Is it strange that Burns didn't ask DM about the incinerator when he saw him? He said DM never mentioned it. But he also didn't ask? I wonder if that was intentional on his part, somehow, someway.

I may have missed something. In what circumstances would Burns (I assume you mean the uncle) have had cause to ask DM about the incinerator?

 • #202
Yes. He was mentioned in LW's testimony IIRC. Also, IIRC, he was among calls made from DM's phone on the morning of May 7th. Someone please correct me now if I have recalled this wrong. Thanks!

wasn't it the evening of May 9? ?? Asking if could leave truck in the driveway. All MOO and I could be wrong too

Didn't Burns say CD told him DM bought an incinerator? Which rendered the "I was blown away" reaction?

I think that was more so that DM and CD were going to go into the business of pet cremation that garnered that reaction.

Yep, I think you are right.... Guess I need more coffee. :shame:

Burns says he never heard the pet incineration plan until after #Millard bought the incinerator. "I was absolutely blown away." #TimBosma

Millard's uncle, a veterinarian, said he'd never heard of an Eliminator until Dellen brought it up #Bosma #Millard
<rs&bbm>

The above 2 tweets do make it confusing.

Now I am more confused....lol... DM DID mention it to his uncle.

That's a first. Physically blocked by police following a witness - Dellen Millard's uncle - out of the courthouse.

Shannon Martin ‏@ShannonMartinTV 5m5 minutes ago
You've seen them 100 times - the walking shot outside a courthouse. As a television reporter, this helps us tell a story.

Shannon Martin ‏@ShannonMartinTV 4m4 minutes ago
Cameras aren't permitted in the courtroom, so we rely on filming witnesses when they leave the courthouse, on the sidewalk-public property.

Shannon Martin ‏@ShannonMartinTV 3m3 minutes ago
We were blocked by police first at the elevator, so unable to see which exit the witness would use.

Shannon Martin ‏@ShannonMartinTV 2m2 minutes ago
When the witness emerged through a side door, police then ushered him back in the courthouse.

^ I get the sense that LB want the reporters away from RB so that the LB case doesn't get screwed up - important witness?

I tried to follow as many reporters as I could to make it as confusing as possible... ;)

The idea that DM could take MA funds to buy the incinerator and use it for another side business sounds ridiculous. If he put his OWN cash into buying it to start a sideline is one thing but putting on the MA tab says it was absolutely NOT going to be used for his so called side business. I suspect it is as some have suggested simply a cover story. I still have a horrible gut feeling he was planning on providing a 'disposal service' to 'other' groups in the periphery. JMO

I have no recollection about that at all, but paris_paris cleared up the confusion for me in Post # 177, as follows:

"I believe it was a CD making a call to DM. We speculated DM wanted to know how to get rid of the security video from the hangar."

So CD was making an incoming call to DM.

All MOO.

A Canada reverse addy search does bring up about 15 names and residential addresses on Maple Grove Road in Cambridge. No names that we've hard before in relation to this case.

Its possible the party that lived there in 2013 moved since then.

Can you link that? I grew up in the area and am curious.

DM told CD that he and Burns were going into the business. CD told Burns, and that was the first Burns ever heard about it. I don't think he ever actually saw the Eliminator.

Hiding the red Ram truck at a residence in Cambridge...hiding in plain sight miles from the hanger. ;)

Well it was charged to the Millardair garbage account. LW said nothing stood out to her about that invoice, so I doubt DM told it was a separate, new venture. It was just to be slushed in with the Millardair stuff.

On that note: I'm not that good with memorizing which vehicle is which, nor which address, and I'm not local so when the different towns are mentioned I have no idea of the significance. If anyone feels like filling in those details when they come up, I'm sure a lot of us would appreciate it. Like, for example, I know there's 'the maple gate residence' or something, but I don't know off top of head what that is.

Haven't caught up on today's comment/posts here. Sorry if this has been suggested already about Maple Grove Rd. in Cambridge. Anyone local here? Could it be the storage place that DM was renting? MOO.

Added: I notice also NAPA Auto Parts is just off of Maple Grove Rd. Boxwood Dr.

JMO, He may not of asked more about it as he testified "he was happy with his 3rd party incineration company of 26 yrs" and it seems him and DM weren't all that close. But on the other note, ya think DM would have spoken to RB more about it, seeing as he's a Vet.

I get too confused following all of them. I find myself watching Adam and flipping back here to see what was added by other reporters. Then I get more confused lol

I read it as "CD talked to RB about them (CD and DM) venturing into pet cremation" I missed where it said "RB and DM" talked about it.

LE said it was a bungalow with a garage- those are few and far between on Maple Grove.
