""There's a hunger building in me. A hunger for pleasure, a hunger for adventure and a hunger for life," Millard writes in another letter."

And that hunger will continue to grow with

every year = 25
every month = 300
every week = 1200
every day = 8400
every hour = 201600

that you are locked up. Just wait until you are transferred to the big house. A whole new bunch of guards to deal with, and the other criminals are not nearly as nice as where you are now.

Its not fair, but that charge is the lowest priority on Smich's plate right now.

Not that he received it, but why DM is exempted, or why MB was exempt from passing the messages on?

I'm looking forward to her cross examination. I hope it's thoroughly unpleasant experience for her and that whatever she says makes it equally unpleasant for DM.

Only thing I can think of that that they actually got their hands on CNs letters. Perhaps their value far outweighed potential legal issues of prosecuting Millard for them?

May 6th is Friday and the 3rd anniversary of TB's murder. It would be nice, if out of respect for his family, court not be held on that day, IMO - not even for legal arguments, IMO.

The Bosmas deserve to have a break from the horrors that are recounted daily at trial. They need the day to privately reflect on their loss, and to honour TB and celebrate his life on their own terms, IMO.

All MOO.

Again, I am behind, so sorry if this has been answered, but how on earth is MB calling DM at jail (in a phone booth no less)? I thought only prisoners could call out collect?

I felt like you do about MB before the letters were presented, but now I have no doubt that MB is deserving of the contempt that I and others may feel towards her, IMO. I also believe that she read every last word of both CN's letters to DM and vice versa, IMO. It just makes sense to me that she would because MB is way too involved with her adult son and his situation, and while I, as a mother, can and do feel empathy for mothers of those accused of a heinous crime, I cannot relate to MB's decision to alter evidence (colluding with CN to wipe prints from the trailer), remove items from Maplegate, assist her son with contacting CN against the DNC order, and all in all obstruct an active police investigation when TB was at the time considered to be potentially still alive but missing, IMO. Those actions are not the actions of a loving and protective mother operating on instinct, IMO, they are the actions of a complete control freak who IMO must have strongly suspected the guilt of her son, DM, and who was willing and able to use others to protect his and her own long-term interests, IMO.

All MOO.
BBM- contempt is way to light of a word for me. IMHO, MB was not being a control freak, she was reacting to her only conduit to the Millard fortune being in jail. The first "conduit" had divorced and settled the matrimonial account with her years prior. IMHO, WM's death was a windfall for MB- DM needed her to help cover up the murder of WM- simply by not pressing the issue and then once DM found out that there were some big hoops to jump thru to get WM's affairs settled up, he needed MB for the collateral and perceived stability that she could bring to the table. Every time MB did a favour for DM was another reason DM should pay her for her loyalty. Oh the evil that money can create. IMHO, MB was working as hard as she could to get DM exonerated because the Millard fortune that she was finally going to reap the benefit of, was at risk of being lost- forever. MB is cut from the same cloth as her son. Her only concern is the woman in the mirror- IMHO everything she's done are simply acts to get to where she wants to be and that's with the Millard bank account. The media can rip all of the witnesses apart for not providing the truth, but IMHO, this woman is worse than all of them put together and she continues to hide, free of all criminal charges. She wasn't doing any of this for her son- IMO, she was doing all of this for her own gain. MOO

Reminder that we do not discuss other WSers.

For some reason, my immediate reaction to the introduction of "Itchy" and his boys
Z was that he was referring to Isho and trying to pin everything on him (MS is already charged and is one of is Isho buddies). I don't see where it was verified that it was Smich. Just a theory on my part.

Don't know if anyone has answered this....Itchy is definitely MS. I suspect the boyz he refers to could be IIsho & his friends. IMO

Itchy's street name is Say10. Dell doesn't have a street name. Leitch asks if she went to police with this.

,,!!! Like big iishos?...Nothing like looking to a silly putty headed gangsta for tasteful design ideas!

That was in reference to his heart shaped tub in the proposed dream house. I didn't want to quote the whole thing.

I used to have empathy for MB but based on CNs testimony I go back to this video of Mary Bosma and her anguished pleas for her son's return in time for Mother's Day.

At the same time, MB was cleaning up after son....and after herself. She had the wits to make it out before the media was on to her, she had time to swill wine, she had time to drive to Etobicoke to pick up cash, she had time to wipe down her prints. What she didn't have time to do or even attempt was to find out if Bosma was being held in that trailer. She didn't have time to alert the police that the trailer was in her driveway when another human beings life was at stake. Shame on her!

I think I get it now. Dellen was set up, by his alter ego Lucas Bait.

I haven't finished reading everything but Holy Cow!

DM was certainly trying to pin all of this on MS. No wonder MS won't look at him. I can only laugh.

DM was looking for white spray paint the night of the 9th I think. Didn't he ask SS where it was? Was he going to tag something so that it would come back to MS? Wow again!

I cannot fathom the level of manipulation. To be honest, reading this makes me wanna gag!

Ok, I have to go back and keep reading.

Noudga says "we were advised not to." Crown asks Noudga to point out both accused in courtroom. She does. They don't move. #MillardSmich

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 3m3 minutes ago
She says they were "advised it was best not to give a statement." #Bosma

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 3m3 minutes ago
Noudga asked if she sees Millard in courtroom. "Yes" and points to him. Does same for Smich. Neither accused reacts. No wave from Millard.

Alex Pierson ‏@AlexpiersonAMP 4m4 minutes ago
Noudga asked to id DM. He nods and closes his does nothing. @AM900CHML

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 3m3 minutes ago
Except Millard looks at Smich smugly when she points at Smich. Crown evidence done. Defense up next. #TimBosma

Mark Carcasole ‏@MarkCarcGlobal 3m3 minutes ago
Crown completes examination d Christina Noudga. No further questions. Jury now being dismissed for legal arguments. #MillardSmich

I find it amusing that DM keeps trying to demonstrate his contempt toward Smich, as if Smich is the one who is responsible for where they are now by being a bumbling idiot. In fact it's MS that should be looking at DM contemptuously for being such a moron for not concealing his tattoo when they were on their mission. Who's the dumber guy!

Has MB ever been in the courtroom even one day? Curious if anyone knows for sure, though I'm sure if she had been, it would have been mentioned on this forum.

Why should she? She has been handed the Coles Notes years ago.

I don't believe so. And it is speculated that she may be a witness for the defense because of that. I guess we will find out in the coming week or so.
