Bring Them Home Now EXCLUSIVE SHAWN ADKINS SPEAKS OUT March 3rd 2011

  • #661
I think the woman says, "call Billie, s##t", meaning...screw it, just call Billie.
The other thing I can make out for sure is the male voice saying, "what area code is that?" Then the woman says the f word.

could the "what area code is that?" question be as in what is the area code of the phone number that is ringing the phone right now? Maybe whoever was holding the phone didn't realize they had hit the button and answered it. It could have been SA worried that he was missing a call from BD.

Shawn was calling from a cell phone... I thought LE had his phone?

And back at the very start, what was this business about a 'friend' telling him there was nothing illegal on the memory stick? [ and then he says it was billie who told him]

So where did she get that info?

It seems wrong that BD is supplying information to the only real named POI into the investigation to determine if this man killed her daughter. How much information can she supply SA before she's considered an accomplice?

LE must be in on this?

He must have gotten another one because according to BD they've been texting regularly.

Why do you think they wanted him to call Billie? Did they need advise, were they going to warn her and give her a heads up. Sounds almost like they were saying call the boss, what do we do now. Very strange I think. jmo

I really don't know, there are probably a lot of possibilities we could come up with. Maybe the woman was sick of Shawn whining about something having to do with Billie so she told him to just take it up with Billie. Doesn't sound like there is enough there to get a definitive context though so who knows.

67:14 is the exact starting time of where someone says "Call Billie too." and it sounded like there was more than one person there. The guy who said "Call Billie too" sounded like the guy who had called in and was sticking up for Shawn.

If they WERE wanting to talk to Billie, I'd bet it was because of the question he'd just been asked. He said the person flat out lied about his saying he could hide a body, but the host said several people had said that, and then he was asked if he had ever said it to anyone.

If they are taking instruction from BD on keeping their story straight, they dang sure needed to know if she had been asked that question and how she had answered it, or what she knew about how anyone else had answered it. It was the first question he just didn't know how to answer.

'Course, I also can see this as simply SA furtively doing the interview while flat out lying to G'ma and Mommie and then getting BUSTED, hahahah. If they were reconnected without knowing it while still 'busting' him, hahah, oh boy, what an interview!

NO the grandma doesn't want SA to even talk to Billie anymore. I thought that family didn't want SA around Billie. With what is going on if he had a lawyer at one point and the grandma knew that lawyer told him to shut up, don't talk to anyone especially BIllie, I'm sure that Grandma is trying to keep that going.

I don't know why we're so worried about the hang up. I'm sure BD will call a press conference tomorrow to explain the whole misunderstanding....*cough

OK in light of this hang up or disconnection, do you remember about 30 minutes into the show how he said hang on a minute or just a minute and disappeared after a question was asked? There was another little pause there I'm thinking 20 to 30 minutes into the show. Anyone else remember that? I figured he went to get a drink of pop or something. But now....... :waitasec:

Funny you mention that male caller. I really thought he was a plant, like a relative or a friend of Shawn's. What young guy is going to call into a web-radio show that his GF is listening to, just to say he was 'on the fence,?' Made no sense to me, and it seemed made up.

The phone battery sounds like a lie too, just like Billie's 'going out of town' excuse. He is going to do a 2 hr phone interview, but he doesn't charge his phone first? And if it was getting low on battery, why not say something to the hosts before it disconnects? Not Buying It.
