A couple of weeks ago someone - I think on America's Most Wanted, or on Greta Van Susteran's program - reported that Brianna was found nude. Nothing more was ever said about this and I've wondered if this was something that LE didn't want revealed, and whoever said it slipped up that one time and has not repeated it since. If that report is true, I wonder if her clothing was found there in the field, or if it was kept by the suspect?
It's necessary that LE keep some things about the case confidential - things known only to LE and the perpetrator. LE released the details about the pink panther underwear in hopes that the owner would come forward.
We have to assume that if there were any other important evidence that if given to the public would help identify the perpetrator, LE would be releasing it. I think the fact that there is no other evidence released to the public, that it's likely that the pink panther underwear is the ONLY thing LE has.
LE knows the condition of Brianna's body when it was found in that field; LE has items collected from that field; LE has DNA evidence; LE has a description of the perpetrator and of the interior of his vehicle from the December victim, but her description of the suspect and the vehicle interior is vague and gives very little, if anything, to go on.
I think this is all LE has to work with....................
