Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 40s41 seconds ago
Source of blood was near front passenger door of vehicle.

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 55s56 seconds ago
Determined "a blood letting event" occurred inside the vehicle.

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 49s50 seconds ago
The expert said a bloodletting event occurred in the vehicle, on the passenger seat. Consistent with a shooting. #Bosma

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 44s45 seconds ago
Jones testified there was a "bloodletting event" that is consistent with a shooting, but couldn't rule out other scenarios. #Bosma

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 42s43 seconds ago
Spatter was consistent with a shooting event.

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 47s47 seconds ago
Jones also said that "altered stains" inside indicated there had been a clean up. #Bosma

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 2m2 minutes ago
Expert also testified there was evidence the blood had been cleaned & watered down. A significant clean-up of truck. #Bosma

  • #188

by Adam Carter 1:42 PM

  • #189
Goodman says the expert couldn't offer any opinion as to where the shooter was sitting inside the truck.
by Adam Carter 1:44 PM

In this scenario, you must not speculate," Goodman says.

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 2m2 minutes ago
Gun shot residue can come from different places in a gun. Found GSR in yellow toolbox. #Bosma

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 1m1 minute ago

He's now talking about Michael Plaxton's forensic video analysis. I won't write all of this here, because it's been covered several times in court.

Plaxton testified about hearing a boom in Bobcat of Brantford video. Judge warning jury to be very careful not to speculate about that.

  • #193
Goodman does say that weighing Plaxton's testimony must consider that he's going off info given to him about the timestamps.
by Adam Carter 1:49 PM

Goodman says that the security camera video that shows the two vehicles stopped can be difficult to see/hear. "You want to be very careful not to speculate what may or may not be captured in this exhibit," Goodman says.
by Adam Carter 1:50 PM

  • #194
Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 1m1 minute ago
The video in front of Bobcat was grainy and audio was all but impossible to hear. Jury should be careful deciding what happened there #Bosma

Susan Clairmont ‏@susanclairmont 1m1 minute ago
Hangar security video of Millard, Smich, Pedo on night of murder was verified by Smich.

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 35s36 seconds ago
There is footage from the hangar that shows what was suggested to be the Eliminator being ignited. Smich corroborated that in his testimony.

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 20s21 seconds ago
Jury will have to decide whether video shows Eliminator igniting at hangar; but they also have Smich testimony about incinerator being lit

molly hayes ‏@mollyhayes 14s15 seconds ago
Judge tells them to carefully analyze this to decide. #Bosma

  • #195

Goodman says it's not disputed that the Walther PPK we've seen in the photos was used to fire the shell casing found in the truck, and was used to kill Bosma.
by Adam Carter 1:57 PM

Lisa Hepfner ‏@HefCHCHNews 1m1 minute ago
