From another angle she says that's where they left the incinerator. Noudga doesn't think she touched anything other than the hitch

Shannon Martin ‏@ShannonMartinTV 1m1 minute ago Toronto, Ontario
Noudga wore gloves when she helped her boyfriend move it into the woods. #Bosma #TimBosma

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 51s51 seconds ago
Leitch asks what parts of the incinerator she touched. She says she just touched the hitch. #Bosma

Colin Butler ‏@ColinButlerCBC 1m1 minute ago
Noudga says the didn't touch anything other than the hitch area of the Eliminator. #Bosma

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 1m1 minute ago
Shown another photo. Now she says yes, that's where she put it. She "just" helped "hitch it on." Asked about flashlight found on incinerator

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 52s52 seconds ago
Leitch asks her about the use of a flashlight that night. "Not much," she says. She was just there "assisting." #Bosma

2 metres and 80 metres can be hard to distinguish without a metre stick. Simple error.....or something.

  • #503
Noudga says she was there "assisting."
by Adam Carter 4:20 PM

She says she took Millard's word for the fact that the floorboard were weak, and didn't look herself.
by Adam Carter 4:20 PM

Noudga says they did nothing but move the Eliminator that night.

During Noudgas "interrogation" she was asked about a flashlight on the incinerator trailer.

Colin Butler ‏@ColinButlerCBC 1m1 minute ago
There's a flash light on the eliminator. Noudga says she can remember "not much" about the use of one that night. #Bosma

Shannon Martin ‏@ShannonMartinTV 48s49 seconds ago Toronto, Ontario
Noudga says the eliminator was heavy, weighing down the floorboards. 'It was dark, I just took his word for it.' #Bosma #TimBosma

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 35s36 seconds ago
"I was just kind of like more there assisting." Couldn't see if floorboards were a problem. Millard told her Eliminator burned metal.

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 35s36 seconds ago
Leitch asks if they did anything else that night with the Eliminator. She says no. #Bosma

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 32s33 seconds ago
They didn't do anything else with the eliminator that night. #TimBosma

  • #505
Right. Because late at night is when you go to an empty farm to move an incinerator with your g/f because of "floorboards". Thanks for clearing that up.

Corroborated it was DM that moved the incinerator, thus covering up evidence. IMO

Jury is seeing an image of the device as police found it. #Bosma

Shannon Martin ‏@ShannonMartinTV 58s58 seconds ago Toronto, Ontario
Noudga says Millard told her he had the Eliminator to burn metal #Bosma #TimBosma

Noudga says they were at the barn for about 15 minutes #TimBosma #Bosma

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 38s38 seconds ago
She says this took no more than 15 mins at the barn. She didn't know when leaving the hangar they'd be doing that. #Bosma

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 47s48 seconds ago
It only took 15 minutes (no more) to move the incinerator to the back. #TimBosma

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 31s32 seconds ago
At barn no more than 15 minutes. Says going there was a "spur of the moment decision."

  • #507
No, I expect she's just lying and/or showing her weird lack of spatial and temporal awareness. (Had seen the incinerator years before, DVR was two and a half feet wide (unlikely, standard rack electronics equipment is about 17"). etc etc.)

I wonder if that lack is typical of a sociopath, because I think we have another one here, with her cocky attitude and sense of invincibility.

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 17s18 seconds ago
When they leave the barn, she was in the front passenger seat. She agrees there is a backseat and a trunk area. Says she didn't look there.

Colin Butler ‏@ColinButlerCBC 22s23 seconds ago
Noudga says the whole incinerator move took less than 15 minutes. Millard never told her she'd be moving equipment that night, she says

Shannon Martin ‏@ShannonMartinTV 12s12 seconds ago Toronto, Ontario
Noudga says Millard did not tell her they would be moving the Eliminator that night #Bosma #TimBosma

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 29s29 seconds ago
After that, she says she took the gloves off. "Either I gave them to Dell or just put them on the floor in the Yukon," she says. #Bosma

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 28s28 seconds ago
She never looked in rear storage area of Yukon. What does she do with gloves? "I take them off. I don't know where I put them."

Shannon Martin ‏@ShannonMartinTV 41s41 seconds ago Toronto, Ontario
Noudga doesn't know what she did with the gloves. Can't remember. Again. #Bosma #TimBosma

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 35s35 seconds ago
Noudga didn't look in the back of the Yukon, she says. After they moved the Eliminator she took off gloves, doesn't know where they ended up

Colin Butler ‏@ColinButlerCBC 33s33 seconds ago
She says eh took off the gloves and then she doesn't remember if she gave them to Millard or put them on the dash. #TimBosma

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 19s19 seconds ago
Either gave them to Dell or put them on floor of Yukon....Judge calls it a day. Jury to return for 10 a.m. #Bosma

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 32s32 seconds ago
That's it for today. Noudga back on stand in the morning. #TimBosma

She says she thinks Millard said he wanted to move the incinerator into the woods because it was the "most concealed." She says she didn't know they'd be doing this, and she got no forewarning.
by Adam Carter 4:22 PM

She says she didn't look in the back of the Yukon when she was in it.
by Adam Carter 4:23 PM

She says she took off the gloves, but doesn't know where she put them -- "either gave them to Dell or put them on the floor of the Yukon."
by Adam Carter 4:24 PM

That's it for today's evidence. We're back tomorrow at 10 a.m. Recap story coming shortly on cbc.ca.

Long frustrating day. Thanks transcribers. I have a headache.

I wonder if that lack is typical of a sociopath, because I think we have another one here, with her cocky attitude and sense of invincibility.

I think she is intentionally making herself not be credible so her statements and everything else that comes up will need to be questioned as to their credibility in light of all of her mixed up information.

This is WS folks. Let's forego the crude comments.

She can claim pot has screwed up her head.

Today was more about her defence than Millard's. Like every single witness in this trial she's has denied anything that relates to her knowledge of the crime. Don't think she's trying to help Millard as much as she is herself.

I agree. I don't think that she cares to protect him at all but only herself.

What a thoroughly depressing human being.

Hopefully the letters are the real star witness, and the crown is just plodding through this to get to that.

  • #518
She can claim pot has screwed up her head.

She doesn't have to. Anything that happened with her was only witnessed by DM, so either you believe what she says or you believe what Millard will say, which is nada. She doesn't care if she looks evil or stupid, this is about keeping herself out of jail for the next decade.

And I think most people would do the same thing in her position.
