Then I think I remembered one time he was saying that they were going to get one, but I didn't even know that he had one." "That was innacurate, false. You lied under oath," Sachak says. Meneses says yes, she lied.

But here's a question...if it was ruled that it couldn't be introduced to the jury...are there no repercussions for the Defense doing exactly what was ruled against? You can tell the jury to ignore something but you can't make them unhear it. MOO
