? Yep, amazing the resemblance. Too bad the inner character didn't make it into DM's gene pool too.

Leitch asks if he ever had a convo with Dubien about pet cremation.
That'd be a weird thing to discuss with an IT guy.. IMO

Jury back.

 • #149
Yep, that's the one.

uncanny resemblance. several parts where has that sideways smirk just like DM.
So was the Dubien Burns' neighbour, and had a shop nearby the vet office?

Burns says he never discussed anything regarding a cremation business until he heard from Dubian that Millard had said they were going into that business. Burns says: "I was absolutely blown away," he said.

The Crown bringing RB to the stand prior to CD is brilliant, IMO. That is IF I am judging where this testimony is leading correctly.

All MOO.

Jury and Burns being called back. Burns says he never discussed going into cremation business with Millard "or his entourage."

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 1m1 minute ago
"I was blown away," to hear that. Dell brought in cats belonging to girlfriends and once his own dog. Easter 2013 saw Dell with girlfriend.

Crown: Were you shocked to hear Dellen Millard may be going into pet cremation business? Uncle: Absolutely blown away #Millard #Bosma

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 40s40 seconds ago
Dell called clinic to get uncle's number. Burns was in France. Burns called him from France and no mention made of incineration.

Burns says the last time he saw Millard was July 2012. Again, no pet cremation came up. "I have never been to his hangar nor have I ever been invited," Burns says.

Had treated Dellen's "Mexican street dog" for parasites in summer 2012. Mixed breed, small, beige. Crown done.

Yup, shared a ride with a wormy dog all the way from Mexico...

On that note: I'm not that good with memorizing which vehicle is which, nor which address, and I'm not local so when the different towns are mentioned I have no idea of the significance. If anyone feels like filling in those details when they come up, I'm sure a lot of us would appreciate it. Like, for example, I know there's 'the maple gate residence' or something, but I don't know off top of head what that is.

Maple Grove Rd. is very close to the hangar... not even 2 country blocks. Head south down Fountain St. and Maple Grove Rd. is before the 401.

edit: oooo I was pages behind lol

RB is amazingly honest and brave to give his testimony considering that MB is likely to feel upset over it, IMO. That is unless she is now becoming or is convinced by the Crown's evidence against her son that DM is guilty as charged, IMO.

DM as alleged murderer has shattered his own family's lives too, IMO.

All MOO.
