I don't know why that is hard to believe. It's not uncommon for older men to be attracted to younger women, especially in show business.

I don't doubt that he'd be 'attracted'...many men were. But my personal definition of 'love' is encouraging anothers spiritual growth...I don't think he did that...like I said, it really depends on what one's definition of 'love" is...

Her Brother speaks...he's 54...her Dad must be in his 70's, I guess...

"As for me, I'm torn up inside beyond belief," he continued. "It's just not natural for a man of 54 to see his kid sister of 32 leave in such an abrupt manner as this. The loss is just unbearable to us all....I never thought in a million years she would cross the bridge before me, it just shouldn't be that way. It's just not the way we expect things to go and the disappointment and pain of this rude awakening is very hard to ingest."
"This kid really was a joy, and I hope the people who God entrusted her to did all the right things with her. Because God has no sense of humor when it comes to His Joyful children, and Britt was a joy-filled spirit.

"Brittany seemed sick for a while," a devastated friend tells us.
"She was very conscious of her weight," the source tells us. "But in this town, what actress isn't? Looking back now, it's something I wish I would have paid more attention to. It clearly was an issue for her."

The friend's worries didn't stop with her weight, though. "She made a few lifestyle choices that had her friends concerned. But it doesn't look like many people did anything about it."

Now, why would he say that? By saying this he seems to be saying...he controls nothing...it's all her...sounds like what Howard K Stern and the others said about Anna...it was all her. Yet, he says he says "yes" or "no"...? If she was the "boss" wouldn't he simply say "yes"?

Murphy and Monjack

Paladine you are cracking me up a lot lately.... LOL :)
If you miss Howard we are still maintaining the ANS thread. in the parking lot. soon maybe he will graduate from parking lot to behind bars. LOL

Britney's husband saying only Yes or No can get very boring.
But it sure would not be confrontational.
IMO this mooch cant say anything other then "YES"
Not sure he has worked in a while. LOL

What seems unclear to me is that her mom found her...where was he?
How could she have died before the shower? do you think he put her in the shower and left her there for her Mom to find her? :waitasec:
medics gave her CPR - not sure of the real condition yet :waitasec:.

bolded by me.

I agree, this was very odd. Why was her mother in her house?

In medical examiner terms "normal weight" means something different then the context of whether it is a healthy weight for the living or not. It falls within a range and does not indicate malnutrition or undeveloped muscles.

In the last video she appears severely undernourished. IMO.

TMZ has learned Brittany Murphy had a will when she died -- a will she executed before she met husband Simon Monjack.

Sources say the will left her estate to her mother, Sharon Murphy.

BUT...found this link on TMZ forum....

21610. Except as provided in Section 21611, if a decedent fails to
provide in a testamentary instrument for the decedent's surviving
spouse who married the decedent after the execution of all of the
decedent's testamentary instruments, the omitted spouse shall receive
a share in the decedent's estate, consisting of the following
property in said estate:
(a) The one-half of the community property that belongs to the
decedent under Section 100.
(b) The one-half of the quasi-community property that belongs to
the decedent under Section 101.
(c) A share of the separate property of the decedent equal in
value to that which the spouse would have received if the decedent
had died without having executed a testamentary instrument, but in no
event is the share to be more than one-half the value of the
separate property in the estate.

So, it seems he's likely to get something...? Even 1/2...Anyone want to pipe in? I'm no lawyer...;)

I agree. Do we know if she financially supported the mother? The husband sounds weird with the visa and financial issues. It makes me wonder why they really got married.

About her weight. My neighbors daughter is an actress in hollywood. One time she came home to see her parents and I saw her walking down the street and I couldn't believe how thin she was. Honestly, I think their all really thin out there. Just think, some women try for years to look that think. Sad.

That depends...it has been reported that her friends said she had wised up to her husbands antics and planned to make some changes. IDK about the will and inheritance...if he is not charged with anything relating to her death he may have a shot. Not sure how much is there.
