A few other revelations from that interview...

SA said the boat in the videos was sold a couple of years ago. A caller seems to think the same boat is up for sale and was put up for sale a couple of days after HD went missing. Have we compared the video to the ad?

SA claimed that BD told him there was no CP or Beastiality on the memory stick. She wouldn't know that unless she was aware of all of the contents of the stick, which she likely wasn't. LE did not show her everything. He probably made this assumption based on his knowledge of what is on the stick. BD simply told him what she had seen and he then knew which stick LE had. I think we have established that there were likely others. Too bad LE didn't find them at the house too. But for SA to have been worried, he must know that there are sticks with CP on them. I'm sure they were destroyed after LE got the one in the search warrant.

BD appeared to be backing away from SA in her interview because of her fear that CP was found in her house and of course the "other women". SA went over there Wednesday morning and straightened all that out with her IMO. He reassured her that there was no CP on the memory stick found in her home and that there were no affairs, just him being stupid on myspace by pretending to be interested in girls to see if they'd send naked pictures. I can almost hear the conversation now. He probably deleted his account that day for her too to prove he won't do it again.

One place we can almost guarantee that HD is not is the creek behind the cemetary in Dunn.

SA's father did work at the same place as him. He claimed that his father was a truck driver for the company and was gone for long stretches of time. I suppose it was his father who got him the job in the first place. Nice way to repay him.

SA had two sets of coveralls for his job. One was in his locker and the other had been washed by BD on the 26th and he took them to work on the 27th and left them in his locker. There are cameras "all over the place" at his work to prove this.

SA mentions his "Uncle Cody" quite often, CN's father. He was quite sure that CN is not involved in HD's disappearance but he was willing to put his name out as someone who uses or has used the computer full of CP and Beastiality.

He did not clear his stepfather in the list of people whom he's sure did not upload the even though it was him who actually handed the computer over to LE. I wonder what kind of a relationship they have?

In order to use the connects you need to have the newer XBox 360, and it was only made over the last year.

I would bet that the old one is a "regular" Xbox, and that is the one that was not recovered in the Search Warrant....

Where would it be???

Maybe at Grandma's place in Dunn or Mom's place in Big Spring? Where all the other evidence probably is/was?

He must of had the regular XBOX not the 360, thats why she bought that also.

It was obvious to everyone listening what they were trying to do. It was probably very obvious to SA as well. There is no way he gave up where he might have dumped a body IMO.

Now if I knew I had something incriminating on the computer and LE was on their way to pick it up I would not be so stupid as to hand it to LE. :nono: I'm having a very difficult time accepting that the SD would hand this computer over if he knew.

I can certainly see the phones being a part of the warrant. I can certainly see things in the home of BD being seized. This computer seems to me to have been recognized early on as having something on it that LE wanted. At some point, whether it be by FB or the slasher movies, or utube vids, that computer ISP and computer was recognized as needing to be checked out.

Going back a bit, to when SA was talking about CJ right before he got kicked off the phone (lol) - it had been mentioned in the past, somewhere I can't remember now, that CJ is BFFs with either BDs mom, or SAs mom, or SAs gramma. Does anyone remember which person it was that is CJs friend?

CJ is best friends with BD's mother.

Just a thought... when they took the computer, does anyone think they took the keyboard as well? Most likely just the tower, I think though.

Anyway, the point is if they took the keyboard forsenics could swab any um, shall I say 'mysterious fluids' that could be on it because whoever put the pron there was probably, erm, enjoying it while they were viewing it... then they could do a dna match.

She was working the step dad handed it over when LE arrived for it on December 30th. On January 5th after Shawn failed his poly and walked out, he returned to his mother's home being asked not to return to BD's home. At about 4:30pm Mom called LE, on her way to the police station to notify them she was on her way to retrieve her computer. All file forensics stopped at that time, and they marked the computer as evidence. The reason for that is once it was no longer voluntary that they had the computer in their pocession, they needed a warrant to continue examination of the contents.

Now is where it gets sketchy. On what day did Shawn get his attorney? I have not found a date. In my mind I believe Shawn called an attorney on January 5th and he was advised that they should try to retrieve the computer. But this is just my theory. No evidence to back it up.

I think there are a lot of people that believe if you hit 'delete' that it would be gone, and no one can find it. I read the other day in the affidavits, that it was the Wednesday afternoon that SA's mom agreed to hand over the computer, but LE never actually got it until Thursday morning at 11:30am. Lots of time for someone to think they were deleting all the 'evidence'.

Oriah I think Shawn was playing with the interviewers to be totally honest. Like a Cat playing with a mouse. Half of what he said was distration in my opinion.

I do recall him saying the creek was his quiet place to go. But he hasn't been there in a long while. But it was across from his grandmother's home. I haven't looked at the property is there also a cemetery in there?

Ok, So, LE was at the house on the 28th of Dec, to take a full report from BD.
Now BD said that they took some things of HD, at that time.

But we know now that another search was done on or around the 30th of Dec.
I wonder if between the 28th and the 29th they received more information
to go and take SA computer

I find that hilarious, given Bring Them Home's touting and promoting of their interviews of Billie's as being the first and only unedited interviews of her (there were 16 raw and live interviews before Bring Them Home ever interviewed her.)
