Un flipping believeable that BD would put the condition of not cheating along with proving he didn't look at child before going back with him. Who would really care or be upset if some boyfriend or even husband had just been discovered to have cheated when a daughter is missing, and then to act upset and talk about it during an interview.

By 2:00 on Tues she had talked to police..didn't talk to Shawn at 4 or so..said she was alreday talking to police when she had to ask Shawn what Hailey was wearing..and he only knew she was wearing blue running pants and a tee shirt..he didn't know what shoes..what jacket or nothing..just blue pants and tee shirt..

I don't think Billie knows what happened to Hailey, for sure, anyway, but I do think that if not for the discovery of other women, she would have stuck by SA no matter what she was told and would always believe that LE "set him up" if he was convicted. The cheating is what did it, thank you, SA.

OMG, I didn't listen to the interview, but if I'm reading a previous post correctly Billie is putting blame on Haylie yet again. Haylie snooped, found the memory stick, watched it, and then put it in the drawer for BD to find!? Before, it was Haylie disobeyed, lied to SA about where she was going, and left the house. There was something else before that, but I can't remember what it was. According to Haylie's Grandmother, she didn't have to snoop. SA was talking to someone on the phone late nights then standing outside her door two years ago. She knew then that he was up to something, and it was probably brought up to BD.

I think that was someone's theory. I didn't hear anything like that. She said Hailey could be nosey, but so what.

Sadly TVicki BD seems more concerned with SA than her missing 12 year old daughter. I found the entire interview shocking.

So if SA "knew" she was already "missing" at noon, this brings us back to the UN-PINGED time on his telephone that morning for when whatever happened to Hailey, happened. And it's not too long of a time slot, either.

I agree with you, again. LOL My sister stayed with a child molester husband despite her whole world screaming at her, even LE. She just didn't have the guts to admit she was wrong. Her denial was HUGE. I've always been more cynical but I can appreciate someone so desperate to keep a man in their life that it can even damage their lives and harm their children. I've seen it. Do I agree with it? Hellllls no. Would it happen to me? HAAA! No. However, I've seen a lot of desperate women in my life soooooooo..... (I have huge issues with my sister til this day about that.)

How bout this, Cluci: I also think she hasn't written Shawn off yet. She still looooves him and is "reaching out." MOO and all.

Host: Why did u ask H to stay home that day?

Billie: ...but she knew if she was left home alone, she does not need to leave this house. Obviously, she didn't listen because people saw her out that day...but she was expected to stay inside t house if she was left home alone.

I had seen in the chat tonight a lot of questions about this, and everyone thinking it was a 'gotcha' moment.

I gotta stick up for her on this one.... she went to file the report, they then came to the house later to get the full report, and IIRC, SA came home about the same time the cop was there to take the report. So I imagine that is when she or SA gave the description of what Hailey was wearing. I don't believe that she gave the description before they were at her house, and I believe SA was there. JMO

***I remember this only because at that time BD thought that SA came home at 1pm and that is why it was reported that way and she said it over and over again in interviews initially, and it had been talked about that SA was there and NEVER corrected her or told LE that he didn't get home until 3pm on the Monday that Hailey went missing.

this is from BD's timeline. It doesn't say what time the police arrived at her place to take the full report though.

02:00pm: Billie goes to the police station to report Halley missing.

03:00pm: Billie goes back home to wait for an officer to come and take a full report
