You ever been super-stoned? You can spend a half hour staring at a reflection in the windshield. Would be quite easy not to notice a toolbox being moved IMO.

Not for just that toolbox part but she has claimed this alot. She was always stoned when with DM. That's been her reasoning throughout her testimony for not remembering things.

And for your question..... yes, I have my license to be ;) but I guess my memory is better then most? I have a bad memory due to a tumor. I smoke and am on pain meds but I can remember details of events and conversations. Just don't ask me to remember names and dates. Lol

Dungey says again--by wiping her prints off locks, she also wiped his prints off. Right? She says "unintentionally so." #Bosma

Mark Carcasole ‏@MarkCarcGlobal 9m9 minutes ago
Noudga says that was a reference to her parents trying to convince her she has been manipulated to do that. #MillardSmich

Alex Pierson ‏@AlexpiersonAMP 9m9 minutes ago
Wiping prints;" it was a joint stupid mistake. We didn't eliminate evidence. I didn't see it as evidence" noudga says to stunned crt.

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 9m9 minutes ago
"WE both came to the conclusion we both touched the trailer," says Noudga of her and Burns. "Together, this was done.

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 9m9 minutes ago
"We both came to the conclusion we both touched the trailer, we both decided to remove our prints." Selfish concerns entirely, she says

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 9m9 minutes ago
She says she wasn't concerned for Burns. "She was concerned for herself, I was concerned for myself, and together this was done." #Bosma

Now she is saying that 'together' they wiped the prints???

If she was truly innocent in all of this, she wouldn't have wiped off the prints.

She either
a) is involved
b) tried to destroy DM's prints as evidence and is lying about it now
c) both a and b

She's the 3rd person still IMO. I don't care what anyone says lol

Given the letters, I wonder what Dungey's angle could possibly have been? I wonder if it is him, or the evidence that is making it all easy pickings for him (nevermind his great bravado, I think that personal flair is real good). I am very interested in his defense presentation - that will prove to be if he is actually in it for justice to prevail. That is a sticking point that keeps me from praising defense lawyers... they are in it for the money, IMO.

Agree 100%! It seems they have little to work with as far as a defense goes but I guess we will see. It's almost like these Defense lawyers use hopeless cases to sharpen their skills and drum up future business. MOO

How did LE find out about her wiping the prints anyway?

  • #307
Why would either of them touch the locks? Either you have a key or know the combination, did they think pulling on them would open them? I still think they wiped the locks to remove Dellen's prints.

Well, I don't think it will make any difference for DM. But it wasn't a spurious decision. They went to the hotel, went to Maplegate, went to the hotel, had wine, and then (probably after recharging the car) went to wipe the prints. They should have stopped to pick up Smich. I'm sure he wouldn't mind having some "fine red". I wonder if MB picked up wine glasses from home or they got some dollar store stuff.

CN originally said "MB gave CN rubber dish gloves and a towel, MB pointed to where she touched and CN wiped the spots" she then threw the gloves and towel in the sink then they went back to hotel room. Oh and feds the cats and packed some stuff.

Her testimony is complete crapola. Incinerator to MELT metal? And then what? Pour the liquid metal into some molds? into barrels? hahaha so ridiculous. No offence to York alumni. JMO

IMO, we keep thinking that this was CN's first trip to the crime rodeo. IMHO, she was playing from DM's crime handbook. Mess up the evidence enough and with any luck at all, none of it can be used. We don't know who loaded the truck in the trailer- for as much as we know, the text between DM and SS may have been all planned. SS may have helped him load it for all we know. Wiping the lock off seemed to be something she thought of. CN gives me major KH goosebumps and I maintain that her and DM have a silent agreement. She doesn't implicate him and he'll do the same. Problem is that at the time the agreement was made, DM figured he'd be acquitted and that's not looking too good right now. IMHO, he'll have absolutely no reason to save her butt from jail if he's found guilty of this crime. MOO

They were going to forge some swords to fend off the hegemony of the banks.

One so high profile as this is the perfect opportunity! It's my opinion that they are there to make sure there is no grounds for mistrial, rather than an attempt to defend a guilty murderer. (looking at you DM!)

Every time she mentions the sex was memorable I cringe. It sounds to me she isn't quite over lover boy. Gag. I do not talk that way about my exes especially if she hates him so much. In fact I don't know of any girl who's been cheated on to day ohhh how great it was. I call BS. She's still in love with him and protecting both their a $$ es

It likely didn't happen, but it fills a time gap when someone asks "what did you talk about on the drive to Kitchener". Her entire testimony has been ridiculous, its obviously just preparation for her own trial. She doesn't remember anything, she didn't know anything, or she was performing a sex act. Very easy to remember, and how do you cross examine someone like her? You can't, she'll just continue to play stupid. Its a brilliant strategy. The crown will need to prove that she knew what happened before the 9th, and unless Millard testifies against her, thats not going to happen. Even if it did, who'd believe him?

I don't doubt that DM did keep alot of this stuff quiet around her.. Just as he did with AM - not to protect them mind you, but to protect himself. The less they knew, the less they could testify to.. She's truely stupid to think that there isn't enough evidence against her for a conviction in her own trial however. Surely, if DM's "deleted" info was recovered after the fact, hers will be too. The letters are just icing on the cake.. She knew what she was doing after the fact.. absolutely.

I think the press TD is getting is also very valuable. Phone must be ringing off the hook, he can then cherry pick winnable cases. I suspect TD is an example of a lawyer who continues to practice law not so much for the $, but rather, because he enjoys his work. Based on his age and experience, he could likely hang up his hat and retire comfortably, but chooses to continue. MOO

I'm not sure she's still in love with him. IMO, by talking about how the sex is "memorable", she's trying to keep him buttered up in case he testifies at her trial.

I thought she testified earlier that MB just told her where to wipe off prints. Yes/No?

CJ you are totally on the ball in the discussion and you remember many a detail here. I am sorry for your battle. I truly wish you the best. But you make an excellent point...

If Dungey finishes up today and the Crown does their re-examinination, FWIK, the Crown will be resting its case. Oh the suspense- will either of the "D"'s call any witnesses and will either of the accused take the stand. IMHO, DM will definitely take the stand- after all, he's been practicing his address to the Jury, so I can't imagine him wanting to let that go to waste. Still don't know if Dungey would let MS take the stand. Guess we'll know sooner than later! MOO
