Millard said he wanted to move the incinerator, she says. "He states that the floorboards underneath were creaking and we should move it out."
by Adam Carter 4:09 PM

Yes, let's move a slightly used $23,000 Eliminator out of the barn and out into a remote location on the property at night because the floor boards are creaking.

She says if Pedo was there he would've been there the whole time. Leitch asks where he would've been during the sexual act.

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 51s52 seconds ago
Pedo would have been somewhere in the seat in the back while they had the in-transit sex act. #TimBosma

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 1m1 minute ago
She says he would've been on a seat in the back but again she's not sure. Leitch says if you're not sure you're not sure. She's not sure.

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 1m1 minute ago
She thinks Pedo was there. She says "You've been referring to him as Peedo." He was "somewhere on the seat in the back" during sex act.

Colin Butler ‏@ColinButlerCBC 1m1 minute ago
Noudga can't recall where the dog was during the sexual saying she wasn't sure if the dog was there at all. #TimBosma

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 1m1 minute ago
Couple attached incinerator to Yukon, drove it out of barn, unhitched it and made way back to Toronto. Incinerator had been on upper level

Not much happens at hangar she says. In her statement she said they moved boxes but now she thinks that was a different date.

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 3m3 minutes ago
Get to hangar, switch red pick-up to "the blue one." The Yukon. She said in statement she moved boxes in the hangar. Now can't recall.
ys. #Bosma

Boxes of white paint?

"I asked why we were moving it and he said 'oh, the floorboards are creaking under its weight," she says.
by Adam Carter 4:14 PM

Leitch now asking if she wants to refresh her memory, and she says "is it about having it a little concealed?"
by Adam Carter 4:14 PM

She says that they moved it into a path behind some trees, she says Millard didn't really talk about that. "It's the most concealed it could have been." Leitch asks if he had any concerns about leaving it outside, and she says no. Leitch again asks her to refresh her memory from her statement.

Is she going to talk about that apartment on Riverside or the hose?? I want to see if she mentions either of the two at all.

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 1m1 minute ago
She says they hitched it to the Yukon, drove it out of the barn a couple metres, unhitched it, and then left to go back to Toronto. #Bosma

Colin Butler ‏@ColinButlerCBC 1m1 minute ago
Noudga says they unhitched the incinerator at the barn and then left. #TimBosma

Shannon Martin ‏@ShannonMartinTV 1m1 minute ago Toronto, Ontario
Noudga telling the court how she helped Millard move the incinerator #Bosma #TimBosma

Shannon Martin ‏@ShannonMartinTV 1m1 minute ago Toronto, Ontario
'I asked why we were moving it. He said the floorboards were creaking.' #Bosma #TimBosma

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 1m1 minute ago
They drove up to an upper floor behind the barn to pull out the incinerator. "The floorboards are creaking under the weight," #Millard said

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 1m1 minute ago
She says he said "oh the floorboards are like creaking I don't want them to like break under its weight." #Bosma

  • #487
Colin Butler ‏@ColinButlerCBC 2m2 minutes ago
Millard said all the floor boards were creaking under the weight of the incinerator so they moved it outside. #Bosma

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 2m2 minutes ago
Hitched incinerator to Yukon, moved it couple of metres. They have gloves on. Millard said "floor boards are creaking under its weight."

Alex Pierson ‏@AlexpiersonAMP 2m2 minutes ago
Nougda says millard told her eliminator was moved because the floors were creaking. @AM900CHML

Shannon Martin ‏@ShannonMartinTV 1m1 minute ago Toronto, Ontario
They moved it outside. 'He wanted it concealed' Noudga tells the court. #TimBosma #Bosma

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 1m1 minute ago
Leitch asks if she'd like to refresh her memory from her statement. She says "is it about having it a bit concealed?" #Bosma

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 2m2 minutes ago
She says he wanted it concealed. "Not a random contraption in the middle of a field" so they moved it to a stand of trees. #TimBosma

Leitch now asking if she wants to refresh her memory, and she says "is it about having it a little concealed?"
by Adam Carter 4:14 PM

IMO, that's a strange question to ask out of nowhere if it isn't the truth.

Hope they weren't driving when? During the sexual acts? She has said that it was while DM was driving the truck to Waterloo. She also said they were stoned so I don't think safety was a big consideration.

and to think LW wanted to make DM's evening that night a "thousand times better". CN must have made it "ten thousand times better". LW gonna be bitter!

  • #490
Just a couple of metres.......

oh wait. maybe a couple more to hide it in the woods. Same thing.

  • #491
molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 3m3 minutes ago
She says it was "more of a sexual exhibition heading that way," she says. She was performing sexual favours on him while driving. #Bosma

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 3m3 minutes ago
Leitch asks her to describe what she means. Judge wants to know if we really have to go there. #TimBosma

Shannon Martin ‏@ShannonMartinTV 3m3 minutes ago Toronto, Ontario
That's why there was no conversation, Noudga tells the court. "This is news to me," says the Crown, who's read her statements.

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 3m3 minutes ago
Afternoon break, after objection by #Millard lawyer

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 2m2 minutes ago
Leitch apologizes and asks for detail. Judge says "is that really necessary?" Leitch says he can try to keep it "PG." Pillay objects.

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 3m3 minutes ago
Leitch awkwardly asks her to explain. Judge asks if really necessary. Pillay asks to address him in the absence of the jury. #Bosma

I am sure that she will use the "sexual favours" as a way to explain how her DNA was on the gloves in the truck. Maybe used them to wipe up semen and saliva.

  • #492
Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 1m1 minute ago
He wanted it "a little bit concealed." Moved it into trees "so it's slightly concealed." She is combative now with Leitch.

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 2m2 minutes ago
"Well it's your evidence mam'm," Leitch says. She now says he wanted it concealed so it wasn't just out in the middle of the field. #Bosma

Alex Pierson ‏@AlexpiersonAMP 2m2 minutes ago
Nougda forgets.. again. That DM wanted it concealed in the woods. She remembers when shown statement.

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 2m2 minutes ago
Leitch asks if he was concerned about leaving it outside. She says no. He again asks if she'd like to refresh her memory. #Bosma

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 2m2 minutes ago
"It's the most concealed it could have been." Was #Millard concerned about leaving it outside? No. Would you like to refresh your memory?

Colin Butler ‏@ColinButlerCBC 2m2 minutes ago
Noudga says he wanted it concealed "well, so it's not in the middle of the field," she says, noting he wasn't concerned about it being seen

  • #493
molly hayes @mollyhayes
She now says "he had concerns about it being stolen," she says. #Bosma

After all, DM out of anyone should know the risks of stolen equipment.

  • #494
Maybe they will finally get some info out of her?

  • #495
Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 1m1 minute ago
Noudga now refreshing her memory again. #TimBosma

Colin Butler ‏@ColinButlerCBC 2m2 minutes ago
She's now looking at a police statement. #Bosma

Shannon Martin ‏@ShannonMartinTV 2m2 minutes ago Toronto, Ontario
So at one point, she says the incinerator is moved because the floorboards were creaking. Then it's because 'he wanted it concealed.' #bosma

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 2m2 minutes ago
Over and over Leitch is forcing her to "refresh her memory" on issues.

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 1m1 minute ago
She now says "he had concerns about it being stolen," she says. #Bosma

Alex Pierson ‏@AlexpiersonAMP 2m2 minutes ago
Nougda AGAIN being reminded about concerns DM had about it being stolen. She also corrects how far it was moved. Said it was 2 metres.

  • #496
molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 1m1 minute ago
She says they hitched it to the Yukon, drove it out of the barn a couple metres, unhitched it, and then left to go back to Toronto. #Bosma

Did DM go back to the farm on the 10th before his arrest?

  • #497
Shannon Martin ‏@ShannonMartinTV 2m2 minutes ago Toronto, Ontario
Crown continues to show Noudga her police statements, to refresh her memory. #Bosma #TimBosma

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 2m2 minutes ago
Now says #Millard was concerned the incinerator might be stolen if he left it outside. She says they moved it twice the length of the court

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 1m1 minute ago
They moved it down a path behind some trees. She says it wasn't really concealed "but it was as concealed as it could've been." #Bosma

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 1m1 minute ago
She backs off from description of it being "concealed." Now says it wasn't concealed. They moved it "twice the length of the courtroom."

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 1m1 minute ago
So that would make it 80 metres. She thinks maybe they moved the incinerator a bit less than that. #TimBosma

Alex Pierson ‏@AlexpiersonAMP 1m1 minute ago
It was just under 80 metres.. @AM900CHML

  • #498
"He said he had concerns about it being stolen, so he wasn't sure he should move it," she now says.
by Adam Carter 4:16 PM

Noudga originally said they moved the incinerator "a couple" of metres, but now agrees it was something like 80 metres.
by Adam Carter 4:18 PM

Court now showing her a photo of the Eiminator where it was found. Leitch asks if this is where it was left. She says it looks to be where it was moved.
by Adam Carter 4:18 PM

She says they wore gloves the whole time.
by Adam Carter 4:19 PM

Colin Butler ‏@ColinButlerCBC 1m1 minute ago
They left the incinerator a little less than 80 metres from the barn. #Bosma

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 1m1 minute ago
She said it was a "couple metres" from the barn but then agrees it was more like 80 metres. #Bosma

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 1m1 minute ago
Looking at photo of eliminator in trees. From this angle Noudga can't be certain that's where they put the incinerator.

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 1m1 minute ago
Now being shown police photo of Eliminator in the trees at the farm. "From this angle I can't be certain" that's where she put it.

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 1m1 minute ago
Leitch shows her a photo of the incinerator in the trees. Asks if this was the spot. She says she can't tell from that angle. #Bosma

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 1m1 minute ago
He shows her another photo and she says yes. "It was like a little path," she says. #Bosma

She says they hitched it to the Yukon, drove it out of the barn a couple metres, unhitched it, and then left to go back to Toronto. #Bosma

Did DM go back to the farm on the 10th before his arrest?

No, I expect she's just lying and/or showing her weird lack of spatial and temporal awareness. (Had seen the incinerator years before, DVR was two and a half feet wide (unlikely, standard rack electronics equipment is about 17"). etc etc.)
