Also under Circumstantial Evidence she has listed "browsing history." "For the purpose of making sense of why he was arrested."

Alex Pierson ‏@AlexpiersonAMP 38s39 seconds ago
Noudga writes about "circumstantial evidence" says she is trying to make sense of DM arrest. Says she got it on line. From media.

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 36s37 seconds ago
Discarded cell phone in Brantford -- she got that detail online. #TimBosma

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 34s35 seconds ago
Another listing was "discarded phone in Brantford industrial area." That one she said came from the media. #Bosma

Dungey now asking Noudga about notes she made from stories from the internet about Millard's arrest. #TimBosma #Bosma

Wonder if she made her way to the WS threads. (Not necessarily suggesting she posted.) I'd imagine this site lands quite high in google searches for the case.

She sys she was trying to "reconstruct everything that happened that week."

by*Adam Carter*4:04 PM

Under a heading of "circumstantial evidence," she had written "browsing history," court hears.

And one armed hand stands? I thought the same thing. I train hard, and I've got a bit of arthritis in one shoulder. When it acts up I can't do any sort of upper body workout.

That's why you do one armed hand stands! Because the other arm is injured. When I feel any shoulder pain, I just make sure I only do one armed push up, one armed hand stands, and one arm bench presses. Easy!

"I was basically diagnosing the situation the way the detectives would be diagnosing the situation," she says.

by*Adam Carter*4:07 PM

"Could they trace phones to areas for times," is another note she wrote. "If they could put him in a position for some place, that would be, you know, evidence," she says.

Noudga: "it was a childish idea...We all have childish and criminal ideas, don't we."

NO!

I'm having one right now, and it doesn't end well for CN ;)

  • #428
molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 1m1 minute ago
She also had "could they trade phones to areas for times?" #Bosma

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 1m1 minute ago
NOte says: "Could they trace phones to areas for times." Because Dellen "was texting me" and that "could you know, be evidence."

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 2m2 minutes ago
"I'm diagnosis the situation the way detectives would diagnose the situation." Can they see internet history even if deleted? She asks

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 1m1 minute ago
Dungey suggests she's going through to see the amount of evidence they had against Dellen Millard. #Bosma

But DM wrote about doing one arm handstands with each arm. lol

Also searched "can they see internet history if deleted. " dungee says "u are going through this to see what kind of case they have?

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 2m2 minutes ago
She says she wanted to decide if he was innocent or guilty. Dungey asks what she came up with. Pillay jumps up. #Bosma

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 1m1 minute ago
"Oh Mr Dungey come on," judge says. Moving on. #Bosma

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 1m1 minute ago
Pillay and judge shut Dungey down on that.

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 52s53 seconds ago
"I'm trying to see and pinpoint exactly what happened," she says. "And that's to assist him," Dungey says. She disagrees. #Bosma

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 1m1 minute ago

BAZINGA!

Browser history is time stamped. No need to delete history after DM's arrest.

"I wanted to see if he's innocent or guilty," she says. "And what conclusion did you come to?" Dungey asks. Justice Goodman then says, "Oh Mr. Dungey, come on." He shoots down that questioning.

by*Adam Carter*4:10 PM

So you get all this information, yet you don't send it to Dell to help him, is that what we're to believe?" Dungey says. "I don't even know if this information is correct, why would I send it to him?" she says.

by*Adam Carter*4:12 PM

Noudga also wrote about the truck she helped move. "They cannot prove it, because no prints. If I say he did, what happens to him?" she wrote. Noudga says she "willingly gave that up." "You didn't willingly give it up, you were arrested," Dungey says.

by*Adam Carter*4:13 PM

"Do they know we moved stuff?" she wrote.

by*Adam Carter*4:13 PM

Noudga also wrote about moving the incinerator at Waterloo, and asked what kind of charge might come from that.

Dungey suggests she's getting the letters from Dell telling her to figure this stuff out.

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 4m4 minutes ago
Dungey says we don't have all the letters. #Bosma

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 4m4 minutes ago
Noudga says her notes have nothing to do with letters Millard sent her. She says she didn't send her ideas to Millard.

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 3m3 minutes ago
"So you get all this information, yet you don't send any of it to Dell to help him?" Dungey asks. #Bosma

Those are photocopies of readings for her classes. At the time of her arrest she would have just been finishing the year and was probably under a lot of pressure to get assignments and essays handed in. That mess is probably pretty normal for most university students at that time of the year. That is when it is all pressure...all the time.

Which goes along with what was said earlier about the fact that by May 9th, 2013, she was at least 2-3 weeks past the completion of that school year and didn't have any classes or schoolwork left to do. So her excuse about being overworked and overstressed at that time is a big fat lie IMO.

MOO

When i was in school U of T was notorious for having exams extend into May - due to scheduling difficulties. I am not sure if that is/was true for York. It wasn't at other universities I attended.

"I don't even know if this information is correct. Why would I send it to him?" Another note: about putting trailer at Dell's mom's.

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 3m3 minutes ago
Do they know he put the trailer at mom's house? Noudga wrote? "I willingly gave up that information," Noudga says

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 3m3 minutes ago
Re: trailer she writes "They cannot prove it because no prints. If I say he did, what happens to him?" #Bosma

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 3m3 minutes ago
"If I say he did, what happens to him?" She tells court she willingly gave it up.

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 3m3 minutes ago
You didn't willingly give it up, you were arrested, Dungey said. "I willingly gave it up because they didn't ask about it," Noudga, scornful

  • #437
Wonder why the crown did not go over these notes?

  • #438

Noudga says she told her mother "essentially" what had happened after she spent the weekend with Millard's mother, and then they got a lawyer.

by*Adam Carter*4:16 PM

"I got advice, and I'm sorry that I followed it," Noudga says. Goodman says that is her "constitutional right," and she doesn't have to be sorry.

Noudga argues she told police about it but he says she only mentioned it during statement after her arrest. #Bosma

"Do they know we moved stuff at Loo? Gloves. Do they know he put trailer at mum's?...

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 2m2 minutes ago
Letter asks, do they know we moved stuff in Waterloo? What will be the charge if I tell them?

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 2m2 minutes ago
"...If I tell them we did then what charge will be laid against him when I tell them?" #Bosma

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 2m2 minutes ago
"This is everything I personally knew," Noudga says. Wiping prints from trailer, moving the incinerator, etc.

Noudga's notes: Do they know we moved stuff at Waterloo? Gloves. Do they know we put trailer at mum's?

She says, again, that she expressed all of that in her statement to police. Dungey says, again, post arrest. #Bosma

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 2m2 minutes ago
She says again that she had thought about going to police earlier but didn't because she had been advised by a lawyer. #Bosma

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 2m2 minutes ago
She says she's sorry she followed the advice. Judge tells her she doesn't have to be sorry, stresses that is a right. #Bosma

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 1m1 minute ago
She got a lawyer after being with Madeleine Burns (Millard mother) for an entire weekend.
