I find it rather curious that the notes LE found in CN's pig pen of a bedroom say such things that indicate she didn't really know a whole lot about what really went down. She seems to wonder why DM picked her to help him that night, seems annoyed that DM is keeping her in the dark about things, trying to possibly set her up, "playing" her, etc. Why would she write those kinds of notes, if she actually did know what had taken place? There's no way she knew in advance LE would find those notes, so they weren't planted as some advanced defense strategy. Not to mention, she even calls the DVR a stereo in her own notes.
Is it possible she really didn't know what she was helping her idiot boyfriend do? Either way, she's still a cold-hearted witch with apparently no compassion for the Bosma family. It just seems off, that she'd write stuff like that if she actually knew.
Without knowing the dates of CN's notes it's hard to be sure when she wrote them and IMO the timing is important to gain insight, but after CN reading how DM had no scruples or conscience about framing other close friends of his or throwing them under the boss or expecting them to sacrifice their own freedom to secure his, I wouldn't doubt she was suspicious about his motives about his intentions for her, IMO. Also, she has established that she was suspicious about his infidelities long before the crime and IMO mistrust coloured the dynamics of their relationship and was an ongoing source of tension between them, IMO. CN wanted DM exclusively and he remained aloof, IMO. Once DM was arrested CN felt powerful and I think she jumped at the chance to express that power and exploit his vulnerability in the circumstance and use it to her own advantage, IMO. CN had something to prove to DM and to herself and even others about her desirability and I think CN's testimony proves that she is still trying to make that point with all the talk about her sexual prowess and DM's with regards to her, IMO. Today for instance CN enjoyed saying that DM yearned for her, IMO. In jail, CN had DM just where she wanted him and on the outside his mother, MB took her into her home and her heart, a place of honour in CN's mind, and a place CN likely had wished to be included for a long time, but of course the only reason that happened was because MB was using CN to help her son, DM, IMO. Still, CN had finally breached the barriers and was then fast becoming an important and welcome Millard family insider, IMO, one that both DM and MB needed and relied upon, although for their own purposes, IMO, but to CN it was better than being made to feel like DM could take her or leave her at whim and than when MB was indifferent to her, IMO. Indifference is a very hard thing to handle for someone like CN, IMO.
I have no doubt left that CN knew about DM's guilt and I can find no reason that any so-called and self-professed intelligent person reading DM's letters to CN would not figure that out ASAP, IMO, even if the person was not previously aware, IMO. CN continued to participate and encourage the contact with DM and had been coached by DM for almost a year after his arrest on how to act covertly in super spy mode, to handle everything as if she was being watched, and she said today that she thought she was under surveillance, so it wouldn't be a stretch to think that they had code words for lots of things in place including for the "stereo" from when he first gave it to her, IMO. While CN may not have known about the murder until she agreed to help DM after the fact, I do believe that DM told CN everything about what had happened to TB (his "then" go-to version of events) when he picked her up on the night of the 9th, IMO and CN agreed to help him, IMO. Both DM and CN are opportunists of the worst kind, IMO.
After DM was arrested for forcible confinement and truck theft, in the context of what CN had just done with him the night before into the early hours of the day of DM's arrest, it's impossible IMO to conclude that CN would not have known what had happened because she was not even concerned about the status of TB, the missing person, IMO. Was TB dead or alive? Apparently CN didn't even care to wonder, IMO. CN wants us to believe that she made no connection or formed any context to the fact that she had dropped off the trailer (with the truck inside) and then went to the farm with DM to take care of the Eliminator "problem", and then at 4 in the morning these "night-owls" dropped by MH's with a toolbox that CN was clueless about while everyone else knew routinely it was used for drugs, and not even after having discovered that TB had been incinerated and DM had been charged with first degree murder did any light bulb go on for CN? No, IMO. CN was simply entrenched in the whole thing and unwilling to give DM up or throw any suspicion on to herself, IMO. DM told many versions of the crime to many people - no two people seemed to get the same story - so CN questioning DM after reading letter upon letter outlining different instructions, scenarios, suspects etc. and wanting CN to assist him to tamper with witnesses and get them to lie for him should have caused her to question him, IMO. DM did play her because he just kept feeding her ego and hope for a future with him by putting in some flattering and meaningless lovey-dovey stuff to keep her hooked as his willing partner in crime, IMO.
All MOO.
