What? But she didn't know about the Bosma case but then says this?...

"It was a possibility we didn't explore ... we didn't explore where the person might be," she says.
by Adam Carter 12:10 PM

CN has a serious issue with "hoof in mouth" disease!

Mark Carcasole ‏@MarkCarcGlobal 10m10 minutes ago
TD: "All your concerned about, you don't care about the missing person, it's got my prints on it and (#Millard)'s." CN: "No."

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 10m10 minutes ago
She says she was removing her prints, her involvement. "I wasn't involved in this case, I didn't want to be involved in this case," she says

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 9m9 minutes ago
"That's evidence mam'm," Dungey says. #Bosma

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 9m9 minutes ago
"Later, I realized, I had unintentionally wiped Dell's prints off the lock. I wasn't tampering with evidence..."

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 10m10 minutes ago
"I didn't want to be involved in this case. It was raw, actual emotion, we acted by instinct and fear," Noudga says.

Mark Carcasole ‏@MarkCarcGlobal 10m10 minutes ago
Noudga repeats that she wiped her prints off the trailer to avoid any involvement in #Bosma case. "Well that's evidence," notes Dungey.

  • #223
"Sex would count for intercourse, it was more a, as I said before, a sexual favour." Noudga says. "Fellatio would be the word." Dungey says. "Yes, lets use that one," Noudga says.
by Adam Carter 12:21 PM

  • #224
The courtroom just laughed at Noudga's response again.
by Adam Carter 11:25 AM

"I wiped off my prints, I don't know where else he touched," Noudga says. In her notes she wrote, "they cannot prove it because no prints."
by Adam Carter 11:26 AM

Court again laughs at Noudga. Justice Goodman calls for order.
by Adam Carter 11:27 AM

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 8m8 minutes ago
Dungey suggests they were removing evidence. She says no, just wiping their prints. "It's called fingerprints mam'm, it's evidence."

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 9m9 minutes ago
"At the time I didn't see it as evidence." We're talking about fingerprints! The whole court is laughing now.

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 9m9 minutes ago
Noudga was concerned about herself, Burns was concerned about herself, no one was concerned about Millard, she says. Court laughs again

The court spectators and Jury likely have same collective emotions. She is such a terrible liar, she would make a better Joker. The Judge has to call for order.

Surely you Jest?

"I was just wiping my prints off the lock."

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 10m10 minutes ago
"Ok so while brainstorming, Surely you would've reflected on all the things you'd done with Dell," he says. She says no. #Bosma

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 9m9 minutes ago
Didn't she reflect on all the things she had done with Millard May 9? No. #TimBosma

Colin Butler ‏@ColinButlerCBC 10m10 minutes ago
Noudga "I wasn't tampering with possible evidence, I was jus removing my involvement." #Bosma

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 10m10 minutes ago
Dungey listing the trailer drop off, moving the eliminator, the toolbox drop off. "That never registered at the time," she says. #Bosma

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 10m10 minutes ago
Noudga says she never thought about the other events of May 9. "That never registered at the time." #bosma

Alex Pierson ‏@AlexpiersonAMP 10m10 minutes ago
Noudha says " it was raw irrational logic" why she didn't go to police. Despite; trailer, arrest. Moving eliminator, DM behaviour.

Mark Carcasole ‏@MarkCarcGlobal 10m10 minutes ago
Dungey retracing #Millard's steps day before arrest. "That never goes toward your thinking that this truck might be in the trailer?" #Bosma

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 10m10 minutes ago
"You've done all these exploits the night before...and you're saying you didn't think any of that had to do with the truck?" #Bosma

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 10m10 minutes ago
She says no.

She doesn't remember when she found out Tim #Bosma was incinerated. #Bosma

Mark Carcasole ‏@MarkCarcGlobal 10m10 minutes ago
"It didn't register at the time," says Noudga. #MillardSmich

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 10m10 minutes ago
When did she find out Mr #Bosma was incinerated? She doesn't remember. "Did a lightbulb go off in your little brain when you found out?"

Shannon Martin ‏@ShannonMartinTV 10m10 minutes ago Toronto, Ontario
Dungey: When did you find out when Mr. Bosma was incinerated? Noudga: I don't know. Dungey: Did a lightbulb go off in your brain...

Shannon Martin ‏@ShannonMartinTV 10m10 minutes ago Toronto, Ontario
.... thinking, hey, I helped Dell move the Eliminator? #Bosma

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 10m10 minutes ago
"When you found out did a light bulb go off in your little brain?" He asks.

She said yes she wrote it down in her concerns in notes. #Bosma

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 10m10 minutes ago
She says the lightbulb did go off about moving the incinerator. She wrote down her concerns. #TimBosma

Mark Carcasole ‏@MarkCarcGlobal 10m10 minutes ago
Dungey asks Noudga, when she found out #TimBosma was incinerated "did a lightbulb go off in your little head?"Noudga answers in the negative

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 10m10 minutes ago
She says it didn't concern her "as to anything bad" because they didn't "hide or try to remove (the incinerator)." #Bosma

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 10m10 minutes ago
"When did you find out that Mr. Bosma was incinerated?" "I don't know."

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 10m10 minutes ago
"We didn't hide it or try to remove it or anything, we moved it because the floorboards were breaking under it's weight."

Shannon Martin ‏@ShannonMartinTV 10m10 minutes ago Toronto, Ontario
'We didn't hide it, or try to hide it' Noudga says of moving the Eliminator, so it didn't register to her #Bosma

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 11m11 minutes ago
"So to me it didn't register as like, moving evidence," she says. #Bosma

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 10m10 minutes ago
"Well, when you found out did a lightbulb go off in your brain? 'Hey, I just helped Dell move an incinerator.'"

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 10m10 minutes ago
She said she wrote it down as a concern. "Well we didn't hide it (the incinerator) so it didn't concern me as anything bad."

Nobody in DM's circle has cared about the drugs. Everyone willingly testified about the drugs. Why was she so concerned about a trip to BC that might involve bringing pot back? Were they planning to go to BC in a newly stolen Dodge? What was really going to happen there? I can't seem to let it go lol

  • #230
Dungey also points out that Millard was "tired and weary," yet they had sex several times over the course of a few hours.
by Adam Carter 12:24 PM

"I see and hear a lot of things, but I don't recall them. I was very stoned as I usually was when I was with him," Noudga says.
by Adam Carter 12:25 PM

"You're going to stick with that story because it helps you in your trial, doesn't it?" Dungey asks. "I'm going to stick with that story because that's what happened," Noudga says.
by Adam Carter 12:26 PM

"Sex would count for intercourse, it was more a, as I said before, a sexual favour." Noudga says. "Fellatio would be the word." Dungey says. "Yes, lets use that one," Noudga says.
by Adam Carter 12:21 PM
Yes the small tiny mission.

  • #232
Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 10m10 minutes ago
"I never saw it as tampering with evidence." She disputes that the incinerator was "hidden" in the trees. It was just put there.

Alex Pierson ‏@AlexpiersonAMP 11m11 minutes ago
Dungee; "when did u learn about #timbosma incineration? CN; "I don't know" "a lightbulb doesn't go off?" Dungee asks? @AM900CHML

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 10m10 minutes ago
He suggests they moved it into the woods. She says they couldn't just put it in the field.

Shannon Martin ‏@ShannonMartinTV 10m10 minutes ago Toronto, Ontario
'Dell had a concern it may be stolen' Noudga says of the Eliminator #Bosma

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 10m10 minutes ago
"We could have put it in the middle of the field, but ... we put it to side where people wouldn't be ogling it." #TimBosma

Alex Pierson ‏@AlexpiersonAMP 10m10 minutes ago
CN" I was concerned. I wasn't sure. It didn't concern me it was anything bad." @AM900CHML

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 11m11 minutes ago
"We just kind of moved it to the side where people wouldn't be ogling at it." She says. #Bosma

Colin Butler ‏@ColinButlerCBC 11m11 minutes ago
On moving the incinerator: "I didn't register it as moving evidence," she says. We just moved it to the side so people wouldn't be ogling it

Mark Carcasole ‏@MarkCarcGlobal 11m11 minutes ago
"Full darkness, he moves this (incinerator)in the bushes...to conceal it right?" asks Dungey. Noudga says it was moved to avoid theft.

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 10m10 minutes ago
So you have all this conversation about people looking at the incinerator, but not about anything else?

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 10m10 minutes ago
Dungey suggests they had all that conversation (about needing to move it bc hunters etc) but not about anything else? #Bosma

Shannon Martin ‏@ShannonMartinTV 11m11 minutes ago Toronto, Ontario
Dungey: You have all this conversation - that it might be stolen - but you don't know what's in the trailer? Noudga: No #Bosma

  • #234
Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 11m11 minutes ago
"We could have put in in the middle of the field but then people would walk buy...People would be ogling it." Concerned it might get stolen.

Colin Butler ‏@ColinButlerCBC 11m11 minutes ago
"Dell was afraid it would be stolen," she says. #Bosma

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 11m11 minutes ago
He suggests again, "you didn't put it together that this was kind of a strange night with the missions?" #Bosma

Mark Carcasole ‏@MarkCarcGlobal 11m11 minutes ago
Noudga just said illegal hunters would often go on the property. Noudga says she just added that part now but has been discussed by DM b4

Shannon Martin ‏@ShannonMartinTV 11m11 minutes ago Toronto, Ontario
Dungey: What a strange night, with a number of small missions. Noudga: Yeah #Bosma

Colin Butler ‏@ColinButlerCBC 11m11 minutes ago
Noudga says none of it seemed strange at the time. #Bosma

  • #235
molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 11m11 minutes ago
Again she says no. #Bosma

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 11m11 minutes ago
Dungey asks if it ever dawned on her that this small mission was odd? "No." And she never saw toolbox in truck? "No." #bosma

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 11m11 minutes ago
Noudga never saw the toolbox in the truck either. "I've been in the truck many times." So she doesn't look around.

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 11m11 minutes ago
She insists first time she saw the toolbox that night was when they got to Hagerman's house. #Bosma

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 11m11 minutes ago
Dungey asks if she ever saw it before. She says "mm...no." #Bosma

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 11m11 minutes ago
She says she never saw toolbox before. "I might have, but I don't register it." Dungey asks why she thought drugs were in toolbox.

  • #236
Dungey now putting one of the letters from Millard up on the screen.
by Adam Carter 12:27 PM

"So today the producer of 48 hours, it's an American crime show, came to visit me," Millard wrote in the letter.
by Adam Carter 12:28 PM

Pillay says he has an issue, and Goodman says that this latter was already ruled admissible. Jury is sent out anyhow.
by Adam Carter 12:29 PM

  • #237
Mark Carcasole ‏@MarkCarcGlobal 11m11 minutes ago
Re: the toolbox #Millard have to a friend. Dungey suggests she's seen it before. Noudga says maybe but she doesn't "register it."

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 11m11 minutes ago
Millard doesn't recall seeing the toolbox at other occasions. "I don't register it." Why did she think there were drugs in it? I don't know

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 11m11 minutes ago
He asks why she thought it had marijuana in it. "I don't know I didn't have a reason for it, that's just what I thought," she says. #Bosma

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 11m11 minutes ago
"That's just what I thought," says Noudga. "We were night owls. We often did things late at night."

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 11m11 minutes ago
Dungey suggests it's odd to wake someone up to drop a toolbox full of marijuana off to someone at 4 am. She disagrees. #Bosma

Mark Carcasole ‏@MarkCarcGlobal 11m11 minutes ago
"How did you know there was drugs in it?" asks Dungey. Noudga says she just inferred it. #MillardSmich

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 10m10 minutes ago
"Well, when you found out did a lightbulb go off in your brain? 'Hey, I just helped Dell move an incinerator.'"

I have a serious man-crush for Dungey right now.

  • #239
Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 11m11 minutes ago
Dell wouldn't be moving a little toolbox with marijuana to Hagerman's house at 4:30 am? Noudga doesn't think it odd. They're night owls.

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 11m11 minutes ago
"We were night owls," she says. She didn't ask questions. #Bosma

Shannon Martin ‏@ShannonMartinTV 11m11 minutes ago Toronto, Ontario
'We were night owls' Noudga says. So again, she claims she didn't question anything #Bosma

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 10m10 minutes ago
She doesn't know what Millard was texting or why he was giving the toolbox to Matt Hagerman. "Maybe I might have waved," Noudga says.

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 11m11 minutes ago
She knew he was using her phone. #Bosma

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 11m11 minutes ago
"The only thing that concerned you that night was a little sex," he suggests. #Bosma
