Here he is out partying to all ends, drinking, spouting off at the mouth to every girl he can see, and Britney is playing it correctly and safely...she is in Louisiana with her family. He doesn't stand a chance.

If I were Britney what would I do?I think she's doing fine so far...just the one thing I would make sure of is to terminate kfed's parental rights.I don't think I would release the sex tape on my own..I hope she can get that blocked somehow though.If not then at least it'll do kfed in, as far as custody of the kids.

Britney should just stay quiet and lay low. If the a$$hole is stupid enough to release a sex video, so be it. It will cause a stir and then that will be the end of it. The sex tapes didn't seem to damage Pamela Anderson or Paris Hilton's "careers".

One parent cannot terminate another's parental rights. That's for the courts to decide. As much of a jerk as Federline is, I don't think he's ever done anything that would convince a judge to terminate his parental rights. There would have to be convincing evidence that he abused or significantly neglected or otherwise mistreated his children. Unfortunately, having poor morals and a bad character are not compelling enough legal reasons to terminate parental rights.

I am counting on any judge to see Kevin's childish, loser attitude for what it is - blackmail. I so hope this backfires on him. He doesn't give a d@mn about any of his kids, only his "career" as a rapper that has failed miserably. I don't see how he can show his weasel face in public ever again, he's such a laughingstock.

Lots of couples make their own sex videos and Britney has nothing to be ashamed of. (Not that she should be proud mind you). If he's able to sell the sex video, I wonder if he'll have to share the profits with her? He ought to.

I feel terrible for Britney, she has done nothing to deserve this.

Britney's been out partying too. People's website has pictures and stories about being out partying all night on a few occasions recently (within the past week or so) with Paris Hilton and Mario Lopez. I certainly wasn't doing that when my baby was 2 months old. She may be single now, but she still has those two babies.
