In one text to DM, Michalski says "clear to fountain." That's Fountain Rd, by the airport/hangar. #Bosma

molly hayesVerified account ‏@mollyhayes 2m2 minutes ago
Michalski was driving ahead of the truck/trailer, "doing surveillance." #Bosma

molly hayesVerified account ‏@mollyhayes 2m2 minutes ago
He was too keep an eye out for cops etc and notify them by walkie talkie if there were any issues. #Bosma

Why would he be texting if he had a walkie talkie? Just curious.

Whats up with the bacon...is that code for something??? Who plans on cooking bacon and veggies for a BBQ??? Now burgers with Bacon to top it...YES.

And I am sure every girl that knows AM is glad to know he did not consider them "classy" jeez :shame:

Could explain why he doesn't know too many girls....classy or no.....:hills:

They used walkie-talkies because they were living out little-boy fantasies of being on a 'mission'.

Sachak asks again -- did you say "don't worry his phone is dead?"
Michalski says he said "his phones probably dead." #Bosma

BBM..if he said this...how did he know MS had a dead phone? hmmmm

.....I find all this real hard to swallow, come on. I get the feeling AM has practiced and prepped for this. The more I hear from AM, the more I am convinced he either knew or had a good idea what had happened. Maybe this is the "lies" that ended the friendship between him and MH. I feel like MH was trying to be honest and remember the events, well I feel AM is very "rehearsed"

MOO

"Is dead" were Sachak's words. Note that AM corrected him by saying he said "probably dead". IMO, that's a good assumption these days. I frequently try to call my grandson with no response ... reason: his phone is dead.

Sachak trying his whole intimidation thing isn't working. His whole questioning is pointless and going nowhere. The guy just speaks to hear himself speak and make jokes. This guy is honestly the worst defense lawyer I have ever seen.

  • #246
AM says about DM's truck theft plan today:

molly hayesVerified account ‏@mollyhayes 1m1 minute ago
Sachak: he really wanted one.
Michalski: needed.
#Bosma

AM says yesterday: Colin Butler ‏@ColinButlerCBC 28s29 seconds ago
Because "I didn't think he needed to steal a truck" Michalski says. #Bosma

All MOO.

Is he? (Intimidation, I mean.) I will be honest--Hagerman and Michalski are kind of blending together for me, has Sachak (or Pillay) done the "YOU'RE NERVOUS AREN'T YOU" thing to Michalski yet?
