I don't think he is neccisarily unattractive, he may be non descript. Rape is about control & power. I think based on the topic we discussed ad nauseum before, baby shoe etc, he is probably sexually active, but has fantasies of rape due to lack of control in his own life or other psych issues. He may be new to this because of the escalation of violence, or could have done this (or peeping, etc) prior if he lived in another town/state etc.

I wonder if he took the former rape victim home in order to find out where she lived b/c he knew she was vulnerable and scared and (as it panned out) he did go back to her house-probably with the intention of raping her again, knowing she would be absolutely terrified. That is what gets him off I think- not normal sex. He seems to be a serial killer in the making and that is frightening!

Does anyone know anything about the North Valleys neighborhood? I looks to be northwest of town. I wonder if what the work and age demographics are for that area.

There is a small chance he's keeping her alive somewhere because he can't bring himself to murder her or he is scared to keep going after more girls upping his chances of getting caught. He actually drove a prior victim home, that speaks to a shred of guilt. I just can't bare the thought of her living years as his prisoner enduring a living hell. Poor girl.

Didn't one of the articles say that the assault victim was abducted from her front yard? I swear I read that somewhere. But, when you follow every case you come across, it can get hard to keep all the details straight.

If I am correct, then he already knew where she lived, or that she at least knew someone living there.

One thing I noticed..."he rendered her unconscious" is often stated. Once, very early, I read that she (I'm talking about the Dec. 16th victim)bumped her head. I haven't read that again. Anyway, I wonder when she "came to" and how did he know she would? If not a "head bump" how did he do it...and maybe the same way to Bri? What is that chemical that when inhaled can make you pass out?

As bad as it sounds, Gardenmom - I am holding onto the same hope. I want her to live!! Don't forget that she was majoring in psychology. If she had half a chance, I bet she would have honed in on his weakness and attempted to manipulate it for all it is worth!!! I sure hope she was able to do that. His act of taking one of the previous victims home after the assault is fascinating. This says to me that he once had a heart....unless he planned on going back to terrorize.....grrrr..... It would also indicate that his crimes are escalating, and having had a heart does not mean he still has one. I just feel that time is of the essence. I have found a few people on the net that I personally think should be looked at closer. The discussion earlier about not bothering LE with pointless rabbits to chase is valid. What we need is a detective who can tell us if they have enough information for us to be able to send at least pictures and let them decide quickly!!!! It boils down to that.....or somehow giving us more information to go on. How can we know about a long face and square chin and not have an artist sketch?? How can we know so much about the inside of the vehicle, and not have an idea if it is a truck or an SUV???? Blindfolds to the vicitm??? Why would that be information that LE would have to hold back??? This is driving me insane because she may be OUT THERE!!! :banghead:

I keep coming back to that as well. Then he obviously carried her to his truck. There are ways to move an imobile body. Put that together with using chloroform and I'm thinking healthcare worker, aid, or something along those lines. However, chloroform can be made with household products. The below is from Wiki.

For starters...YES! Dimples should call in or email LE the website she sent to me. I think they should at least look at it. I normally am not for sending in websites we see on here...but this one had several things which had been mentioned in the recent attacks plus it is only a ten minute drive from where this guy lives. LE hasn't had many leads and they need something. What IF it is this guy and we had the information only to sit on it? Are we going to be OK with that later on? I am not.

I'm wondering if Brianna's alcohol consumption that night could've contributed to her death if he tried to smother her? Sadly I don't think he's holding her somewhere but she hasn't turned up yet because either something went wrong during the assault, or he intended to kill her so she couldn't identify him.
