Drugged, assaulted and smothered-Oh my soul. I hope she was minimally aware of anything that was happening around her, precious angel.

There will be justice here, I feel so certain, whatever that means when you lose someone in a fashion like this.

This part really bothered me..........
it will be up to U.S. Attorney General Robert Mukasey whether prosecutors seek the death penalty against Jacques. That decision is not expected for several months, which could leave it up to the attorney general of a new presidential administration.

In my opinion, it means letting me take that $%^& machine he bought to use on her, hooking it up to the engine from a top-fuel dragster, and using it on him until he expires.

:deal::camera:

We will take pictures and publish it-perhaps this would constitute an effective deterrent, hmmm?

Thanks for the updates TG and bdmama. At least it wasn't as shocking as the original affidavits....:mad:

On p. 2 of the indictment, para 4 the assertion is made that J1 was told that Brooke was designated for termination since Brooke was causing significant
difficulties for JACQUES....where did that come from? Would J1 just buy that, wouldn't she wonder why and question where that came from?

What had Jacques done or had Brooke done or told that was causing problems for Jacques? Had he already
behaved inappropriately with her?

You may recall that they referred to Savannah as a b...h, I suspected that she may have been onto his behavior. I wonder if Denise is finally getting a clue about her so-called "husband". :bang: Poor little Brooke. Rest in peace.

I honestly think Jacques had a sick fantasy about killing somebody for quite some time and saw Brooke as a perfect victim. I think Brooke was the kind of girl that if anything did happen she would have told ASAP. I think Savannah knew what was going on between J1 & Jacques and they saw her as a threat to their little secret as well. Maybe Savannah told Brook to be careful around them. Maybe he really targeted Savannah but saw her as too risky, able to fight back...Who knows?

Or he knew that that machine would do things so horrible that they could not be concealed...
That monster makes me so sick....

How can a person be so dead inside.. so devoid of any humanity?

J1 was told that Brooke was making J1's father suicidal. The reason behind that heap of garbage is unknown.

I agree that this was his reason for killing her. He bought the machine to use on Brooke with the intention of killing her.:furious:

I agree!!!!!! :clap::clap::clap::clap:

It sickens me to read what Denise is saying and doing. I would think that children's services would have stepped in! I find it very unnerving that AR is in HS and acting like nothing ever happened. I would HOPE that she is getting some counseling. If AR was my daughter I would MAKE SURE that she was getting some help.

I know it....
and i just looked at her myspace page, and she had logged in a couple days ago i think....her mood said "loved"
and her quote said something about only living life once...so don't think twice...why?????
i just have so much to say....i don't know where to begin :(

I hear ya, so, but on top of it I am so angry, I'm left speechless. :furious: What is happening in this community and the high school? Does anyone even broach the subject or is it the butt of perv jokes and snickering? Is AR's boyfriend still with her? What are his parents thinking?

We all read so much of this stuff that I suppose is why we have a fair understanding of what we're talking about, I suspect the general public is relatively insulated and doesn't get it?? I certainly find it hard to understand Denise's reaction -- as a starting point.

I know someone that lives in the area, and was told that J1 had been going about from day one as if nothing was wrong. And people in the area were beside themselves, I personally don't have a good feeling about that girl and can not understand how her boyfriends parents would allow him to continue seeing her.

It would seem AR and her mother are in total denial, and I agree, how comfortable would you be with your son as AR's boyfriend or even any of your kids as her friend? The whole thing mystifies me -- can life really go on as normal after something like this?

This case is still with me so much and breaks my heart. At our Bible Study the other day we somehow got onto the subject of MySpace and Facebook and whether or not you allow your kids to have a page and whether or not you monitor it, and I was saying that you need to do a search for your kids b/c they might have one page they show you and another separate page for their friends and a different page that is something else or whatever...and I used Brooke having multiple pages and her dad thinking one was shut off as an example. Not one person in the group remembered the case I was talking about.

How do you forget this in just 4 months? It is burned into my brain?:cry::cry::cry:
