All five were also threatened with never seeing their older siblings again if they didn't comply with the Olguins' wishes.

The Olguins had a total of nine foster children. They allegedly gave a five-year-old girl – who is not one of the Turpins – sleeping pills then forced her to stand, ringing a bell in her ear and spraying water in her face so she could not fall asleep.

This was 'all while repeating the revenge phrase; "You don't let us sleep, we're not letting you sleep",' investigator Salisbury wrote. The little girl collapsed and fell on the hard tile floor, he added.
But for the younger siblings, the nightmare started all over again just months after they were freed when they were placed with the Olguins in April 2018 who then lived in a five-bedroom home just nine miles from the Perris home the children had shared with their parents.

Salisbury said Lennys Olguin scratched the top of one girl's hand and, when she was holding a metal coin, moved her hand close to an electrical outlet saying 'You want to get shocked?'

The Olguins also encouraged two of their foster children to fight each other, the court papers allege, calling one a filthy a**hole and 'motherf***er,' while another was told she would end up as 'a white piece of s**t on the curb' like her biological mother.

They are also accused of physically abusing those same two children. Rosa is said to have dragged one of them by her hair 'which resulted in her hair being pulled out.'

A neighbor, who asked not to be named, told DailyMail.com that Marcelino and Rosa were often seen with their foster children until March 2021 when cops arrived at the home and arrested them.

The Olguins sold their home for $500,000 the following month and moved into the property next door where they have lived since being released on bond.

All three are set to be arraigned next Monday, with Marcelino facing a life sentence if he is found guilty."

and then putting in the case number RIF2104700. That brings up a whole bunch of listings for the three accused abusers. I have attached two screenshots for Marcelino here and the first of these shows all 3 defendants will be at that 6/6/22 "Felony Settlement Conference." It burns me up that these stupid, sadistic people get to be free until that date, though.

I think the investigation into the treatment of ALL of the siblings began in November 2021.

This is shocking and horrifying. It is really hard to understand how this is even possible.
There are too many cases of abusive foster homes, yet nothing changes. Extremely traumatized children sent to live with sociopaths and not provided with the oversight and services they need and deserve.

It's not that hard to understand how this is possible when you consider how many warped and sexually degenerate people seek out, intentionally, positions of authority over minor kids. 100% for sick and twisted reasons.

I guess it’s a good thing that we cannot understand how an adult can get pleasure from torturing children. As so many have said, we assumed these children and their adult siblings were receiving top-notch psychological care and the love of a happy, functional family. What is appalling is that the professionals were so disinterested in how they were faring. It’s one tragedy on top of another.

Roger Booth, an attorney who has sued Riverside County in roughly 10 cases involving alleged mismanagement of child protective cases, said in an email that the county filed the court motion to seal the Turpin conservatorship file.

“It seems a bit disingenuous for the county to now argue that the order ties their hands in terms of disclosing information about how the conservatee might have been mistreated,” Booth said."

It appears that the county is able to stymie the investigation by having sealed the conservatorship file in 2018. As stated above, the investigation report was due at the end of March. It has been extended two months due to difficulty caused by privacy laws. The laws that were used to protect the Turpin children are weaponized now to protect the county (see BBM above).

We don't know where the unadopted minor children are. Another foster home? Together or separated?

I am appalled that their lawyer Jack Osborn and the retired judge appointed to head the investigation are not pushing harder. Bureaucratic excuses and delays should be able to be overcome in a case like this.

Every single day that goes by with individualized plans and care not put into action endangers all the minors and adults.

A good reporter should be able to give an update on each child, what further abuse they have endured and what their current safety status is without revealing anything personal other than age. The adults could all be interviewed if they wished. I want to hear from all seven adults not just the three who have spoken publicly.

More public pressure is needed. Their care needs to be moved out of Riverside County. That county either can't or won't manage this case appropriately. After it is removed from Riverside County, there should be a criminal probe and severe penalties for those who perpetrated the abuse directly or indirectly.

The interviews presented in the TV show were conducted last summer so it will soon be a year without justice for the adults. The minor children's needs are still going unmet if the facts revealed so far are true, such as placement of the five in a home with four more unrelated to them. And scum for caregivers.
