Was the IT guy on the stand yet?

It's quite possible that he was never intended to be a witness but I wouldn't be surprised if the Crown chose not to put him on the stand based on the performance of his wife. I wonder if he also continued to do "IT work" for MillardAir after DM's arrest.

Saw a tweet today that there were going to be 12 more witnesses and we heard from 3 of them today so it looks like we're getting pretty close to the end of the Crowns case. Out of 9 left, we know we'll be hearing from CN, MM and AM. Wonder who the remaining 6 will be.

One more day this week, SS.

Week of April 4th and April 11th... Homies... AM, CD, Hagermann, Spafford, Wishbone, Scotty, Quint, Hussey, Palan
Week of April 18th... a few more police and forensics to intensify the drama... then CN, MM for the grand finale

Some questions / loose ends that the crown has dangled...
- Riverside, what was in the bathroom of Unit 2?
- What is the significance of the hose?
- Which of the characters lived in Milton? Hagermann?

My opinion / speculation

I am interested to know when CD was told by DM about the Pet cremation business. This will be hard to prove accurate, but asking him when he told RB, will be easy validate. I had hoped they would have asked RB that question 'when'.

DM had the Eliminator for almost a full year and had still not approached his uncle about the new business plan. He even had the opportunity when he had CN's pet in to see RB.

Remember that LW_1 visited DM in prison, and could have relayed the plan. Not that she did, but I would be questioning it if he told RB after the 10th.

Have to say....I like your line-up a whole lot better than what Alex Piersen set out.
Can I come ??? LOL.... I mean it....too bad this is not somewhat interactive and we could let the Crown know what we would like answered. ;)

I don't think there will be an accountant up because the whole money thing is a red herring, IMO. DM could have come up with the money for the truck, but he chose not to. He simply chose another path. I think the way that he treated LW2 and JV shows he could find money if he wanted to...but DM actively chose to throw money at some and punish others with unpaid debt.

I think he simply chose not to buy the truck. He was set on stealing one. Whether he had money or not never really figured in his thinking.

I think Alex Pierson's comment -re: buddies of DM and MS, are likely to include several of the names from the list. :)

I believe Hussey already testified. IMO most or all, of the rest of this list of people will be taking the witness stand. I suspect their testimony will be illuminating.

After watching that video of the exhibit pics, this hose watering is even more mysterious. 1o hrs of watering on an incline.....where or where will the water pool????? Really DM, you really said that?

I misread this as the EXHIBIT being 10 hours. Which is how long today's testimony felt.

This whole hose thing is baffling to say the least. I am hoping we get more info than we did with the man purse. There was a lot of focus on that and really not much came of it

Excuse me- DM was going to build a deck there. Yes, I know you're thinking that it looks like a crazy area to build a deck and even JV said you couldn't build one there- but that's exactly why DM wanted the water to run for 10 hours- to see if it pooled somewhere on that slope. Special water. :fishy:

what's really upsetting me about this trial is SO FAR and I really hope things change...they have focused so much on DM that Smich might just get off or get a lesser sentence. Unless in the next few weeks they come up with some things to hit home with the jury, the jury might only focus on DM. Smich needs to be locked up too and I think the crown has done a poor job in showing he was just as much involved in this as DM.
