I'm so saddened by this. The kid made a bad choice obviously by stealing a car and hitting a cop, but I'm so disgusted that he wasn't given medical assistance. He was clearly not dead. I'm a staunch supporter of LE but this just makes me sick!

I hope they can determine if he really was dead at the scene and not there suffering while everyone looked on with no medical help given.
