By telling the truth of where the gun is now.How could he prove he didn't use the gun other then to say he didn't?

I don't really think it was their plan to use the gun till they got to the farm, but I think they both knew the plan and it doesn't matter whose gun it was or who pulled the trigger. And I do t think they made a lame excuse to Tim at the corner either. They probably disabled him on the test drive and then went to the field to pick up the Yukon. Are there any discrepancies with this scenario?
As everyone has stated having the actual gun now, proves nothingBy telling the truth of where the gun is now.

They could have tested it and perhaps it has DMs DNA on it. Or at least his fingerprints in certain spots. You hold a gun in different spots if you are shooting it then if you are picking it up off the ground when it falls out of a toolbox. As everyone has stated having the actual gun now, proves nothing
But that still wouldn't clear him as we all discussed. Everyone has him guilty based on premeditation with some text messages.By giving a minute by minute accounting of what happened from the time they parked in the hayfield until they stopped to change the plates. But all he gave us was a bunch of "I dont recall's" , a U-turn , and a lunatic sighting at Bobcat.
And if he was in the truck during the shooting (but didn't do it himself) he could have given convincing details of what happened , heap the blame on DM and hope for a faint hope of parole after 25 years.
How about the necklace picture? We didn't see that either. It was MM'S comment of almost disgust that made me think it was more then fine jewelry.
Paraphrasing here:
MS sends a pic of a necklace to MM and says "for your mother"
MM replies "MARK!!!"
Not the typical response I'd give my hubby for doing something nice for my mother.
Just an example of how things can get misread when not seen. It also may have well been a beautiful gold and diamond necklace or something awfully gross or something he was going to steal from a store.
4 incoming messages from May 9:
"hey" "(photo sent of earrings and a necklace)"
"you like?
"For your mom"
"Mark!"

We'll never know if he did or didn't.DM probably wiped it clean before he locked it in that toolbox.
There were pictures of him holding the exact gun. Wouldn't have proved a thing IMOThey could have tested it and perhaps it has DMs DNA on it. Or at least his fingerprints in certain spots. I feel like discussions (texts) from 2012 might not be related to TB's murder in May 2013. There were 2 additional murders apparently, one in July 2012, and one at end of November 2012. Both of those murders may have required a gun or guns. Presumably the one used to kill WM was taken into evidence by police. Wouldn't that explain more than one gun being purchased?
In all 3 murders, it seems that the goal was to serve DM and not anyone else. LB was DM's lover/problem (for whatever reason), I haven't heard a thing about MS being involved with her; WM stood in the way of DM getting his way, and had nothing really to do with MS; DM wanted a 3500 diesel supposedly because it was cheaper on fuel during his trips to Baha, which did not include MS.
I'm just personally having difficulty in joining conversations from 2012 to proving a murder plan was known to MS for May 6, 2013. And nobody really needs to jump on me for this, we all take away our own conclusions and thoughts and theories from what we hear in evidence, so instead of attacking, it would be good to instead convince me that it proves this.
I'm not sure what you're referring to. My question is, in the case of TB, who brought the gun? And did the other person have knowledge they brought it?
Ok that's your opinion. So there's no way that it could've been tucked into DM's waistband on the left side as we all know he's left handed. Gets in the truck and since the left side means drivers side door, TB would be none the wiser if he pulled it out and shot him on the spot.Ok....lets talk about this. DM had short sleeves on and a man purse. I do not think if he had a gun in the manpurse that it would NOT be a very good place to access it if he needed to. As DM was the driver of the vehicle and distracting TB, I think it is likely the job of shooting TB went to MS. MS had the gansta hoody made for concealed weapons. MS was sitting in the back seat of TB's truck and it could have happened very quickly with no warning to TB. It is my opinion that MS had the fire power in his oversized gangsta hoody pocket even when he was at the Bosma house. Maybe that is why he stayed on the fringes. It is my opinion that MS shot TB in the truck from his position in the back seat. Who brought the gun? Likely DM and then passed it to MS.
Yes, I agree, I would bet a big wager that that the gun(s) were quite wiped down. I really am thinking that MS was able to launder that gun (through Isho or whomever) Wiped down first of course. From everything I know of street culture, there is no way MS would testify to that, as that would really be implicating them and ratting in a major way. I'm think the only people MS really seems to be throwing shade at, is anyone that testified against him first (or allegedly lied) Hence not having any credible story for burying the gun. IIRC, those guns could be worth a couple of grand on the street per piece.DM probably wiped it clean before he locked it in that toolbox.
I thought it was MM that sent the pic of a necklace to MS. I could be wrong. The Mark! Text was the morning of May 7 when she hadn't heard from him all night. But your point is valid, when you read them together it takes on a new meaning.

Sure. They didn't incinerate him at the farm. So why kill him at the farm?
Based on the SB and neighbour testimony, it seems more likely that MS had the gun doesn't it? MS was in a bulky howdy and hiding his hands. They didn't notice DM wearing a man purse or anything.
Good point. Does anybody remember the actual testimony on this? Was SB asked about noticing any bags, etc, and say it definitelvely one way or another (even for example that she doesn't remember seeing a purse but can't rule it out? )Or SB a WB just didn't notice the murse?

Blood does not wipe off of hands very easily. You literally need to wash it off with cold water and soap.
Why cold water? Cold water is best for removing blood.
