I understand he's defending his client, but the way I'm reading it is nothing was planned at all including what IMO DM did plan. Even if I'm on the fence about MS, I don't believe for a second DM didn't have his own "plan"

I must have missed when the Crown changed the shooting location theory.. Wasn't the original idea put forth by the Crown that TB was shot in his truck - which would explain the broken window and the shell casing and the blood??

A bullet that passed through his body and exited through the passenger window would not likely have been possible if he was shot in the head. The .380 Walther is not powerful enough of a gun to allow for the bullet to enter the skull and exit on the other side according to most information I've seen on line.

Some are not sure it would even penetrate the skull at all.

A .380 ACP would most certainly penetrate a human skull. As for exiting after entering, that depends very much on the type of bullet.
IMO a FMJ from a .380 could pass through, whereas a HP would very likely enter without exiting.
