She never asked questions about it. "You don't have an inquisitive mind?" Dungey asks. She says she does but that wasn't of interest. #Bosma

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 8m8 minutes ago
Noudga tosses her hair back and says she never asked Millard any questions. "You don't have an inquisitive mind at all?" asks Dungey.

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 8m8 minutes ago
She doesn't have an inquisitive mind? "I do for certain things but that wasn't my interest," Noudga says.

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 9m9 minutes ago
She took the answer he gave her (about creaking floorboards). "I had no reason to question it further," she says. #Bosma

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 9m9 minutes ago
She didn't think there was any reason to question Millard further.

Mark Carcasole ‏@MarkCarcGlobal 9m9 minutes ago
TD: "Didnyou ever talk to him, 'Dell, when do you use this mac one?" CN: "No." TD: "You're not inquisitive?" CN: "That wasn't my interest."

  • #202
"I don't know why we didn't call the police then. We waited for legal counsel," she says. She wiped down the trailer before getting counsel.
by Adam Carter 12:11 PM

"You don't care about the missing person, it's got my prints and Dell's on it, right?" Dungey says. Noudga says no. She says she "wasn't tampering with possible evidence, she was just removing her involvement."
by Adam Carter 12:12 PM

I'm sorry, darling, but that's the same thing with a nice little word spin on it ;)

Mark Carcasole ‏@MarkCarcGlobal 7m7 minutes ago
Dungey accuses Noudga of playing dumb with his questions. "You're not that smart? And you're going to medical school!?" #MillardSmich

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 8m8 minutes ago
"...he has to back the Yukon up into the barn." She doesn't know, doesn't remember. "So you're not that smart," bellows Dungey.
.

:silly:

So who all was chipping in for that Scotch for Dungey?? This guy is brilliant and ballsy. I love it!

  • #204
Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 8m8 minutes ago
"For certain things," she says. "I had no reason to question him further. No. None," says Noudga.

Alex Pierson ‏@AlexpiersonAMP 9m9 minutes ago
Dungee pressing on late hr. Fact she doesn't ask why they r doing this in pitch black. Points out for a med student. "U aren't that smart"

Shannon Martin ‏@ShannonMartinTV 9m9 minutes ago Toronto, Ontario
Noudga says she didn't find it unusual at all - showing up at Millard's farm property, in the pitch black, to move the Eliminator #Bosma

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 9m9 minutes ago
Dungey "lets just go through this for a moment ok?" #Bosma

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 8m8 minutes ago
Recalling the events: Millard picks her up around 10. Told her he had a "tiny mission." #Bosma

Mark Carcasole ‏@MarkCarcGlobal 8m8 minutes ago
Dungey trying to attack Noudga's credibility by repeating questions. Asking her why she didn't seemingly use common sense. #MillardSmich

  • #205
Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 9m9 minutes ago
She didn't ask about what a "tiny mission" is. Millard picked her up with his huge 5th wheel trailer hitched to red truck.

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 9m9 minutes ago
May 9, Millard picks her up for "a small mission." She says she never asked "for explicit details."

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 9m9 minutes ago
"He shows up with this huge trailer," Dungey says. She says he usually had that. #Bosma

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 8m8 minutes ago
Noudga didn't know the trailer was sometimes used for illegal activities at night, she says. "I knew he worked in construction."

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 8m8 minutes ago
"I don't need to know what's in it," she said--thought maybe work supplies. #Bosma

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 9m9 minutes ago
She says Dell "usually" drove around with huge trailer. "Why is that my concern. I don't need to know what's in it," she says.

  • #206
Alex Pierson ‏@AlexpiersonAMP 9m9 minutes ago
So CN doesn't ask anything about moving eliminator. What it's for. Or the huge trailer!? "I doesn't need to know." @AM900CHML

Mark Carcasole ‏@MarkCarcGlobal 9m9 minutes ago
Again as Noudga discusses #Millard's trailer Dungey asks "you didn't ask at all what was in the trailer?" CN: "I didn't ask at all."

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 8m8 minutes ago
Noudga says Millard often had the 5th wheel attached to his truck. Jury has heard it was used to steal a Bobcat, etc.

Mark Carcasole ‏@MarkCarcGlobal 9m9 minutes ago
Noudga says she thought maybe he'd just been working late. #MillardSmich

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 9m9 minutes ago
45 minutes later they get to his mom's place. Mom comes out, greets them. #Bosma

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 9m9 minutes ago
What did Millard say when he showed up at his mother's house with the trailer? Noudga doesn't remember. Burns asked what was in trailer

  • #207

"Did it ever occur to you Mr. Bosma is missing, he might be in the truck, I should call the police?" Dungey says. "That never occurred to me," she says.
by Adam Carter 12:10 PM

"It was a possibility we didn't explore ... we didn't explore where the person might be," she says.
by Adam Carter 12:10 PM

It scares me how detached she seems from all of what happened with this murder. "The Person"?!?! Umm no. He is a father, son, husband, friend. IMO, CN creeps me out with her detachment.

  • #208
molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 9m9 minutes ago
"She's asking him what's in the trailer," she recalls. She says he didn't answer the question. Can't recall his response. #Bosma

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 9m9 minutes ago
Drop trailer off at his mother's at about 10:30. What does Dell say? "I don't remember."

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 9m9 minutes ago
Noudga says Millard didn't answer his mother's question. "He says something I just don't know what it is."

Mark Carcasole ‏@MarkCarcGlobal 9m9 minutes ago
When they park the trailer in #Millard's mom's driveway Noudga says she can't remember what #Millard says to his mom...

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 9m9 minutes ago
She says Burns continued asking. But she doesn't recall how long the conversation was or what was said. #Bosma

Alex Pierson ‏@AlexpiersonAMP 9m9 minutes ago
Noudga doesn't know what eliminator was for. Metal scraps. Not a pet incinerator. @AM900CHML

  • #209
molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 9m9 minutes ago
She says later, she and Burns "came to the conclusion" maybe it was a Mother's Day gift. #Bosma

Mark Carcasole ‏@MarkCarcGlobal 9m9 minutes ago
...But Noudga DOES remember #Millard's mom asking him what was in the trailer. To which she says he didn't reply.

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 9m9 minutes ago
"I don't remember the conversation or how long it was or what was said." She and Burns later decided it must have been a gift for Mom's day

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 9m9 minutes ago
And after that was when they realized it could be the truck. she says they called it into police "a couple days later." #Bosma

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 9m9 minutes ago
Noudga says Burns asks what's in the trailer. "He doesn't answer the question."

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 9m9 minutes ago
They also considered it might be the #TimBosma truck in the trailer. "It was never a conclusion, it was like a theoretical approach."

  • #210
I don't know ANYONE who routinely drives around with their 5th wheel trailer attached. This is so ridiculous.

  • #211
Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 9m9 minutes ago
Later Noudga says she and Burns thought it was for Mother's Day. "Oh, that makes sense."

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 9m9 minutes ago
"It was never really a conclusion it was more of a theoretical approach to the situation," she says of realization the night of his arrest.

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 9m9 minutes ago
Dungey suggests it was more than theoretical because they went back to wipe prints. #Bosma

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 9m9 minutes ago
Then they got into a "state of mind" when they believe it might be the truck. It was their "theoretical approach."

Alex Pierson ‏@AlexpiersonAMP 9m9 minutes ago
CN tells jury she though the trailer was holding a mothers day gift for madeline burns. So why wipe prints asks Dungee. @AM900CHML

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 9m9 minutes ago
She says she was "distraught." They weren't thinking straight. #Bosma

  • #212
Dungey asks Noudga when she found out Bosma was burned. "When you found out, did a lightbulb go off in your little brain and say, 'Hey, I helped Dell move an incinerator?"
by Adam Carter 12:14 PM

Noudga says she and Millard didn't "hide it or try to remove it." "It didn't register to me as moving evidence."
by Adam Carter 12:15 PM

It seems that there could have been an earthquake and fire from the sky and she would say that she didn't remember and nothing registered. In my (snarky) opinion. Her answers are bringing out my snark again today. :|

Noudga says they "could have put it in the middle of the field" - but they "moved it to the side where people wouldn't be ogling at it."
by Adam Carter 12:16 PM

Noudga also says she didn't see the toolbox being moved from one truck to another when Millard switched vehicles.
by Adam Carter 12:18 PM

Noudga says she "might have" seen it before at Maplegate, but she doesn't know.
by Adam Carter 12:18 PM

  • #213
Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 9m9 minutes ago
"We were irrational, distraught, we weren't thinking straight," Noudga says that's when they went to wipe their prints off the trailer

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 9m9 minutes ago
She says "we weren't withholding evidence. We called it in." Dungey says again--"two days later." #Bosma

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 9m9 minutes ago
Days later they called police. "We called it in. We weren't hiding evidence." Neighbours had also called police about the trailer

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 9m9 minutes ago
Dungey suggests she knew a man was missing. She did. #Bosma

Mark Carcasole ‏@MarkCarcGlobal 9m9 minutes ago
Noudga says once she and #Millard's mom realized #Bosma's truck could be in the trailer she wiped off their prints.

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 9m9 minutes ago
Did they ever think, Mr. #Bosma is missing he might be in the truck? That didn't occur to Noudga.

  • #214
It scares me how detached she seems from all of what happened with this murder. "The Person"?!?! Umm no. He is a father, son, husband, friend. IMO, CN creeps me out with her detachment.

I know. That is a deeply disturbing statement.

Colin Butler ‏@ColinButlerCBC 9m9 minutes ago
She's recounting the night Millard dropped off the trailer. She claims she called it in 2 days after she realized it could hold the truck

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 9m9 minutes ago
"Did it ever occur to you, Mr #Bosma is missing, he might be in the truck?" He bellows.
"That didn't come to me, no," she replies dryly.

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 9m9 minutes ago
"We just wiped exactly what we touched...We called it in."

Mark Carcasole ‏@MarkCarcGlobal 9m9 minutes ago
Dungey asks Noudga if she ever thought maybe Tim #Bosma's body was in the trunk, she says it was an idea "we didn't explore."

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 9m9 minutes ago
She says they were just thinking about what they knew, which was that there was a trailer there. #Bosma

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 9m9 minutes ago
"We just were thinking about what we knew, and we knew there was a trailer in the driveway." But she thinks there might be a truck inside

  • #216
I don't know ANYONE who routinely drives around with their 5th wheel trailer attached. This is so ridiculous.

True. Also AJ (sorry if the initials are wrong, I am referring to SS's FIL) said that trailer was usually sitting at the hangar. That is why he noticed it was missing.

The red truck with JV's truck to use so I don't think it was normal for CN to get picked up in the red truck plus having the trailer attached to it.

  • #217
Colin Butler ‏@ColinButlerCBC 9m9 minutes ago
D: you never considered #TimBosma could be inside?
N: it was not a possibility we explored. #Bosma

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 9m9 minutes ago
Dungey: "Two days later...did it ever occur to you Mr. Bosma's missing. He might be in the truck. Maybe I should call the police."

Alex Pierson ‏@AlexpiersonAMP 9m9 minutes ago
2 days later CN says she doesn't know about Tim Bosma. Knows about missing person. Her BF is arrested. Still doesn't go to police

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 9m9 minutes ago
Noudga: "That never occurred to me at all. I never assumed the person might be in the truck...IT was a possibility we didn't explore."

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 9m9 minutes ago
--which possibly contained a truck, Dungey adds. Yes.

"So why didn't you call the police then?" He asks. She doesn't know. #Bosma

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 9m9 minutes ago
"I don't know why we didn't call police then. We waited for legal counsel. I was present for meetings. We called it in." #TimBosma

  • #218
Noudga said she thought there might be pot in the box. Other witnesses have testified that toolbox was used to carry drugs.
by Adam Carter 12:19 PM

"We were night owls, we often did things very late at night," Noudga says about moving the Eliminator and the toolbox.
by Adam Carter 12:19 PM

"The only thing that concerns you that night is the sex you had ... that appears to be the only thing you remember doing." Dungey says. "It was memorable," Noudga says.
by Adam Carter 12:20 PM

Ziiiiiing ;)

  • #219
Dungey asks Noudga when she found out Bosma was burned. "When you found out, did a lightbulb go off in your little brain and say, 'Hey, I helped Dell move an incinerator?"
by Adam Carter 12:14 PM

I honestly almost just spit out my coffee.

  • #220
Mark Carcasole ‏@MarkCarcGlobal 9m9 minutes ago
TD: "You think the trailer's there, its got this truck...why don't you call the police?" CN: "We did-" TD: "Two days later!" #MillardSmich

Colin Butler ‏@ColinButlerCBC 10m10 minutes ago
"I don't know why we didn't call the police then. We waited for legal counsel then we called it in," she says. #TimBosma

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 10m10 minutes ago
She waited for legal counsel before "calling it in" and telling police about truck. But she wiped her prints before getting legal counsel.

Alex Pierson ‏@AlexpiersonAMP 9m9 minutes ago
So she wipes prints- 2 days later gets a lawyer but doesn't go to police. Dungee; u don't care about a missing person.

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 9m9 minutes ago
"You do nothing in regards to assisting the police," he says. She says they did.
"Later. I'm talking about the time," he says. She agrees no

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 9m9 minutes ago
"You don't care about the missing person, it's got Dell's print's on it, I'm wiping it, right?" Noudga repeats she was only self concerned
