Back to Noudga's notes "OK with Andrew and Matt. Maybe I could write Matt a letter. Easier than disposable phones."

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 47s47 seconds ago
Talks about meeting anonymously. Says maybe Matt "could break it down to Andrew better than I." #Bosma

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 29s29 seconds ago
She then writes "I don't know what to do with the stereo." #Bosma

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 48s49 seconds ago
She goes on "I don't know what to do with the stereo." That's what she says she thought the DVR was -- it had surveillance footage

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 41s42 seconds ago
Noudga note: "Not sure how to get a meet anonymously. Matt for sure. Maybe he can break it down to Andrew, better than I...

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 30s31 seconds ago
She says this is not a draft of letter she sent. Says she "contemplated" approaching guys but after weighing pros & cons she decided not to.

BBM

I thought she said she didn't think the "stereo" was relevant evidence. ;) Like the fingerprints, I guess.

She wonders about addresses, meeting Hagerman & Michalski anonymously. Noudga says she never shared these musing with Millard

Mark Carcasole ‏@MarkCarcGlobal 21s22 seconds ago
Noudga scribbled a note that she never sent #Millard asking for addresses of friends he wanted her to meet with and ask to change statements

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 20s21 seconds ago
Dungey suggests this was draft of a letter for Millard. Noudga says she never sent it. "I didn't contemplate it for very long," she says.

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 13s14 seconds ago
"I didn't contemplate it for very long," But Noudga admits she did think about helping Millard tamper with witnesses

Colin Butler ‏@ColinButlerCBC 11s12 seconds ago
She adds "I didn't contemplate it for very long." #Bosma

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes now
Dungey directs her to the bottom part of the note. "I hate you sometimes but at the same time I miss having you around...

  • #363
What I am noticing is that in none of his letters does he say "thanks for talking to x" or "glad you've decided to help" or "that was a good idea you had".

Unless of course those are the letters she left with MB.

Noudga's note"I hate you sometimes but at the same time I miss having you around," She goes on to contemplate meeting Michalski & Hagerman

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 1m1 minute ago
"...ill see what I can do about Andrew. Not sure how I'll get ahold of him." #Bosma

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 1m1 minute ago
Noudga note: "I hate you sometimes, but at the same time I miss having you around. I'll see what I can do about Andrew."

Mark Carcasole ‏@MarkCarcGlobal 50s50 seconds ago
Another unsent note from Noudga says "I'll see what I can do about Andrew." CN says she crossed it out and write a diff letter to send.

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 1m1 minute ago
She says she didn't include that out in the letter she ended up sending. #Bosma

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 1m1 minute ago
"I crossed it out, wrote a new letter," Noudga says. But we have no proof because the letters she sent weren't found, Dungey says.

  • #365
Now another note she wrote. "I hate you sometimes, but at the same time, I miss having you around. I'll see what I can do about Andrew. Not sure how I'll get a hold of him."
by Adam Carter 2:18 PM

She says she "crossed this part out" and wrote a new letter. "All we've got is your testimony that you didn't send him a copy of this letter ... because we don't have your letters that you sent him," Dungey says.
by Adam Carter 2:19 PM

In another note, Noudga writes that she's questioning that Millard might be playing her to suit his needs.

Please tell me they've got the letters.. Please tell me they've got the letters...

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 2m2 minutes ago
Dungey says all we have is her testimony on that. Don't have her letters to him. #Bosma

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 2m2 minutes ago
"Not sure how I'll get a hold of him, but I'll think of something." Noudga says she never sent that letter.

Colin Butler ‏@ColinButlerCBC 1m1 minute ago
She said she wrote a letter to Millard saying she'd do it, but then crossed it out and wrote a new letter. #Bosma

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 1m1 minute ago
Now directing her to another note. He calls it a draft of a letter and she calls it "scattered ideas." #Bosma

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 49s50 seconds ago
Dungey says we have to take her word, since letters to Millard never found...Another note: "Are you just playing me to suit your needs."

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 42s43 seconds ago
Noudga writes, do you really feel the way you write or are you just saying things?

Another unsent note from Noudga says "I'll see what I can do about Andrew." CN says she crossed it out and write a diff letter to send.

This is close, but DM ensured she was protected in his letters. MOO

Noudga says that she thought his "yearning" for her increased affection and love.
by Adam Carter 2:21 PM

She did find it odd, she says, that Millard would intersperse messages of love with asking her to tamper with witnesses.
by Adam Carter 2:22 PM

Dungey now moving on to another note she wrote. Asks her to read it to herself and then he'll ask questions.
by Adam Carter 2:23 PM

But one did say "AM changed his statement to a bunch of I don't knows" and that he "loved him for that"

Does this imply that the Jury will not get to hear what the note contains? New approach by TD.

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 6m6 minutes ago
In one, she writes down "do you really feel the way you say you do? Or are you just playing me to suit your needs." #Bosma

Colin Butler ‏@ColinButlerCBC 7m7 minutes ago
She wondered whether he was "playing" her, her notes say. #Bosma

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 7m7 minutes ago
Dungey suggests she felt manipulated. She says that's too strong a word. #Bosma

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 7m7 minutes ago
Noudga was skeptical, but says it didn't go as far as "manipulation." She didn't know why he "persisted on it."

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 7m7 minutes ago
Dungey: Interspersed in these love levels are requests for her to tamper with witnesses and fabricate evidence.

Colin Butler ‏@ColinButlerCBC 7m7 minutes ago
She tells Dungey she wouldn't use the word "manipulate" because "it's too strong a word." #Bosma

Imagine that.. 'Ace in the hole!'

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 7m7 minutes ago
She says she just wondered why he "encompassed" ideas of witness tampering "in mesh with all of his lovingness." #Bosma

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 7m7 minutes ago
"His love seemed to be more pronounced as time went on, right?" We were so much in love and happy together before his arrest, Noudga says

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 6m6 minutes ago
Dungey suggests his love grew behind bars. She took it as because of the time and distance. #Bosma

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 7m7 minutes ago
"I just wasn't sure why he persisted on it," says Noudga. Agrees Millard's love for her grew in jail. She says was his "yearning for me."

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 7m7 minutes ago
She says they were very much in love and happy before his arrest. #Bosma

"Unfortunately, I have not yet spoken to [Michalski] or [Hagerman]," Noudga writes in a note.
by Adam Carter 2:25 PM

"It's hard to do considering that group of individuals no longer speak to me ... and I don't want to talk over a phone with them for obvious reasons ... give me a bit of info on what they are needed for. I'm useless being kept in the dark ... I'm sure I can be a powerful weapon," she writes.
by Adam Carter 2:26 PM

Again, Noudga says she never wrote this in a letter to Millard. Her letters were never recovered. She says the "powerful weapon" part was a figure of speech, and she didn't "think it through."
by Adam Carter 2:28 PM

"We only have your word for it, right?" Dungey says. "You could also ask Mr. Millard." She shoots back. "If Mr. Millard testifies you can be assured I'll ask him," Dungey says. More laughter in the courtroom, and Goodman calls for order.
by Adam Carter 2:29 PM

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 7m7 minutes ago
She says it "didn't match" that Millard would write I love you, then go into witness tampering, then end with "I love you," again.

Mark Carcasole ‏@MarkCarcGlobal 7m7 minutes ago
Unsent letter from Noudga questions whether #Millard really loved her or just wanted her help.

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 7m7 minutes ago
Noudga says she found that odd. #TimBosma

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 7m7 minutes ago
But she agrees she found it odd, his requests for her help in witness tampering. #Bosma

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 7m7 minutes ago
Millard would say he loved her then asked her to participate in criminal activity of obstructing justice. She found that "odd." #bosma

Colin Butler ‏@ColinButlerCBC 7m7 minutes ago
Noudga says she found it odd how he professed his love then asked for her help in his plan. #TimBosma

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 7m7 minutes ago
Noudga reading over her own notes seized from her bedroom. #Bosma

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 6m6 minutes ago
Directing her to another note. Here, Dungey says she's again drafting a letter. She says she decided she didn't like the way it was written.

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 6m6 minutes ago
The note begins "unfortunately I have not yet spoken to Kodiak or Snuff." #Bosma

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 5m5 minutes ago
"Unfortunately I have not yet spoken to Kodiak or Snoff..." Wait, Noudga on wrong page. "You didn't specify that," she snarks at Dungey.

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 6m6 minutes ago
"I have not yet spoken to Kodiak and Snoff," Noudga writes in a note. Those were code names Millard gave Michalski & Hagerman

  • #379
molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 6m6 minutes ago
Noudga asks 'are we on the same page?' Dungey apologizes--he didn't specify. She's now reading.

Mark Carcasole ‏@MarkCarcGlobal 5m5 minutes ago
Dungey reads another unsent letter from Noudga: "Unfortunately I have not yet spoken to Kodiak or Snoff (code names for two friends)"

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 5m5 minutes ago
Dungey continues. "It's hard to do considering that group...no longer speaks to me." #Bosma

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 5m5 minutes ago
"I don't want to talk over the phone for obvious reasons." #Bosma

Mark Carcasole ‏@MarkCarcGlobal 5m5 minutes ago
Noudga writes that circle of friends have started avoiding her. Promises to get "more information...I'm sure I can be a powerful weapon."

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 5m5 minutes ago
She says "give me a bit of info on what they are needed for...I'm useless when left in the dark. I'm sure I can be a powerful weapon" #Bosma

Yeah, she doesn't like that strong word - cause it makes her look weak.
