I wonder if DM can return it? After all it was guaranteed clean by MWJ. :)

I am talking about another murder that we have not heard of. Perhaps an unsolved armed robbery/murder in that area? Who knows?

I'm drug naive but Google helped me with Oxy. It appears to be white so I'm curious what an "orange guy" could be

Oxycontin 60mg is an orangish tablet. "Oxy" can refer to basically any narcotic that contains oxyxcodone. The most common type of "oxy" is something called Percocet or Oxycocet which is a combination of acetaminophen and oxycodone and is a round, white tablet. Oxycontin (which is long acting single ingredient oxycodone) comes in many colours. (FWIW has been replaced by Oxyneo in Canada) Here is a link to pictures.....

Not all of these are available in Canada, but it gives you an idea of how many different colours there are.

I'm not a illegal drug dealer - I swear.

Don't count on that. Judging by what people here are saying (which is a far more knowledgeable group than the general public), there is about 20% of them that are actually buying his story. If 20% buy it, there are a hell of a lot more that have reasonable doubt. That's all he needs. He knows he's in a fight for his life right now and I don't think he'll jeopardize that.

And what's there to get angry about? He's lying. He knows it and he knows the lawyers know it. It's just a big game of "Prove It". Lawyer calling him a liar aren't going to hurt his feelings because he knows he is one.

MS is painting himself into a corner and is gonna get angry with the situation he has gotten himself into. "I f'd up". He has spent 3 years in prison. He has been worn down by this process and it is my opinion that he is coming unglued.

I thought in amongst the photos found on MS's ipad, (or somewhere else along the way?), there was a pic of his mom? (I can't put my hands on it now though). In the wedding photos the bride (MS's sister) is pictured with a woman who could either be her mom (MS's mom) or the groom's mom, and she has the reddish hair, but can't tell if it's the same woman as in the mobreporter's video (I would make a terrible eye witness). There is also another pic of the bride with another woman with platinum hair.. maybe someone else might know for sure which one on the video is Mom.
You can also see a photo of his Mom in the evidence. There's a picture of her and MM at the wedding

I see what you're saying, but it's not hard to stick to your story when your story is "I was scared, I was paranoid, I can't remember."

I would never equate intellectual prowess with successful manipulators. Sometimes a lack of intellectual prowess can actually be an asset. It means you don't out think yourself and just keep your eye on the ball.

Don't forget "I don't remember". This is a child's response.

For historical accuracy, Karla never gave anyone the tapes. Paul Bernardo instructed his lawyer where they could be found. He recovered them and sat on them while Karla got her deal. Homolka certainly wouldn't have gotten that sweet deal if the tapes had been handed over to police when they were first found.

Yes...that is right. Sorry about that. That lawyer should never have sat on those tapes. But I don't think we are supposed to be talking about other cases. Just saw a moderators post about that.

My answer to this is that MS is becoming unglued.
I don't see MS coming unglued at all. From what I read he did very well on the stand yesterday. Maybe when the crown gets to him. Hard to say. But right now the where's the gun game hasn't phased him from what I can tell. Jmo

Well put it this way, I hope you are wrong. Respectfully.

That's correct. IIRC they were in the ceiling tiles. Let's hope no one in this case has hidden evidence

Not only to snitch, but for the illegally purchased firearm to be found by LE in MS's possession after it having been used to murder someone would definitely not be cool and I would think he would be putting himself at risk to not get rid of that weapon to never be found. Who knows what the implications of that gun might be.. for all we know, the discovery of that gun could lead to a whole different story, for example what if a pile of firearms could have been reported stolen from somewhere along the line, and if police were able to identify one of the pieces stolen in that job, that could be opening up a whole new can of worms for certain people/groups.

Ever wonder how police traced the gun to the Matthew group ? Someone talk ? Likely a whole lot more stuff to come out in the WM & LB trials.

I haven't had time to read through everything since MS took the stand, but I find myself inclined to believe his version of the story. Except, then I remember that he is charged in the LB murder as well and my inclinations go out the window.

I've missed you all!

.

Too many guns to keep track of (all 2 of them ... haaa)

We have to keep in mind the trafficked gun is allegedly the one used on WM in 2012 .... and police likely have it

(from the article) .... According to the Hamilton Spectator, police believe Mr. Ward-Jackson, Matthew Odlum and Matthew Jackson Wawrykiewicz, sold Dellen Millard the gun he allegedly used to kill his father. The three were charged in Toronto court two days before the new charges against Mr. Millard and Mr. Smich were announced. They have pleaded not guilty.

Just thinking out loud ... one of MS friends says he sometimes exhibits a spooky dark violent angry side to his personality ..... wonder if the lawyers are trying to get it to surface in court .... has been done with other defendants in other court cases.

What made MS scared and paranoid? It seems to me that the really scary stuff happened earlier than when he ... erumphhh... buried the gun. The evidence suggests that he wasn't scared/paranoid at the time of the murder.

Or when he says he can't remember anything about the gun, but is sure that CN, BD or AM are either lying or mistaken. He seems to claim amnesia one moment, and memory clarity where his version is the correct one for his innocence.

MOO

He claims that he was after the murder.

Of course, he might believe that a life sentence rests on that gun. Who knows what's going through his mind. Remember that there is already evidence that it was MS's gun.
