O/T kind of...Is there anyone who can direct me to the video footage from the first days of Hailey being missing. The video I am speaking of is of Billie and if I recall she was in a gymnasium. It is the first video of BD talking about Hailey. Seems like it would be easy to find but I have looked everywhere. TIA

Wow not alot of local coverge there? That is insane. Also disturbing. You would think they would want people aware to look for things like random flip flops and what have you.
Kinda disturbs me to think someone might have found a flip flop and tossed it into the trash because nothing was on the news.

the way MSM picked this up was amazing. It really was strange to have to watch Nancy Grace after the local news to see what the latest info was. Mostly the locals gave bare info. Girl missing. More police involved. POI named.More searches done (after the fact).

Today reading here I found out the flipflops she was suppossed to be wearing are pink and white.

after listening to the interview I have not changed my mind. I still do not think Billie had anything or knows anything about Hailey missing. I do blame her for not putting Hailey and DD first and letting this man in her life. It seems that a lot of women are like that in this day and times. (my niece included) They need a man, think they are in love, move him in their house with children.

I do not think he was molesting Hailey. From all that has been said about Hailey, I feel that she would have told someone. Something happened between her and SA that day or the night before, I believe he is the one responsible for Hailey being gone.

Not sure if he will go to prison on the porn. If the computer was used by many LE would have to be able to prove exactly who was responsible for the Child Porn. If it turns out that the memory card only had other porn they would not be able to use that. I really hope they can narrow it down and put the person responsible for child porn away for a long time,

He must be addicted to porn. Talk to a woman 3 days and do a video of them having sex (if I understood correctly) Getting pictures of a naked woman the day Hailey went missing.

Hope the grand jury does the right thing and if he is the one responsible for the child porn, send his a--- away for a long time.

I have a hard time believing that 10 people had 'unrestricted' access to that computer. 10 people had the time and opportunity to download that much porn? Someone might come to my house, go on my computer to show my something but I wouldn't consider that person as someone who had the ability to download porn on my computer, does that make sense?lol

If SA was talking to someone, and trading photos with someone the day Hailey went missing, and he even said he was talking on the phone with her, it bothers me. It bothers me because I can't help but think it's giving him an alibi that day? or maybe it's a motive? Maybe Hailey seen/heard something?

On a personal note.... LadyLuck, I was a single mom at 18, I had boyfriends, but I refused to parade them in and out of my home and around my daughter. I seen too many friends doing this very thing, and wow, what messed up kids, they never knew who to call daddy! When I met my husband, and told my family I was going to stay with him for the weekend AND was taking my daughter... they all went ohhhhhhhhh they are gonna get married! LOL and yep, we were married 8 months later. That was almost 13 years ago

Something else came out of this interview. Shawn said that when DD got his new X-box at Christmas, he gave his old one to Shawn. But that he (Shawn) is not much of a gamer and only used it a few times.

So there is an x-box out there somewhere. He also said DD took his to his uncles when he moved there. I thought DD's was taken into evidence under warrant and replaced with one from the FBI? I believe we heard this from BD's friend.

Do we know that in fact DD's x-box was replaced by the FBI? Because I'm not so sure anymore. This is the first time I have heard that Shawn took DD's old x-box.

Well that XBox mystery just keeps getting more confusing. So I'm going to guess that DD had an old XBox game system in his room. When he got the new one for Christmas, it was hooked up in the livingroom for everyone to try? At what point did he give the old one to Shawn? When was there time and what does that mean? We know from FB posts that HD liked to play the XBox, why wouldn't DD have given his old one to her?

Did Shawn hook up the old one in his and BD's bedroom and DD put his new one in his room? HD went missing and instead of going out and looking for her they were moving XBox game systems around the house? I think CD implied that they were spending most of their time watching TV and playing video games during that week...including DD...didn't he?

I've wondered about SA's claim that after the "deer in the headlights" incident, DD and his friend went into DD's room to play video games. So is that when the game systems got moved around? Or did DD hook the new one up in his room right away and give the old one to Shawn who then hooked it up in the livingroom. Was HD playing on the new one or the old one? Why is this so complicated? What does that XBox have to do with anything? Well perhaps it's more important that we think because it's the last known activity that HD was doing according to someone other than BD or SA. And according to DD, she should have been playing that game for another approx. 3 hours after he left. Which is in direct conflict with his mother's claim that HD was in bed watching TV by 10pm and was still in bed with the TV on at 6am.

So does the FBI have both boxes? Do they know which one was where and which one HD was playing that night?

Finally a lot of things CZ posted about BD and the situation in general seem to not be true(thinking X box and some other stuff)...I'm not blaming CZ... i'm thinking she was just posting to us what she was fed from BD. I feel bad for CZ and I hope she's holding up!!!

I totally agree and depending IF BD is charged with something, she very well could be an important witness. I wonder if she has changed her opinion in anyway?

The truth does not have to be rehearsed or coached. This little ending to the phone call was very questionable and I'm sure just raised more red flags for LE.

I believe it is just the 1 computer in evidence, his mothers. I don't think he had a computer himself. But I believe he is staying at his grandma's, wonder if she has a computer? It's possible that his mother has bought another computer too since then.

I just noticed that SA's myspace account is closed, anyone know when that happened? I know I have seen it before, but not sure when that was.

I think he was using his myspace to troll for women and that is where he was getting the "pictures" sent to as well. Most likely he closed it recently when BD found out what he had been up to on there.

There are inconsistencies in BD's story and new things added almost every time she does an interview. As for SA, it's hard to tell as we've only heard him speak a few times.

But what I would be very interested in is if their stories are inconsistent to the statements they gave LE. And, if so, they must be having a field day!

SA said on his radio interview that DD got a new XBox for Christmas and gave him his old one. So he probably got an XBox 360 Live with Kinnect for Christmas. He probably had an old XBox before that, not 360.

Going back a bit, to when SA was talking about CJ right before he got kicked off the phone (lol) - it had been mentioned in the past, somewhere I can't remember now, that CJ is BFFs with either BDs mom, or SAs mom, or SAs gramma. Does anyone remember which person it was that is CJs friend?

A few other revelations from that interview...

SA said the boat in the videos was sold a couple of years ago. A caller seems to think the same boat is up for sale and was put up for sale a couple of days after HD went missing. Have we compared the video to the ad?

SA claimed that BD told him there was no CP or Beastiality on the memory stick. She wouldn't know that unless she was aware of all of the contents of the stick, which she likely wasn't. LE did not show her everything. He probably made this assumption based on his knowledge of what is on the stick. BD simply told him what she had seen and he then knew which stick LE had. I think we have established that there were likely others. Too bad LE didn't find them at the house too. But for SA to have been worried, he must know that there are sticks with CP on them. I'm sure they were destroyed after LE got the one in the search warrant.

BD appeared to be backing away from SA in her interview because of her fear that CP was found in her house and of course the "other women". SA went over there Wednesday morning and straightened all that out with her IMO. He reassured her that there was no CP on the memory stick found in her home and that there were no affairs, just him being stupid on myspace by pretending to be interested in girls to see if they'd send naked pictures. I can almost hear the conversation now. He probably deleted his account that day for her too to prove he won't do it again.

One place we can almost guarantee that HD is not is the creek behind the cemetary in Dunn.

SA's father did work at the same place as him. He claimed that his father was a truck driver for the company and was gone for long stretches of time. I suppose it was his father who got him the job in the first place. Nice way to repay him.

SA had two sets of coveralls for his job. One was in his locker and the other had been washed by BD on the 26th and he took them to work on the 27th and left them in his locker. There are cameras "all over the place" at his work to prove this.

SA mentions his "Uncle Cody" quite often, CN's father. He was quite sure that CN is not involved in HD's disappearance but he was willing to put his name out as someone who uses or has used the computer full of CP and Beastiality.

He did not clear his stepfather in the list of people whom he's sure did not upload the porn even though it was him who actually handed the computer over to LE. I wonder what kind of a relationship they have?

In order to use the connects you need to have the newer XBox 360, and it was only made over the last year.

I would bet that the old one is a "regular" Xbox, and that is the one that was not recovered in the Search Warrant....

Where would it be???

Also to add maybe this is where all the confusion about where the XBOX actually was, maybe one was in the living room and the other one was hooked up in DD room.
