Goodman tells the jury not to blame any lawyer for making an objection.
by Adam Carter 11:03 AM

"I'm not a rat, but I do not want to remain under surveillance," Noudga wrote. Noudga says she's talking about Millard's "dealings in illicit drugs." "Dellen would often buy things in bulk," she says.

We're not talking Costco anymore, are we? :P

"I was constantly being approached, asked to make a statement." Noudga says she locked herself away for days

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 5m5 minutes ago
Dungey tries again: Would u consider yourself a rat? Noudga: "No." ...she says police constantly approached her.

Mark Carcasole ‏@MarkCarcGlobal 4m4 minutes ago
"I was under the impression that I was constantly being surveilled. I was constantly being approached to make a statement," says Noudga.

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 4m4 minutes ago
She says first few days after Millard's she was stuck at home because of a "fear" of surveillance. #Bosma

Colin Butler ‏@ColinButlerCBC 4m4 minutes ago
Noudga says she was afraid to leave her house. She was afraid of media and police surveillance after Millard was arrested. #Bosma

  • #103
molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 4m4 minutes ago
She says she wrote this before receiving Millard's letters about witness tampering. She was concerned about drugs. #Bosma

We have 'instant recall'?

Alex Pierson ‏@AlexpiersonAMP 5m5 minutes ago
"Noudga says she didn't want them to know about DM drugs. Or "tamper his reputation" @AM900CHML

Shannon Martin ‏@ShannonMartinTV 5m5 minutes ago Toronto, Ontario
Noudga says she had a fear of surveillance, after Millard was arrested. Being followed by media. #Bosma

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 4m4 minutes ago
"Fear of going out, fear of being surveyed, fear of media following me..." Noudga says those were days after Millards arrest. For a week

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 4m4 minutes ago
She stayed home first few days after Millard's arrest. Fear of surveillance and media. "For, like, a week after I got home."

Mark Carcasole ‏@MarkCarcGlobal 5m5 minutes ago
Noudga says it has created a fear of surveillance of being followed by media after #Millard's arrest.

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 5m5 minutes ago
She says her "fear" lasted a week. He asks if her fear grew after getting letters about witness tampering. #Bosma

  • #105
"Did you consider the fact that you would be a rat for going to police and talking to them about the fabrications?" Dungey says. "I wasn't considered in his tampering in evidence because I hadn't received those letters," Noudga says.
by Adam Carter 11:06 AM

Huh? I don't understand what she means by this?

  • #106
Colin Butler ‏@ColinButlerCBC 5m5 minutes ago
"Your memory is pretty specific about that," Dungey says. #Bosma

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 5m5 minutes ago
She says no, it lessened because over time she realized she wasn't being followed. "Though I was, they're just good at their jobs." #Bosma

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 5m5 minutes ago
"Over time I realized I wasn't being followed. Only I was. They're just really good at it." Noudga mumbles

Colin Butler ‏@ColinButlerCBC 5m5 minutes ago
"I was being surveyed but the fear decreased over time." She says, "they're good at their job." #Bosma

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 5m5 minutes ago
Her fear decreased over time. She keeps saying she was "surveyed." I think she means "surveilled." #bosma

Mark Carcasole ‏@MarkCarcGlobal 5m5 minutes ago
After time Noudga says her fear of surveillance decreased because "I was convinced I wasn't being followed. But I was. They're just good."

"The detectives had mentioned it was an international case and it was very high profile," Noudga says about another note.
by Adam Carter 11:11 AM

If in fact the detectives actually said this what would make it international?

"What was the purpose of writing these things down?" Dungey says. "I don't know, I just did," Noudga says.
by Adam Carter 11:12 AM

She says wiping down the trailer "motivated her to not want to make a statement." She says "Looking back it was a stupid thing to do. It should have been left alone."

It's the half way point between Toronto and Waterloo.

I know. Do cell pings indicate that they were in Milton for hours, or just that there were hours between Waterloo and Toronto. I guess I can look that up for myself!

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 5m5 minutes ago
Dungey says the surveillance was for good reason. She disagrees. #Bosma

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 5m5 minutes ago
For good reason she was under surveillance, Dungey says. Noudga disagrees. She didn't think the letters were important

Shannon Martin ‏@ShannonMartinTV 5m5 minutes ago Toronto, Ontario
Dungey said she was being followed by police for good reason - because she was getting letters from Millard. She disagrees. #Bosma

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 5m5 minutes ago
He says well, the letters... She says she didn't think that would be of interest. #Bosma

Colin Butler ‏@ColinButlerCBC 5m5 minutes ago
Noudga now says she didn't know that police would be interested in the letters. "I thought the police would be more interested in the truth"

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 5m5 minutes ago
Noudga says she didn't think police would be interested in Millard's letters. "I thought the police would be more interested in the truth."

Based on her responses so far, I have to wonder, does she even realize an innocent man died at the hands of her boyfriend and his sketchbag friend? I mean, if you didn't know Tim Bosma was shot and killed by these two, and were just following her answers, you'd never really guess what she was being questioned about. No tears, no "oh my goodness my twisted boyfriend killed a man", nothing at all. Just a *itchy, arrogant, annoyed attitude because she was inconvenienced. This blows my mind.

The gallery snickers. #Bosma

Shannon Martin ‏@ShannonMartinTV 5m5 minutes ago Toronto, Ontario
Noudga 'He never tried to frame anyone, in my opinion' tells the court #Bosma

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 5m5 minutes ago
"I thought they'd be interested in the truth." The letters were the truth, Dungey says, written by Millard to tamper with witnesses

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 6m6 minutes ago
She says she thought they'd be more interested in the truth. Dungey says "the letters are the truth because they were written by Mr Millard"

Mark Carcasole ‏@MarkCarcGlobal 6m6 minutes ago
Dungey attacking Noudga's credibility again for not telling police about #Millard's letters. "Thought police would be interested in truth."

Alex Pierson ‏@AlexpiersonAMP 5m5 minutes ago
"When I got arrested I told police everything. Does that make me a rat?" Dungee; u didn't go to police. U were arrested!!! @AM900CHML

She says she didn't think Millard's letters were true because they were all different and seemed "implausible." #bosma

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 6m6 minutes ago
Noudga doesn't think Millard tried to frame anyone. All his "defence" stories were different.

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 6m6 minutes ago
She says they were a bunch of stories that weren't true. That he never actually framed anybody. If he had, would be different. #Bosma

Shannon Martin ‏@ShannonMartinTV 6m6 minutes ago Toronto, Ontario
Noudga says she didn't think there was any truth to Millard's letters, they were just a 'bunch of stories' #Bosma

Colin Butler ‏@ColinButlerCBC 7m7 minutes ago
She says she didn't think the letters were true. They were all different stories, she says. Why would police be interested? #Bosma

Mark Carcasole ‏@MarkCarcGlobal 7m7 minutes ago
Noudga says she didn't think #Millard's letters were the truth because stories would often change. Dungey contends the LETTERS are the issue

Noudga says she "supposes, in a sense" that she also wiped off Millard's prints.
by Adam Carter 11:14 AM

She also wrote "I will not talk, put Dell in jeopardy." She says she didn't want to give the police evidence about Millard using "drugs and things that would harm his character."
by Adam Carter 11:15 AM

Noudga says at this point she didn't know about the media at this point, because they were "too distraught too look into it."

Noudga says that was to do with Millard's drugs. He would buy weed in bulk. Also other drugs, sometimes, for recreation.

MS..."bring me all the drugs". So naturally the friends would bring the bulk weed and the recreational toolbox.

MS had no idea that DM had put the gun in that toolbox IMO.

They were done in Waterloo and driving from Waterloo to Toronto. Pinged in Milton at 1:23 and 3:43. Over 2 hours.

Thanks for clarifying paris_paris; this seems to be a significant time gap (in addition to the 2 hours in Kleinberg versus CN's testimony that it was 15-20 minutes).

"I don't know what I was thinking at that specific time." Maybe she just didn't want to be a rat? No.

Shannon Martin ‏@ShannonMartinTV 6m6 minutes ago Toronto, Ontario
'I don't know what I was thinking at that specific time' Noudga says #Bosma

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 7m7 minutes ago
She says she doesn't know what she was thinking then. Dungey suggests she didn't go to cops bc she didn't want to be a rat. #Bosma

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 7m7 minutes ago
Dungey says she made decision about what was important to police. "I supposed I did," she says. Denies being a rat. #Bosma

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 7m7 minutes ago
She says no. #Bosma

Alex Pierson ‏@AlexpiersonAMP 7m7 minutes ago
Dungee pressing Noudga very hard on why she didn't take the DM letters to cops." I didn't thk it wld be of interest."

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 7m7 minutes ago

Noudga very sarcastic, *****y, haughty. Dungey is showing great restraint. #Bosma

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 7m7 minutes ago
She makes notes about "repercussions" "leave country" "friends" :"high profile case"

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 7m7 minutes ago
Another note. Heading "repercussions." Under that, she mentions leaving the country. and that it's a high profile case. #Bosma

Alex Pierson ‏@AlexpiersonAMP 7m7 minutes ago
2/2 CN' I thought police wld be interested in the truth." Dungee;" the letters r the truth. Written by DM. About fabrication/tampering."

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 7m7 minutes ago
Detectives told her it was international and high profile. Better reason to go to police?

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 7m7 minutes ago
She says she wrote that bc she wanted to leave the country to study. And her friends were being harassed by police/media. #Bosma

Possibly that this case had gained international attention? Because, it certainly did.

"Headed out west on the 15th / not good /jeopardizes" Noudga wrote. She says this was about going to B.C. where they would "smoke a ton of illicit drugs."
by Adam Carter 11:18 AM

"If the opportunity had arisen we probably would have," she says about bringing back pot from B.C.
by Adam Carter 11:19 AM

"Will they purse me for a statement if I do not give one?" Noudga wrote.
