Yes dear.. please be so kind as to wipe off the print that I left when I touched the truck, located 3" up from the bottom of the right rear well while facing the garage when you're looking toward the house from the street. Okay mum, will do! ;/ As if.

Im confused because CN first testified to only wiping down the locks, hitch and chains. They didn't know what was in the trailer but testified today that CN wiped down the truck? Whoa! That's a big slip from someone!

She may be smug about being smart and accepted at med school but even if she completes the degree, if she has been convicted of a criminal offence she will not be able to get a board licence to practice in most, if not all provinces.

Perhaps we're going to have to start asking for a criminal record check before we visit a new doctor. One would hope clients would have the right to know what they're dealing with.

Just another angle to First degree that would get both convicted.

(6.1) Irrespective of whether a murder is planned and deliberate on the part of a person, murder is first degree murder when

[h=1]What is Organized Crime?[/h][h=2]Canadian Definition[/h](a) is composed of three or more persons in or outside Canada; and,
(b) has as one of its main purposes or main activities the facilitation or commission of one or more serious offences, that, if committed, would likely result in the direct or indirect receipt of a material benefit, including a financial benefit, by the group or by any one of the persons who constitute the group.

The various components that comprise this legal definition are based on the exclusion of a group of three of more persons that has formed randomly for the immediate commission of a single offence.

She got a lawyer after being with Madeleine Burns (Millard mother) for an entire weekend.

IMO, from what I know of MB, I'd get a lawyer after spending a weekend with her.

Wait..... she spent an entire weekend with her after DM's arrest?! What else did they get up to other than drinking wine in that time??

Didn't AM testify that MB and CN went to Maplegate on May 10th or 11th after DM's arrest to pick up Pedo? I wonder when they went to the house to gather the cash etc., if AM was at home at that time and they got the dog then too? IMO, there was some conflicting testimony between AM and MH about who had Pedo after DM's arrest, IIRC. Sorry if I'm not recalling the details accurately.

All MOO.

all my own opinion and speculation.
I think CN knew full well prior to, during and after the fact of what went down. I think that MS was to tie/bind/secure TB and then drive the Yukon behind them to the incinerator where they would kill and burn him (all premeditated and planned). I also think he got loose and DM shot him in the truck and that was why they stopped briefly in Brantford (?). I think that CN kept all the letters/DVR as leverage. She knew damn well how damning this would be for his case and she was using it. Why? IDK
Are my theories correct? Who knows but I am positive they killed this poor man in cold blood and I hope that the jury sees that as well.

Someone else answered that they are not allowed to lead a witness they call. Am I wrong?

Unless that witness has been declared a hostile or adverse witness......

You have a good point, but it may be that on the 10th DM was only arrested, and on the 11th he was charged. This may have something to do with not taking the dog on 10th. But Pillay did say that Pedo was only trusted in the hands of a few. And that few were drinking wine in a hotel.

You mean, aside from tampering with evidence by wiping prints off the trailer, attending Maplegate to collect cash, visiting AM to collect Pedo the dog, and becoming more intimate with one another?

The comments about shredding paper and DM’s fancy papershredder came up again today. At the time I first heard it thought it wasan odd statement. But considering itcame back up today and knowing DM’s penchant for speaking in code. I wonder if that was a euphemism fordestroying evidence. We still have anhour or more that’s been not been accounted for while they where at the farm. I know it’s been raised here before but I amwondering if they spent that time cleaning out the incinerator, you know... destroying evidence. IMO

Ok, so I wasn't going crazy when I said "CN was taking psychology" a few people jumped on me and said "no, she was taking Physiology"

But reporters all typed "Psychology and Kinesiology" is this an error on ALL the reporters?

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 17s17 seconds ago
Kinesiology and Psychology were Christina Noudga's majors. Heavy course load.

I don't think I jumped on anyone when I posted about her taking physiology. If she majored in Kinesiology, she would have anatomy courses, etc, etc. Point being, the courses are about remembering minute details (the names and details about nerves, muscles, etc). Regardless, she is showing herself to be the female version of DM, a liar and full of herself. JMO

I got the impression that after DM's arrest, AM took the dog and moved back in with his dad. Could be wrong, not sure when exactly he moved back in with him. Doubt if he would have wanted to hang around Maplegate when the owner was in jail. Something about AM bringing the along with the backpack, taking the dog to one of the grandmother's houses, and then picking Pedo up afterward and taking him to AM's place. And then same time it seems, CN and MB are gathering cash from Maplegate, tampering with evidence at MB's house, and picking up Pedo from AM's house. Bet CN was pissed when she found out all the pot went to MS!

Perhaps she will become a psychiatric doctor.

College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario - Criminal Background Checks

Policy

As a requirement of registration all Ontario physicians must submit to a criminal record screen.

The screen will be completed by running a criminal record check against the Canadian Police Information Centre (CPIC) computerized database at the time of application for a certificate of registration in the province of Ontario, or by receipt of a valid letter of clearance based on a CPIC check conducted no longer than six months before the date of submission of application to the College.

Criminal record screening is required in the following circumstances:

* For all applicants for a first-time certificate of registration, regardless of class of registration; and
* For CPSO members applying for a transfer in certificate class.

Positive findings arising from the criminal record screen will be considered for further action by the College based on the following criteria;

* The time period of the conviction;
* The seriousness of the offence; and
* The relevance of the details of the offence to the practice of medicine.

The cost of conducting the criminal record screen will be borne by the applicant.
