Yeah, Mr. Black faxed the statement because if he would have let Mr. Bi-iliterate Baez issue the statement there would have been too many Humms??? in the statement to make any sense!

The statement giving by Mr. Todd Black really irked me!
My response to this transparent, laughable waste of words is...
THE TRUTH ladies and gentleman is that the state does NOT want to try and convict Ms. Anthony on child neglect charges... OHHH NO. They want to try and convict her of murder. Therefore they want to charge her with murder before her November proceeding start. You see,for more than one reason, it would NOT serve the state to prove that she was a neglectful mother.
The TRUTH is the deference darn well KNOWS this fact!
How dirty and conniving is this law firm! My words fail to express how sickened I am reading the finger pointing that is coming out of that office!
Another old saying I am reminded of is "Isn't that the pot calling the kettle black"? When they allege that Lawson Lamar is commercializing Caylee as the perfect springboard to squeeze out his reelection on his time limit. For the love of the promised land!!!
How tacky is that!?! Given how commercialized the A family seems to be making sweet innocent little Caylee.

You know, I thought Cindy was way out there, too, drinking the Casey Kool-Aid, etc., when I watched it.

Then there was this exchange (bold is mine):

She wants everyone out there searching for her granddaughter, but she doesn't want to know the particulars? WTF?

Above link is close to 20mins. to 40mins. long (I didn't pull it up again) CA here is in a park doing a planned sit down interview with Fox! Maybe it was with the reporter Holly...They don't show who the reporter is but is female...Is that why when she was helping KC switch vehicles, before her arrest, she made the comment that Holly will never get another exclusive with her????

Been waiting to see this interview all day!

Everyting in bold blue is her comments as I tried to quote/paraphrase from the interview (I may have thrown in one or two comments but you should be able to tell the difference:

Everything is ready in her room for when she comes home.

She even changes her bed sheets each week.

"It is a one sided search"

She is talking about someone who just got his child back as well that got no help from LE.

She always held LE in high regard, she still does??? But she thinks they need an internal investigation in the department.

Denying the blow out fight, says it was a great weekend and they never had a fight.

Says there are at least 15,000 ZFG's and she thinks it's crazy they cannot find the one Casey says is 24.

Now she also accuses people of prostituting Caylee instead of looking for her.

Says there are alot of people out there making fame and fortune off of Caylee.

Everything has been leaked, it's all circumstantial, it's politically motivated.

She was upset on July 15th, but it did not take her very long to realize it wasn't Casey's hands, Casey is not a monster. Nobody wanted to listen to her, there is a reason that she took them to places, somethings are not what they look to be and they need to investigate. She feels Casey will be aqquited.

Saying Lamar is bassically calling poeple liars for not going after the tips and researching them all.

Casey isolated from her friends. Defending her time spent with the attorney, 2hours is travel time??? but yet she says half up and half back????

People should not know that the A's were suppenaed.

Geroge and Cindy are not concerened that they are going to try and use his own words against their daughter. Nothing they can say can be used as a smoking gun as their daughter.

I brought them here before. They can look if they want everytime if they find nothing just supports our case.

Let the people look, she claims she has no ill will to TES.

Talking about another family still seeking their daughter, This woman told her that the family should not search. She wants everyone to keep looking for a live Caylee.

MY private investigators have more evidence that she is out there alive 100%.

We have had our time with Casey out here. If our time is up we are ok with that but we will get through. Faith in god mentioned.

Tonight is our normal evening. She says the GJ cannot go in there with a free concious that they have not seen any news reports on this case and can't provide a ruleing with a clear consious. But she feels for them and do not want to be in their shoes.

Seeing Casey in the news in the "theft" videos just takes away from finding Caylee so they just do not think about that much.

She does not ask Casey certain things that will put her in a position.... mumble mumble jumble....

Some days she can;t get out of bed.

She said she sought medical advice early on to get help allready.

Told she can investigate any tips she wants but she knows for a fact she can't get manifest for airlines she knows for a fact Caylee was on.

She is going to poor over the tips with voulenteers to bring Caylee home.

They all gave DNA . No idea what they are going to use it for, but hopefully to prove all of their DNA was in the trunk of the car. Anything to mess them up.

She says LE said they are 100% sure Caylee is not alive but she says they are not 100% sure.

Speaks to Caylee at the end. That the home has not changed. They are doing everything to bring her home. Her investigation team watches Caylee's videos every day so they can record her image and manerisms and cannot miss seeing her out there somewhere. Misses her hugs and if she were here right now she would say "CC it's going to be OK".

I will apologize to the members for the mass merge as there were three threads running at the same time. I didn't want to confuse anyone, just trying to get it all in one place for reference.

The only problem was that there were 2 different videos that were being discussed...2nd released from park is way longer & only 1-2 or about political issues! The rest of the interview touches upon a lot of subjects & is way longer than the one listed on very 1st into to thread link video!!

It's so hard to sort through so much & keep up!! Maybe some of us can help organize some videos, docs, etc. Before we get another doc dump!! It's got to be a lot of work when sooo much info comes in such a short time period! This way come trial something of importance will not be lost?? I don't know how mods all keep up with it! Truth Seeker found this "must see" video of Cindy speaking about the case and upcoming indictment. It is not from today per se, but we may have missed it.

I found this on the daily update thread this morning. If this has already been discussed, please merge or delete this thread. this interview was done on the day before the GJ met, and must be the 'exclusive' interview with Holly that CA railed about. Half way through the interview the reporter says 'have you ever thought that maybe Casey might be involved in what happened..perhaps there was..... CA cuts her off and says, Never and then goes on to say, ' it wasn't Casey's hand...you know, Casey is not a monsters, there are many reasons...'

Those words, 'it wasn't Caseys' hand' really threw me, you could almost see her hesitate and change thoughts when she realized what she had just said. I would love to hear what other people think about this whole interview and that line in particular.

She also states at the end of the interview that she has asked LE and FBI if they are 100% sure Caylee is dead and they told her they were NOT 100% sure - somehow I don't think they would have gone forward with this if they were not 100% sure. I could not stomach watching this entire interview. She states Casey hasn't been treated fairly? There needs to be an internal investigation into the Sheriff department?

All I would like to know is WHY people still want to interview this mother and WHY hasn't she been arrested for giving false statements to the police and for destroying evidence in this case?

Could be that Cindy destroyed the one piece of evidence that could have nailed this case shut. The clothes that she washed may have been the very same ones that Caylee was in when Casey MURDERED her.

Cindy needs to SHUT-UP! I am afraid this woman is going to go on a crusade for years. :bang:

Her fingerpointing constantly and blaming everybody and anybody else for everything that is wrong regarding Caylee's disappearance, her daughter's murder and economic theft charges and the investigationetc.??!! NEWSFLASH CINDY: The difference between other missing children/people are that they are MISSING. Caylee is very unfortunately and sadly disceased!
