"He's telling me to agree with he story. Whether the story's true or not I have no idea," says Noudga about #Millard letters.

Shannon Martin ‏@ShannonMartinTV 11m11 minutes ago Toronto, Ontario
Dungey asks about Millard's letter that refers to Itchy (believed Smich) Noudga says she knew nothing of this story

Judge says he forgot to do something this morning. Tells the jury to step out for 2 minutes

Colin Butler ‏@ColinButlerCBC 11m11 minutes ago
Judge now excusing jury for 2 mins #Bosma

Mark Carcasole ‏@MarkCarcGlobal 11m11 minutes ago
Jury dismissed for legal arguments. Justice Goodman promises it'll only take 2 mins. #MillardSmich

Shannon Martin ‏@ShannonMartinTV 11m11 minutes ago Toronto, Ontario
The story about Itchy could be true or not true, Noudga says she doesn't know. #Bosma

Just a quickie... just occurred to me that 'itchy' could be 'isho'.. , a 'pet name' perhaps? and his 2 boyz.. the other 2 matthews? Just a thought, no idea if it makes sense in the context of what was said about 'itchy and the boyz'

"How cld I tamper w evidence if I didn't tamper w HIS evidence?" Dungee; says- we r talking about wiping evidence. @AM900CHML

Alex Pierson ‏@AlexpiersonAMP 8m8 minutes ago
CN; "I wiped my evidence. Then realized I wiped his. But I didn't wipe out entire trailer." Big groans... @AM900CHML

Nick Dixon ‏@CHCHNewsguyNick 10m10 minutes ago
disturbing to think about laughter in court during the #TimBosma trial, but it's happening this morning... check @HefCHCHNews tweets for why

Now that was an exciting morning. Interesting that she's maintaining that MB and her had so much self control that they didn't turn on the TV in their hotel room over that weekend- just didn't want to hear about it? Interesting position to take. MOO

This.

Of course, thought nothing about wiping their prints off the trailer, drinking "copious" amount of wine and hugging until daybreak. You know, because they were so stressed and torn up.

What a frigging moron.

Maybe. But remember Smichy's Bar...Smich was Smichy which is awful close to Itchy.

Notes: "trailer, wiped...my idea not mother's..not manipulative...she knew nothing...might have screwed that up by staying with her."

I find this interesting. So to me it reads that MB knew nothing until she spent the weekend with CN. Again, what did CN know that she could have possibly shared with MB that weekend?

CN's parents felt that MB had manipulated CN into wiping the prints off the trailer. CN was trying to cover for herself and MB at the same time, IMO.

Dungey reads another note: "do they know it was him who put the trailer at his mom's? They cannot prove it bc no prints." #Bosma

So how do you feel about MM, now that you've experienced CN?

I know you weren't asking me but I said it day one of CN's testimony. She makes MM looking like the shining star of morality and justice.

CN's idiotic answers and the reaction of the court this morning makes me think of the old saying... " 'tis better to be thought of as a fool, than to open your mouth and remove all doubt"

Whoever told us she was smart, intelligent, etc., was clearly mistaken.

or this one.

"Among sheeple but not among intelligent people (not to be confused with educated people). You see, intelligent people can think for themselves and education only implies that someone has jumped through the hoops." -unknown

Well I get that MB and CN made a pact over wine to cover for DM...and each other.

DM, MB and CN stand together.

  • #174
Humm. ..this is huge for MS side! Maybe MS didn't initiate getting the drugs but it was CN, so the drugs didn't tarnish DM'S character?!

This has been my theory, CN called AM to get him to remove all the drugs from the house and let him know the location of the toolbox and dump everything with MS. I also believe it was her that let everyone know about the arrest.

  • #175
So how do you feel about MM, now that you've experienced CN?

MM was still under lil Dell's spell IMO. I think there are a lot of parents out there that might do stupid things to protect their children. CN knew what she was getting in to, MM didn't ask for this and its not fair that it was thrust upon her. That said, as a parent I would have told my son to come clean, accept your punishment and try to be a better man. I wouldn't help him to deceive and try to lie his way out of it. But no matter what, I still feel empathy for MM, this wasn't her fault and it isn't how she should be spending her golden years.

Dungey continues cross-examination of Christina Noudga. #MillardSmich

"What we moved in Waterloo." "Gloves" "Why? At such an hour?" Noudga writes to herself

Mark Carcasole ‏@MarkCarcGlobal 41s41 seconds ago
"Dungey reads Noudga note. What jennifer in Waterloo. Gloves. Why? At such an hour?" Why do you write why, Dungey asks.

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 29s29 seconds ago
Why did she write why? Because I wasn't sure how to answer the question, Noudga says.

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 54s54 seconds ago
We're back. Noudga's notes: "what we moved in Waterloo...why?...at such an hour?" Noudga: "I wasn't sure how to answer that question."

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 53s53 seconds ago
Back. Dungey references another note: "what we moved in Waterloo. Gloves. Why?" #Bosma

Court is now resuming.
by Adam Carter 11:54 AM

Dungey now moving to another page in her notes.
by Adam Carter 11:55 AM

"What we moved in Waterloo. Gloves. Why? At Such an hour?" Noudga wrote.
by Adam Carter 11:56 AM

Noudga says this refers to when she moved the incinerator in Waterloo with Millard.
by Adam Carter 11:56 AM

"I didn't know why we moved it," she said.
by Adam Carter 11:56 AM

Dungey questions how moving the incinerator in the middle of the night could be seen as part of a "regular routine."
by Adam Carter 11:58 AM

I mentioned this when that letter came out. I wondered if DM was trying to pin it on MS and the MWJ gang as those are the ones known for guns. That if so, DM better cover his butt in the pen.

"So you go to the farm between two and three to move an in incinerator. And he tells you because it's because the floorboards in the barn are creaking? Did you see it? Dungey says repeatedly. Noudga says she didn't "sit down and inspect the floor."
by Adam Carter 11:59 AM

"Did it dawn on you, why didn't we do this in the afternoon when we could see things?" Dungey asks. "No," Noudga says.
by Adam Carter 12:02 PM

"You didn't question going there in the middle of the night?" Dungey asks. "We often did things at a very late hour," Noudga says.
by Adam Carter 12:02 PM

Noudga sys Millard never mentioned the pet cremation business, and said the incinerator was for melting metal.
