I still think she isn't being truthful. She heard about TB but she didn't know anything about his truck? That was the story, the reason it was on the front page! The truck was featured just as prominently as TB in the media, so how could she know about Tim but not his truck. So why would she lie about that? Because if she admits to knowing that Bosma was killed for his truck, the next question would be "This guy disappeared with his truck on the same night that your BF stole a truck and disappeared for the night, and you didn't put two and two together?"

Like everyone else she is minimizing her knowledge of it.

No, she did put 2+2 together and she did figure out that the truck was TB's. She told MS to go to LE because the B family needed closure. (MS had told her DM "did it all").

Another thing, in the days following Millards arrest she says that the crime is all her and Smich talked about. Out of all that she came up with "Dellen did it" and "he didn't say why". What else did he say? What else did she say? Put yourself in her shoes and ask yourself if you wouldn't have drilled him for details?

No, she said that after Millard was arrested. She didn't put anything together. Nobody did except for AJ. Not sure if you live in the area but I find it very difficult to believe that she could have missed this story in the media. It would be impossible.

People with pay-as-you-go phones aren't on them all the time, more just as they need a phone. MM probably didn't bother taking it to work where there was a landline. MM and MS shared an entire house with just one other person, and there was a yard, so don't think she was on top of him every second. Do you think if they weren't in a cell-sized bedroom together they were in the bathroom together? I don't think they were that close

There's news on TV 24/7, like CP24.

MM did take her phone to work. It was in earlier testimony from someone that MS was contacting with her phone (BD or AM?) that she would be leaving soon for work and taking the phone so contact him at a different number. She didn't work at 11:30pm, which is when her phone was pinging at the farm on May 7. In fact she didn't mention work at all that day, said they were hanging around doing regular stuff. Also didn't mention that DM came to pick up MS that night either. And she would have noticed her phone was missing around 11:30pm if she was wondering where he was and wanted to contact him, like she did every other time he was out with DM. Most likely the "unknown" calls that were made to the phone that night were her calling from the landline in his mother's house.

And how did all the sleuthers miss the DM arrest on the news the night of the 10th? Especially if it was a GTA news outlet that reported it. Not on twitter or any of the facebook groups that were set up for this case? :waitasec:

And if MM was sitting around on a Friday night watching 24hr news, she was probably really following the news of the Bosma case at that point and specifically trying to see any and all news reports about it.

She was a 18 year old, my teenager doesn't know half of the stuff that happens in our city. She's too busy with sports, her job, school, her friends, etc. We aren't talking about adults here who sit online and read the news, or watch TV news programs. The younger generation just doesn't pay attention to this kind of stuff. I get that.

Of course she is, because now, it's real. She knows him, she can't avoid it, she can't ignore the nagging voice in the back of her head. Shes the most real witness so far, she's admits she screwed up, she admits she didn't want to know more. So many people judging her on what she should have done. Of course, she SHOULD have done something. But she was 18, in a bad circle and honestly, it's easy for us to say what we would have done at 18 in that exact situation.

MS told her DM killed someone. It was MM's understanding that MS hadn't killed anyone.
