"The cold-bloodedness. The extent he'll go to to deceive... because he's guilty of killing Mr #Bosma," Dungey says.

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 33s33 seconds ago
"It will show you what we're dealing with in terms of Mr. Millard. The twisted mind of this individual, the cold-bloodedness." #Bosma

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 24s24 seconds ago
This excerpt will demonstrate "the twisted mind of this individual, the cold bloodedness of this individual"...

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 51s52 seconds ago
"The depths he'll go to to deceive. To blame others for his actions. And why would he do this? Because he's guilty of killing Mr. #Bosma."

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 50s51 seconds ago
The letter has a scenario of what happened the night #TimBosma died "to try to frame my client," Dungey says.

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 34s35 seconds ago
...and depths he is willing to go to to distort truth. "Lays out a scenario to frame my client, Mr. Smich. A scenario he lays out in jail."

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 17s18 seconds ago
He says it outlines another scenario, "fabricated from his mind to try and frame my client." #Bosma

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 44s45 seconds ago
The letter scenario is different from the scenario presented by Millard lawyers in court, Dungey says. #TimBosma

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 19s19 seconds ago
If those letters had been destroyed, as Millard directed, there would be a great injustice done in this case, Dungey says.

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 7s7 seconds ago
Dungey asks the jury to imagine the injustice if these letters had been destroyed as Millard instructed Noudga to do. #Bosma

Dungey now reading the letter. In it, Millard is talking about how Michalski has "power" in court.
by Adam Carter 11:13 AM

Millard says Michalski could "change everything" about what Smich said to him. "Maybe [Smich] told [Michalski] that I wasn't there," Millard wrote.
by Adam Carter 11:14 AM

"[Smich] begged me to help him," Millard writes. We've seen this letter before.
by Adam Carter 11:14 AM

I'm not liking Dungey's start to his close in the fact that he's suggesting it wasn't planned at all. I understand he's defending his client, but the way I'm reading it is nothing was planned at all including what IMO DM did plan. Even if I'm on the fence about MS, I don't believe for a second DM didn't have his own "plan"

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 1m1 minute ago
There is no greater testimony into the mind of Mr. Millard "an insight like you have never seen, of a criminal mind. A killer."

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 1m1 minute ago
He says thank god she did not. Because these give insight into the "mind of a killer." #Bosma

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 59s60 seconds ago
Millard told Noudga to destroy the letters, but if they had been destroyed it would have been "an injustice."

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 2m2 minutes ago
"Thank God, Christina Noudga did not destroy these letters," says Dungey. "There is no greater testimony to the mind of Millard...

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 2m2 minutes ago
In this letter, he tells her to memorize this letter and then destroy it. #Bosma

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 1m1 minute ago
"You will be given an insight like you'll never see of a criminal mind. This is the criminal mind of a killer."

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 2m2 minutes ago
"The depths he will go to. The manipulation he will go to."

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 55s55 seconds ago
The letter gives suggestions of what Kodiak (Andrew Michalski) might have been told by Itchy (Mark Smich). #Bosma

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 41s41 seconds ago
Letter from Millard about Michalski. Plotting version of truth. "When the police arrested me, I could not help them with their investigation

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 23s23 seconds ago
Dungey is reading the letter where Millard is devising scenarios about what happened the night #TimBosma was killed.

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 32s32 seconds ago
"I would be a sitting duck for the killers," writes Millard. "Maybe Kodiak will tell the court. I need this kind of help to win this."

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 32s33 seconds ago
He suggests reaching out to Kodiak and gives an explanation of what Kodiak might say that could be helpful. #Bosma

Alex Pierson ‏@AlexpiersonAMP 6s7 seconds ago
"these letters show the depths he'll go to frame mr Smich. if they had been destroyed, the injustice that WLD have been done to this court"

Peter Akman ‏@PeterAkmanCTV 2m2 minutes ago
Dungey reading letter where Millard asks Noudga to help Michalshi change his testimony. #Bosma @CTVNews

Millard also presents a scenario in which he is in danger from Smich and "his boys." "I need this kind of help to win this," Millard writes.
by Adam Carter 11:15 AM

This is the lawyer where Millard suggests maybe Smich and "his boys" were "involved with the dead guy or his wife."
by Adam Carter 11:16 AM

"What is certain is [Smich] told [Michalski] that I wasn't there," Millard writes.
by Adam Carter 11:16 AM

I think the Crown's fatal flaw is their theory that the shot was taken in that field.
I must have missed when the Crown changed the shooting location theory.. Wasn't the original idea put forth by the Crown that TB was shot in his truck - which would explain the broken window and the shell casing and the blood??
The field makes no sense like puppy says

"Also of importance is that Dell does not own a gun," Millard writes.
by Adam Carter 11:16 AM

"What does this letter tell us about the mind of Mr. Millard? What is he doing here? What if we had not had this letter?" Dungey says.
by Adam Carter 11:17 AM

Dungey says Millard had to "revise the scenario" once he got disclosure in the case.
by Adam Carter 11:18 AM

A bullet that passed through his body and exited through the passenger window would not likely have been possible if he was shot in the head. The .380 Walther is not powerful enough of a gun to allow for the bullet to enter the skull and exit on the other side according to most information I've seen on line.

Some are not sure it would even penetrate the skull at all.
RSBM

A .380 ACP would most certainly penetrate a human skull. As for exiting after entering, that depends very much on the type of bullet.
IMO a FMJ from a .380 could pass through, whereas a HP would very likely enter without exiting.

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 37s37 seconds ago
"What happened with Itchy and his boys to result in a dead guy and his truck is still uncertain," writes Millard.

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 42s43 seconds ago
In Millard's scenario, Smich goes to steal the truck with two of his boys, then Millard found out and was bullied into helping them.

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 37s38 seconds ago
"A perfect plan in Itchy's books..but something went wrong. Maybe, but we'll never be certain. But Itchy told Kodiak I wasn't there. Right?"

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 37s38 seconds ago
"What's certain is itchy told Kowalski that I wasn't there--right?" He writes. #Bosma

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 41s42 seconds ago
He also stresses that Dell (written in third person) does not have a gun. Does not have a street name.

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 49s49 seconds ago
"Itchy's street name is Say10. Dell does not have a street name," writes Millard.

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 35s35 seconds ago
"Dell does not own a gun," Millard writes in his letter. "Itchy's street name is SAY10. Dell does not have a street name." #Bosma

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 18s18 seconds ago
Millard has admitted writing these letters. "So what does this tell you about Mr. Millard. What is he doing here?"

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 30s31 seconds ago
Dungey asks what if we did not have these letters? He says Noudga was arrested in April 2014 and had to "revise the scenario." #Bosma

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 20s21 seconds ago
What does this letter tell us about Millard's mind? Dungey says. Noudga was arrested & Millard got disclosure of his letters.

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 10s11 seconds ago
After Noudga's arrest and seizure of jailhouse letters, Millard had to revise his scenario because it had all been disclosed to counsel.

Shannon Martin ‏@ShannonMartinTV 4m4 minutes ago Toronto, Ontario
Dungey reading letter outloud in court. "I need the help to win this. Have you made contact, will he help?" #TimBosma #Bosma

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 1m1 minute ago
"There is no doubt. This is a letter to frame my client of murder. A whole made up scenario," he says. #Bosma

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 58s58 seconds ago
"This is a letter to frame my client of murder," says Dungey.

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 45s45 seconds ago
Imagine his shock! Dungey says of Millard getting the Noudga letters which had not been destroyed. Obv Millard needed a new scenario

"There is no doubt. There is no question. This is a letter to frame my client of murder," Dungey says.
by Adam Carter 11:18 AM

Dungey says this "parallels" the scenario Millard's lawyers put forward. "He couldn't put this before you, because it was out there," Dungey says, clutching the letters. "That's the devious mind we're dealing with here."
by Adam Carter 11:19 AM

"That's what this letter shows -- the depth of this demonic mind," Dungey says.
by Adam Carter 11:20 AM

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 1m1 minute ago
"He couldn't put this before you, because it's out there," says Dungey, holding copy of letter in air. "A completely devious mind."

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 59s59 seconds ago
"So he puts another scenario together and presents it through his counsel. That's the devious mind we're dealing with here," Dungey says.

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 51s51 seconds ago
He says this was out there, if was in disclosure, so Millard couldn't give this as his scenario. So he thought up another. #Bosma

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 54s54 seconds ago
Letter is also important because he's telling Noudga to give the info to Andrew Michalski "so he will support this scenario."

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 39s39 seconds ago
Millard is telling his girlfriend to give the information to Andrew Michalski to use, saying Millard was not there during murder. #Bosma

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 46s46 seconds ago
Millard wrote that he wasn't even there. Which we now know is a lie. Millard concedes he was there.

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 29s29 seconds ago
This letter, Dungey says, shows "the depths of his demonic mind." #Bosma

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 10s10 seconds ago
Dungey thanking God for Noudga's arrest and "investigative work of @HamiltonPolice" otherwise an innocent man would be framed for mruder.

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 3s3 seconds ago
"The depths of his demonic mind! Dungey says. Thank god the letters weren't destroyed. Thank god for investigative work of @HamiltonPolice"

Mark CarcasoleVerified account ‏@MarkCarcGlobal 47s47 seconds ago
"The depth of this demonic mind...The injustice that could've been done if Christina Noudga hadn't been arrested," shouts Dungey. #Bosma

If not for the investigative work done by police, Smich could have been framed, Dungey says.
by Adam Carter 11:20 AM

Dungey says he's not concerned with Noudga's accessory after the fact charge.
by Adam Carter 11:22 AM

"What we do know is that a whole scenario, all of it, the complete stupidity of the scenario presented in examination ... are nonsense."
by Adam Carter 11:22 AM

As I sit here reading all of this I am struck by the notion that Smich's lies cancel out Millard's lies and vice versa. At the end of the day, the only thing that is going to wade through the muck and the accusations will be the Crown's closing argument. MOO

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 50s51 seconds ago
He suggests if these letters had not been found, Smich could've been framed. #Bosma

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 33s34 seconds ago
Noudga testified she knew Millard was telling Michalski a lie. She says she never passed Millard's message on to Michalski. #Bosma

Adam Carter ‏@AdamCarterCBC 58s58 seconds ago
Dungey says he's not concerned with Noudga's accessory after the fact charge. #TImBosma #Bosma

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 1m1 minute ago
It's obvious in the letter that the scenario is a lie, Dungey says. We didn't see all the letters. We didn't see her letters to Millard.

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 53s53 seconds ago
We don't know about other letters sent to Noudga that she destroyed and we don't have her letters to him, says Dungey. #Bosma

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 32s32 seconds ago
He says the "stupidity" presented to Smich in cross by Millard's lawyer is "nonsense." #Bosma

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 32s32 seconds ago
Why would Millard write these letters unless he was guilty? Dungey says.

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 21s21 seconds ago
"It's another fabrication to exonerate himself of the murder he committed." #Bosma

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 52s53 seconds ago
Millard theory is "nonsense," says Dungey.

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 43s44 seconds ago
"Another fabrication to exonerate himself of a murder he committed. Otherwise, ladies and gentlemen, why would he write these letters?"

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 39s40 seconds ago
"Even though it wasn't evidence, I'm going to deal with Millard's theory," says Dungey.

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 40s41 seconds ago
Dungey says again it's not evidence, but he's going to deal with it. To show the "fault lines in his silly story." #Bosma

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 35s36 seconds ago
"It shows the twisted mind of Dellen Millard. The fault lines in his mind," Dungey says of the letter.

Dungey says it's "another fabrication to exonerate himself."
by Adam Carter 11:23 AM

Dungey says even though it wasn't evidence, he's going to deal with Millard's "scenario."
by Adam Carter 11:24 AM

Dungey now talking about the theory Millard's lawyers put forward in court.
by Adam Carter 11:24 AM

Dungey calls the Cadillac suggestion that Millard's counsel put forward a total "red herring."
by Adam Carter 11:26 AM

Dungey says Smich denied those suggestions because it "just didn't happen that way."
by Adam Carter 11:26 AM

Dungey says Millard doesn't take charge in this scenario, even if he was innocent. Doesn't call police, doesn't get great lawyers.
by Adam Carter 11:28 AM

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 35s36 seconds ago
He says there's no evidence to suggest they drove to Hwy 403 (as Millard suggested). #Bosma

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 40s41 seconds ago
No evidence the #TimBosma test drive went to hwy 403, Dungey says. "I'm going to show you how foolish this is."

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 39s40 seconds ago
Theory that they go for a test drive on Hwy. 403. The jury can't even consider it, because it's not evidence, says Dungey. It's "foolish."

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 38s38 seconds ago
This foolishness on the highway, why would my client pull out a gun and say he's going to take the truck. He doesn't need the truck.

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 1m1 minute ago
"This foolishness on the highway. Why would my client pull out a gun and say 'I'm going to take the truck.'..."

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 39s39 seconds ago
Aaaahhh the red herring! The red Cadillac. My client wanted it so he was frustrated so that's why he pulled the gun. Another scenario.

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 43s44 seconds ago
He says the red Cadillac is the big red herring--that he pulled a gun because he wanted that car. #Bosma

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 29s30 seconds ago
"Ah — the red herring! The red Cadillac," says Dungey. In this scenario, Millard does place himself there, in the truck.

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 1m1 minute ago
Millard is placing himself in the truck in this scenario, Dungey says.

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 42s43 seconds ago
"When my client pulled out the gun he said 'Oh, what are you doing?' Or something to that effect."

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 14s14 seconds ago
What does Millard the millionaire do, world-wide traveller, doesn't take no for answer, the man with a persona who wouldn't let anyone talk

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 21s22 seconds ago
Millard — millionaire, forceful person, with the big persona — "does Millard take charge? The innocent Mr. Millard?"

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 43s43 seconds ago
Dungey suggests that in this Hwy scenario, Millard doesn't take charge. He says an innocent Millard would've calmed the situation.

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 24s24 seconds ago
Millard didn't call ambulance or police when the "accident" happened, he was concerned about his dog Pedo and the Yukon, Dungey says

Peter Akman ‏@PeterAkmanCTV 5m5 minutes ago
"The complete stupidity of the cross examination of my client by Mr. Pillay is nonsense. Another fabrication." Dungey #Bosma @CTVNews

Peter Akman ‏@PeterAkmanCTV 3m3 minutes ago
Dungey on Millard's lawyers - it is like they were hatching scenario while cross examining my client they didn't know what to do #Bosma

Peter Akman ‏@PeterAkmanCTV 25s25 seconds ago
Dungey mocking Millard's theory that his lawyer's said he was worried about Pedo, his dog, in vehicle. #Bosma @CTVNews

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 43s44 seconds ago
Would've offered to get a lawyer to resolve it because this was an accident. But instead, they say he was worried about Pedo in the Yukon

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 40s41 seconds ago
"I almost fell off my chair when I heard that," Dungey says "He's concerned about dog and Yukon so head back to Bullmann's field."

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 28s29 seconds ago
"He was concerned about Pedo and getting back to Bullmann field and the Yukon," says Dungey. "I almost fell off my chair!" says Dungey.
