He asks what they talked about. She says they didn't. "That's odd," he says. She says he just sang the song. #Bosma

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 4m4 minutes ago
"It was dark outside," says Noudga. Not sure if she knew was a no contact order. "We didn't talk," on the phone. "Strange," Dungey says.

Mark Carcasole ‏@MarkCarcGlobal 4m4 minutes ago
Dungey now questioning Noudga about "Wonderwall" phone call. "He doesn't talk about his situation, doesn't profess his love to you?

Alex Pierson ‏@AlexpiersonAMP 5m5 minutes ago
About the call. Who placed it to DM. She has no idea. He just signs Wonderwall. Nothing else is said. @AM900CHML

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 5m5 minutes ago
"He sings Wonderwall by Oasis," Noudga says. He didn't ask any Q's or tell her any news, she says. #TimBosma

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 5m5 minutes ago
Dungey: "he didn't tell you anything about this case? What he wants you to do? How things are progressing?"
Noudga: "No." #Bosma

Mark Carcasole ‏@MarkCarcGlobal 5m5 minutes ago
Noudga replies "No." Says #Millard only sang Wonderwall to her in the phonecall at a pay phone.

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 4m4 minutes ago
Millard sings Wonderwall by Oasis and they say nothing else to each other over the phone. #Bosma

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 4m4 minutes ago
Now looking at letter Millard sent, where he's talking about Hagerman & Michalski dropping drugs & gun in Oakville for Smich

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 3m3 minutes ago
Another letter. Oct 27. In this one Millard references Hagerman's statements to police. #Bosma

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 3m3 minutes ago
Dungey says Millard shows real contempt for justice system in the letter. Noudga is reading it over to see if she agrees. #TimBosma

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 3m3 minutes ago
Police questioned Matt 5 separate times. "Now as you know he shouldn't have spoken to police at all." #Bosma

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 6m6 minutes ago
Directing her to another note. Here, Dungey says she's again drafting a letter. She says she decided she didn't like the way it was written.

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 6m6 minutes ago
The note begins "unfortunately I have not yet spoken to Kodiak or Snuff." #Bosma

This stands out to me. This is a note about her not talking to AM or MH yet. She doesn't say in court that she didn't end up writing this to DM at all, just that she didn't like the way this was written. So, a little slip on her part in court today?

Next letter from Millard. "They did not actually meet up with Mark, but left it in a stairwell for him...

Colin Butler ‏@ColinButlerCBC 3m3 minutes ago
Another Millard letter: he mentions police questioning Hagerman five times and says "I don't think he knows someone can refuse" #TimBosma

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 3m3 minutes ago
"Police questioned Matt 5 separate times. I have heard the first four questionings. The 5th I do not have....

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 3m3 minutes ago
He says by 5th time Matt had to spill the beans. He says another friend Sean Scullion drove to Hamilton and talked to cops. #Bosma

Colin Butler ‏@ColinButlerCBC 3m3 minutes ago
"I'm sure he cracked and I don't blame him" Millard writes. #TimBosma

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 3m3 minutes ago

"Sean, on the other hand, is a rat 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 with the heart of a sheep. There was absolutely no pressure on him to talk."

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 3m3 minutes ago
Millard calls Scullion a "rat 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 with the heart of a sheep. There was absolutely no pressure on him to talk." #Bosma

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 3m3 minutes ago

Mark Carcasole ‏@MarkCarcGlobal 3m3 minutes ago
Dungey now reviewing letter from #Millard to Noudga where DM seems angry about a friend giving statements to police.

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 3m3 minutes ago
"He sold Matt and Andrew out for free. I think he is under the impression it is his duty of a citizen to give the police whatever."

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 3m3 minutes ago
"I think he is under the impression it is his duty as a citizen to give police whatever they want," he writes. #Bosma

Why on earth would MB use a phone booth, after dark too. Doesn't the woman have a cell? Oh, maybe it was part of a spy game - no harm done then.

  • #427
Dungey asks her what her impression was when she read that. Pillay objects.
by Adam Carter 2:56 PM

Noudga says what Millard wrote doesn't convey a disrespect for the law.
by Adam Carter 2:56 PM

Dungey asks Noudga if she has the nickname coyote, because Millard refers to "only the craftiest of coyotes."

Dungey says Millard is showing contempt for someone who speaks to police. Pillay objects. Noudga agrees.

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 3m3 minutes ago
I'm correcting the spelling as I tweet because it's easier than inserting so many (sic) symbols.

Mark Carcasole ‏@MarkCarcGlobal 3m3 minutes ago
In letter #Millard refers to one friend as a "rat 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬...That's because he spoke to police?" "Yes," replies Noudga.

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 4m4 minutes ago
Dungey asks if letter conveys a disrespect for the law. Noudga says "No." Is her nickname Coyote? She says "Ahh, no."

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 4m4 minutes ago
Is your nickname coyote? Dungey asks. "Uhhh no." So why does Millard refer to her as his "secret agent."

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 3m3 minutes ago
Noudga's voice often rises at the end of a sentence.

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 3m3 minutes ago
In the first paragraph of this he says she will be his "secret agent." #Bosma

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 3m3 minutes ago

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 3m3 minutes ago
She just noticed he called her Coyote in letter. He's asking for her help to fix "problems" in his case. She says "I'm not sure in what."

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 3m3 minutes ago
He writes "I'm going to lay out the problems. Maybe you can effect some remedies. Maybe you can't." #Bosma

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 2m2 minutes ago
Dungey asks if she made the connection with the "secret agent" request. She says she didn't. #Bosma

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 2m2 minutes ago
Noudga says she didn't make the connection because the "secret agent" part was a paragraph higher.

Millard warns her to be very, very careful. Noudga says she didn't "make the connection" with her being a secret agent, which he references.

He's pointing to May 10, when Smich was to have called her. Dungey suggests that she spoke with Meneses, and not Smich.
by Adam Carter 3:02 PM

Dungey says the two got into an argument, and Noudga was yelling at Meneses about wanting to talk to Smich. Noudga denies it.
