From Teamsundin Post #235
"As for the incinerator I look at the lies about it being used for animal cremation, garbage, and none of them appearing to be true. It was purchased a while ago but this is also not the sort of thing that can be bought and setup in days or weeks either. It's also that it seemed as though there was no deciding what they should do with the body, no deliberation, certainly smich didn't attest to it. It was almost like a forgone conclusion that that was where he was going to go next and that's why it looks like it must have been planned. It would be an awful convenient situation to have a body you need to get rid of and conveniently dellen has an incinerator ready and available for use which does not need to be maintained or altered after its alleged animal or garbage use"

I totally agree.
MS+DM weren't sitting on the side of the road with a dead body saying "Oh my god, What do we do now."
They had it all planned out. "OK lets go"
Totally premeditated.
moo.

I will try to address that issue later on.

Susan Clairmont added,
Xxxxx@Xxxxxxxxxx @susanclairmont will there be any clarification of the significance of Javier running that hose, once trial is over?

Thank you :)

I edited my post to say, DM is definitely wearing a long sleeved shirt in the hanger video. Not a golf shirt as mentioned a few posts ago (I think that was IT's test drive). Probably orange as we know red shows up grey in a black and white photo.

Golf shirt or long sleeve, makes no difference. A holster would still not be concealed with that clothing. There is a reason real gangsters wear the baggy clothing and hoodies that Smich wears. One can hide their face, hide a weapon or carry stolen merchandise without looking any different. If Smich was carrying a gun, you'd never know it. If Millard has one, it's in his purse.

When is the judge's charge? Today or tomorrow?

Michalski via text told Dellen M to watch gone in 60 seconds. So I don't think it is a leap what you are saying with regard to playing a real life game of it. I have not watched either movie so don't know if they murdered and burned people.Cripes they have Grand Theft Auto on play station so I hope not. Would be kind of....sick....if so.

You can't incinerate people, but you can do whatever the hell you like with relation to violence. Shoot a stranger in the head, punch a woman in the head, you name it, without consequence. Not coincidentally, the individual parts of these games are often called "missions".

Off topic, on an episode of Breaking Bad I was watching the other day, Jessie is playing a extremely violent video game called Fear, and his line between reality and fantasy is blurring. He stops the game and the words "Mission paused" come across the screen. From the prison letters we know Millard was a big fan.

Lots of information that I find very interesting considering how MS was bent on getting rid of that gun and thinking he was being set up and people were after him. He may well be and still is worried about the gun issue. He in my opinion was unbelievable when he said he could not remember where he buried it. I am not sure if the incinerator would melt a gun....it was mentioned that it melted metal by CN in testimony. I wonder if he threw it in the incinerator?

Smich didn't bury the gun. Why do you think he was looking for ammo for it and setting up meetings with Isho? He certainly wasn't planning on buying another one!

A holster can be concealed with merely your shirt over top. Not sure where you're getting this from?

Yup...you are correct......in fact had't thought of that. There is another poster who gave some info related to how gun purchasing and renting goes which influences the way I think as well about everything. That poster...sorry couldn't find the post again but anyways they have a relative that is high up in the police.

I agree with Andrew. If DM was carrying the gun, it was likely in his man bag. Perhaps I'm underestimating the convenience of the holster but in the scenario of DM being the shooter while driving, I don't see him pulling a gun from a holster. I view that as similar to trying to get a cellphone from a pocket vs. my purse. That's my opinion of the holster in that scenario and not considering other possible/discussed scenarios. However, I do agree, a holster would conceal the gun well enough. JMO.

Did Millard wear the holster on the IT test drive? Did he wear the satchel? Common sense tells you that he would have decided how he would carry the gun before hand. He wasn't going to carry it in a satchel for one test drive the shove it in his sock for another. He had the satchel on the IT test drive, he had it the night of TBs murder and it ends up in his washing machine with a blood stain on it. You can theorize whatever you want, but it is pretty clear for just about everyone else. Thats all I'm going to say about this issue.

We don't have any evidence that Millard even had a holster.

MS says he had a satchel that night. That's evidence because he testified to it so believe it or not. I tend to believe he did but that is just me.

Then there's the floated holster theory. Which someone reported an eBay account that was unverified. That theory is just that. A theory.

No we don't. But the idea was floated and people ran with it. You've all been discussing the magic holster like the magic forest lol

  • #377
Not really. Not sure how he'd carry a gun other than in a satchel. If he was going to conceal it given what he was wearing, he'd need a jacket.

Not necessarily. DM bought one of these inside-the-waistband holsters from ebay.

(picture from the listing, described as fitting small and pocket size 380 semi-autos).

From a web site on how to conceal a gun is this description and picture of a guy wearing a gun under a shirt:

"Just a plain white dress shirt is plenty of concealment if you’ve got an inside-the-waistband holster. Wear any sort of collared or uncollared shirt loose and untucked and you’ve got enough concealment to hide the grip of a handgun from casual observation."

The untucked clothing DM wore in the hangar walk video looks like it had lots of room to conceal a gun by this method.

That holster is for someone right handed, it seems. Did he purchase one like this or a left handed version?

But no more speculative than proposing that MS was carrying a gun in his hoodie.

Except that MS had his hands in his hoodie pocket the whole time, as if he was holding or hiding something.

If DM had had his hand in his purse, (if it was there), or on the butt of a gun in a holster, (if it was there), then it could be comparable. But the hoodie was definetly there.

So, would this rule out Isho and his gang from being the 'n*****s' that don't fool around that were supposedly coming to get him?

A man who wears a man purse aka murse is making a statement. Most men would take note of another man who would be wearing one.

I agree completely, and I think that most women would mentally take note of a man wearing a purse too.
