Just my opinion here, but I am now thinking that yes, BD is very afraid of SA because she knows what happened and to some extent may have even helped with the cover up and he has told her that if she turns him in, he will implicate her in all of it. She had an up close and personal view of life inside of a jail and now she is probably more afraid than ever.

I think she is too.

Richy has known her for many years too, so I think his opinion should be taken into consideration. He defended BD in some respects; however, he is not giving her a complete pass on anything. And I think he did it very respectfully!

If all BD is guilty of is knowing, and she would come forward now, she could ask for immunity. If the only thing Shawn has over BD is drugs or something similar she could still get immunity. If she is not guilty of actually hurting Hailey but is obstructing justice, she is going to do a good long time in prison. The time for her to cut her loses is yesterday!
