those texts between Scott and wishbone were really early Wed morning maybe he was trying to borrow a pressure washer? Shane had his in his van and I believe AJ said it was already stripped when he came in Wed morning..so it must have been washed on the 7th?

So who was DM setting up to be the one who broke into his house and stole some of his stuff? I don't suppose he called the police on that theft? Why would he? He's rich so he doesn't need his stuff back right? His house appeared to be a revolving door flop house for a bunch of people. Was this just another one of those random lies that don't make sense and don't fit into the overall "some other dude did it" defense he was hastily trying to come up with?

So I'm guessing she was cold calling 'For Sale By Owner' type listings. I note in February 2012, DM's phone number was linked to the Property Guys ad (attached).

What's interesting is the Oakville house was actually for sale the previous year in May 2011 (which is the same month DM purchased the farm for cash) by a different ReMax agent as seen on YouTube. I bet the airplane light fixture at 0:58 was DM's decorating touch.

Or maybe he regularly takes his phone with him when he travels. I know I do.

I do as well but only for emergency issues will I answer anything. If someone tells me they are going away on a trip, I don't try and text or call them.

When I heard the text info that he was 'working on trading his gas truck for a diesel', my stomach turned... again... the day before TB's fatal test drive... :tears:

I noticed that too .... almost looks like DM went out of his way to let a few people know he was going to buy or trade his truck for a diesel .... did he do this in advance to make himself look "innocent" if he ever got caught with a stolen one ??

If this another example of his version of "clever planning" ???

But officer, my gun, man purse and cell phone was taken...I'm innocent! That wasn't my Yukon and wasn't me at the hanger..they just looked like me....they stole my identity as well :facepalm:

Disregarding the no warrant issue, since when is it okay to make anyone bleed after handcuffing? Someone justify this for me. All the women here, justify this.
Waiting to hear why it is okay.

On the stand or not, is she telling the truth about this? I am having a hard time believing some people in this case. Did she resist while being arrested? While she complained about the blood, I wonder if SB had any sympathy for her? I think NOT.

hahaha, I thought the same thing when LW was on the stand today. IN MR's trial -Just when we thought they were done with the gf's, in walked another crew of them.

Haha I totally followed that one on here (and recognized some of your names a few years later). I wonder how many more girlfriends will be involved. Intimate with the real estate agent while dating CN... DM seems to get around. :drama:

I get the impression the message DM wanted LW to pass on to Scott. 'I'm too hot, stay away', might have been understood by Scott as a warning that the police were onto him, but it wasn't understood by LW. She basically answered 'Oh poor Dellen, can I come over and comfort you?'

DM drove to Oakville to warn MS in person, he wasn't texting anyone who mattered because he didn't want the messages picked up by LE.

THIS TEXT to me tells me he is knowledgeable of criminal activity. This really makes me feel not only does he know the lingo but seems comfortable with it. It is really damning IMO, subtle little clues like this tell me is really involved in alot more than just this case. JMO

I'm not so sure about the code talk - to me, it looks like he was brushing her off, made up a lie to reject her very obvious suggestion that she 'come over'. Standard defensive move from the Player's Handbook.
