Never, he says. He was tasked w cleaning hay out of barn. They had to spread it around fields bc Millard said it could cause a fire.

Transported drums of chemicals to farm. In barn kept doors, furniture. No farm animals.

funny worried about hay but stores chemicals

Ya, I'm not convinced that AJ or SS was the "setter upper" so far we have not heard anything that would be considered bad blood between those 3 (prior to the crime) JV was taken for a ride by DM,....grunt work, pay cuts, nickel and dimed like crazy, bad VH business conducts. IMO, it Would be easy for DM to say that JV set him up due to all of that.

Maybe set up as in....one of my employees turn my arse in? Then yes, that could be AJ through CS's.

He also watched the Leafs game there with his dad.

Impossible. Anyone who is a Leafs fan knows they were out of the playoffs at the time. He must mean Blue Jays who were playing The Rays in Tampa on May 6, 2013 (Jays won). Or he could have been watching playoffs. But he was NOT watching the Leafs.

Seems I remember a motorcycle trailer was seen being hauled away by LE from the hanger. Was a smaller black bumper pull trailer. LE had a large flat deck trailer with a smaller flat deck on it and pulling the small enclosed bumper pull.

Sorry, I was referencing the trailer with the stolen Harley RE: http://www.torontosun.com/2013/05/30/stolen-harley-found-on-property-of-accused-tim-bosma-killer

Edit: I misread your post, seems we're both talking about the same thing!

it actually seems like a pretty sweet arrangement for Javier...I don't remember the book keeper saying these guys were on the payroll..so I am assuming this is all under the table? Also he pays Javier a cheque or cash and then he pays his brothers.

I have a feeling that the Villada Home company was just a way of having a company that you own do renovations on properties that you own, but somehow DM never got around to properly doing the write offs and taxes I'm a bit confused though..it seems that Javier was the owner of that company because he was the one who got the tax notice.. Just another scam DM cooked up.

Shocking as it seems, the Leafs weren't knocked out of the playoffs until March 13th by Boston in OT. Crazy eh?

Well that is what I've been meaning all along.

Not true. The Leafs were eliminated from the playoffs on May 13, 2013. They played the Boston Bruins on Monday May 6th.

I'm seeing a pattern here where Millard latches on to people, roping them in to his shady dealings then by the end of the day has them working 7 days a week for basically nothing. Millard has absolutely no business operations yet he has his own accountant, real estate agent, auto mechanic, team of building contractors, plus one co-op labourer. Something tells me that at the end of the day these people were likely making little over minimum wage and were getting no benefits. Villata had to take a $4 pay cut, likely because he didn't have a choice due to the monies Millard so generously loaned him. I've seen people get taken advantage of by employers like this. They are usually well aware of how badly they being treated but they just don't have any other choices. Desperation makes for an easy mark and Dellen seems to have a knack for spotting those marks.

Relating to this morning's testimony:

So RB went to the hangar on May 6th, the day of TB's disappearance, prior to it, and took video inside the hangar. And the court saw it.
Question: DOES RB's VIDEO SHOW THE POSITION OF THE SECURITY CAMERAS?
Relevance: we know that hours later, when Smich & Millard were seen entering the hangar, at least 1 of the cameras was pointed down. (reminder: SS had the app on his phone to control/view them).

Does anyone else wonder why DM is retaining so many lawyers? If he had faith in his team from this trial, why wouldn't he use them for any other cases?

Could someone else please take over the tweets after lunch? :)

Here's the List I've been using:

https://twitter.com/SolutionsDaly/lists/tim-bosma-trial

It only shows the tweets of Bosma reporters Susan, Adam, Molly, Ann, Colin, Lisa, and Shannon so you don't have to follow a hashtag or anything.

ETA: You also don't need to be a Twitter user to follow this list, it should show up for you without a login :)

I am back through the freezing rain to the safety of my desk and can transcribe tweets for us this afternoon :)

Maybe he felt he could articulate better in Spanish....from his testimony he appeared poised and factual...remember IT... Stern but some of his testimony may have been taken out of context due to broken English. Will be interesting to see how the defence crosses him.... They were able to get under IT's skin with re-wording q's snd re-phrasing things...I think they will not be able to do this as much with the translation...maybe the crown suggested the interpreter????
