Just my opinion here, but I am now thinking that yes, BD is very afraid of SA because she knows what happened and to some extent may have even helped with the cover up and he has told her that if she turns him in, he will implicate her in all of it. She had an up close and personal view of life inside of a jail and now she is probably more afraid than ever.

I think she has seen the "real" SA....and it ain't pretty..no way or no how. imo Very scary...and life changing.

Honestly, and this is just my opinion, but I think R was giving "benefit of doubt" to BJ out of respect for C. I don't think she is afraid... she may pull that card though.... probably the best one she's got. I believe if S said "let's go" she would run with him and not because she is afraid. If he ran without her, I believe we would see her crack right down the middle. JMO

Clint's sister seems to have a decent man...fairy well spoken, comes across as caring and straightforward as can be under the circumstances.

I disagree about Billie being afraid of Shawn.
IF she is , it is past time for a come to Jesus meeting with LE, IMHO.

BBM MOO She's had several of those meetings with LE, yet she *still* keeps going back with him, no matter what. IMO she's addicted to him, and in it up to her eyeballs and needs to keep him close.

If all BD is guilty of is knowing, and she would come forward now, she could ask for immunity. If the only thing Shawn has over BD is drugs or something similar she could still get immunity. If she is not guilty of actually hurting Hailey but is obstructing justice, she is going to do a good long time in prison. The time for her to cut her loses is yesterday!

If Billie is not directly involved in whatever happened to poor Hailey, but has knowledge of what happened, and has helped Shawn in the cover up in any way, I think she could be charged as an accessory after the fact.

Unfortunately, I suspect that she has more than knowledge. I think she's involved, and that's why she's defended Shawn so vigorously, and has not assisted LE in any meaningful way.

What good would it do to isolate BJD from Clint, from Richy, from the family? RC, CD and family want to know where H is (IMO, her remains).

RC is holding back, IMO, in the hope that Billie reveals where H is. If she breaks, she'll blame it all on SA. RC and family will deal with whether or not that was the truth later. Their goal re BJD: Tell us where H is. You know. We are your family. We've known you for 20 years. We are not blaming you...

IMO, RC is simply giving BJD a way out-her possible fear of SA. On A Platter.

RC and family will deal with BJD later.

Billie's had more than enough opportunities to distance herself from Shawn and ask for protection if she was afraid of him. What better opportunity did she have when LE came to HER house looking for him yet she turned around and lied to them which resulted in her going to jail. How many of you would go to jail for someone that you are afraid of? I sure as heck wouldn't. Billie went to jail for Shawn because Billie doesn't want Shawn to spill the beans.

I don't buy this scared of Shawn. I would rather be dead fighting like hello to seek justice for my daughter than let anyone get away with the carp that has gone on in this case. Fine if you kill me, it leaves another reason for LE to get you is the way I see it. I know I wouldn't care.

I wouldn't be having a party 3 days after her disappearance, I wouldn't be painting my house, I wouldn't by spending my time lying to the media, I wouldn't be tanning in the back yard or threatening people with taking care of them for their "slander". I would be this suspect"s worst nightmare.

And I certainly wouldn't be lying to LE when they came for the suspect. She lied to LE that he wasn't in her house. Lied to stop them from getting to Shawn. Where are her loyalties? Certainly not with Hailey.

No wayyyyyy she is not displaying fear IMO. Lies come from guilt.

It makes me think she is guilty of something, even if not directly, because as loyal and even protective as CD has been, seems like she would tell him and between LE, CD and RC, she would be protected from SA. But, instead she is almost clinging to SA like a puppy dog.

Excellent point. But, in an effort to find Hailey and get Shawn I think she could get a sweeter deal. She won't get off totally but it would be a much better deal than the road she is traveling.

Too little too late though. She hasn't done one thing to stay away from him or to stop him from getting to her. She filed a no trespass but was with him the next night. If they are staying in Hotels LE knows about it. They will get the records. With the FBI and the DA's Office Inspectors and the Texas Rangers involved there have to be surveillance pictures and tapes on these two. I can't imagine there aren't.

One of the neighbors a few days ago was quoted in the media about seeing her tanning in her back yard. And she made the slander remarks during one of her press conferences.
