FBI agents believe Raymond Gagnon, the former step-father of Brooke Bennett, may have had evidence dumped in a San Antonio landfill, sources said. Agents were searching a landfill on Tessman Road near Interstate 10 on the city's east side early Thursday morning for a computer allegedly filled with child and other evidence relating to the girl's death.

I can't imagine a 14-year-old girl thinking that RG, from his pic, was some wonderful guy she wants to be in love with...but then, we are talking about someone severely abused, reactions to anything aren't going to be what we might consider normal.

I don't remember a Kevin being mentioned in the emails. Can you tell me where it was mentioned?

It's in the affidavit that has the large number of email exchanges. "Kevin" and "raker" had been "hanging around in the fields" and AR hoped to get with them in "farming season".

You know the audio slideshow of the funeral? THere is a picture of C hugging someone with shoulder length blondish hair, wearing a brown tank top. She is sitting beside a man in a white and black and grey polo. C is holding a picture frame. I am not sure what number it is. I will try to find the right link.

There is another blonde girl that is in the video (the time on the video will say 1:50) with a white shirt with black flowers on. Another blonde, so not sure. I thought someone confirmed that on Savanna's myspace page, there is a picture with Savanna and AR that Brooke commented on and wished they were talking. Unfortunately I didn't save the picture and now when I try to go to Savanna's page I get an error message "The page you are looking for might have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable." Looks like she deleted her page.

I wonder if that's not referring to Kevin Grosenheider and perhaps his nephew the SRO. I wish we knew if they ever came up to Vermont. I know Kevin G lived only a couple of hours in Alabama when Gagnon lived there. Plus they've known each for years. You have to think that RG knew all about the nephew's child offenses, I think they're all linked. Birds of a feather....

On another note, on page 12 of the affidavit in the emails it talks about postponing is good also because Savanna is working on those days. What does Savanna have to do with it? She didn't live at MJs. I suppose maybe she lived with Brooke and that if she was off she would expect Brooke to be home or around, and if she wasn't maybe she would question where she was and try to find her.

Everyone seems to be wondering why or how the media was at Brooker's funeral. Well, the funeral was in effect in a very public place, the high school field. It is a public high school and therefore I think the media would have had a right to be there..public property..vs if the funeral had been held in a private funeral home or church.

I think it was held where it was for 2 reasons:

Brooke was athletic and had been on school teams and so that place meant a lot to her...and they may not have had a church or funeral home large enough to accommodate 1000 mourners.

This girl is shown again during the slide show. Its in the beginning with a camera focused over her shoulder at a picture of Brooke.

Does anyone know who this is? I didn't see pictures of anyone but family with the buttons on.

Exactly..if Savanna had been off work this whole thing would not fly. Also everyone seemed to be at work that day but MJ. I think that Brooke was probably expected back sometime that day into afternoon from the sleepover with her cousin. When that didn't happen her Mom was scared and started calling around. Later that evening , Good old MJ who had changed her MySpace at his computer, said look what I found ,I think she ran off this boy on MySpace. Which is when the LE were called and MJ starts hanging himself with all his tales about the hospital, finding her shoe, etc. Brooke's family, other then MJ and AR knew nothing about her going to visit a friend in the hospital..Mj made that up and related it as that evening unfolded. Then they thought she'd be home soon. But low and behold it got later then he comes forward with the Myspace story. And then he finds the shoe. What a tiwisted web he spun..but not so twisted that LE had him in their sights from the get go.

I did see that pic..sorry I didn't respond..but I don't have a clue. But there is another pic, if I am not mistaken of this same girl, very red faced and in tears from crying..leaving the funeral. Inthat pic she was shown standing and ready to leave.

Oh Lordy, it is either in one of the films or slide shows of the funeral. I couldn't even tell you which one right now..it's just when I saw that pic you lead me to..I thought I saw that person earlier.

Infact it may be the same link ..see if you see a blonde haired girl crying sitting by a man in a striped polo shirt. Her face is very red and appears swollen.
