It's funny you say that--when they called them the "Noudga Letters" (or something close to that), it reminded me of the Casket Letters:

Yes. Even though AM sat right out in the hallway amongst the court spectators, he was taken into one of the interview rooms to speak to the Crown before his testimony commenced. I wonder how long this will take before CN gets on the stand.

It's so that people who want to read the trial thread later won't have to swim through many pages of diversions/tangents at the front of the thread that are not related to that day's testimony. Like the tangents we're in now, about shoes and DM's older leaked letters. At least, I think that's why they do it. (not a mod.)

Exactly. But it could have been a letter in a letter, therefore funneling it through someone not on the no contact list. There are a many ways, and hopefully it is a direct question to CN. MOO

Im going by what DM wrote instead of speculation. Not all lawyers are by the book.

There was also a lawyer that was not retained we never did hear why.

I was so sure yesterday that there would be a day of legal arguments prior to CN taking the stand, but this morning when I saw that CN's lawyer had accompanied her, I figured they were trying to accommodate *his* schedule. But I guess if things need to be discussed first, he may also be involved in those discussions? I don't think he can participate in the legal arguments though. Hope they don't waste his time for a whole day! moo
