If this is all just about saving herself when it comes to her trial..then no need for all the theatrics, smiles and laughter and giggles or attitude. She said brainstorming was the perfect word...yes perfect word of what she has been doing from the start to protect her loverboy and herself IMO. Even comes up with the recent zinger of the sexual expedition ...2 prior statements but 1st mention of that. Did she cone up with that one last night? DM must have some stamina. .didn't she say how tired he looked. No need for the theatrics if she's so innocent at all zero respect for the family and Tim.

And she didn't think that "stereo" in her closet might have any bearing after he had been arrested and she found out.

Please lady justice follow this all the way through!

I would think LE would know it was missing from the hanger in the search..here you have cameras but the DVR is missing? I am sure they might have asked her if she knew where it was, she knew what she was hiding.

DNA on the black nitrate gloves belongs to mallard and her. That means she wasn't just his wing man.

Not the same glove as CN's DNA, unless someone can find a link that says otherwise (I can't). Remember there were three gloves (at least) entered in evidence.

IIRC, there was both TB and CN DNA on a glove. Will look it up using Bill's wonderful witness list.

So why did they need gloves to move the incinerator trailer but not to move the truck trailer earlier in the day? She has to put a pair of gloves on to drop a pin in the hitch?
It's going to be interesting to see how far those red shoes keep her dancing.

IMO, it is amazing that CN has such a brilliant memory for the sexual exploits of that evening! She remembers how long it took, that Pedo was on the back seat, that they started right as they got on the highway, that they spent the rest of the ride talking about it! What made it so memorable? Was it a one-time occurrence and not a regular thing? Oh, and wasn't she extremely stoned? Oh, and she has such a tough time remembering almost anything else (was it moving boxes? shredding paper?). Oh, and it was SO memorable that she never, ever mentioned it before! :gaah:

IMO, this is all a performance. She correctly guessed that it would shock people - and that the judge would not want her to go into detail.

IMO it is a ruse to allow her to control just what evidence she is prepared to let out there.
I'm looking forward to reading the letters (I hope they are part of the evidence) and I hope the cross-examination traps her into revealing some info that she would rather not have out there.

Noudga's DNA could not be excluded from the DNA found on the gloves. The chances of it coming from someone else are 1 in 2.3 quadrillion.

Honestly, who cares about this woman. I'm sitting here thinking about how she made me feel today, how she must have made TB's loved ones feel, and I just want her to go away. I don't even need or want to think about her, and I don't care how her case unfolds after she is done this testimony. The world is full of beautiful and good people, and she's just kind of an unpleasant, forgettable speck flitting across our collective vision. Ugh.

I wonder why MS didn't help him move the incinerator. Was MS trying to stay away from him because he F'd up? CN helped him clean out the incinerator and that's why the gloves were needed. It was dark and they missed a few important things. God works in mysterious ways.
Also, I'm sure CN reached out to AM so why not bring him back to testify if that acctually happened. I'm just shocked with today's testimony. How can her mother sit there and support her lying? Disturbing.
