From his early life growing up in a kibbutz in Israel and his service in the IDF to his development of his own business in Sonoma County, Alon was an exemplary man, worker, citizen. He was a vast and quiet resource of knowledge and the work that came from his hands was beautiful. May his integrity live on in his children Jesse, Gilead and Mikhail and all who come after him. Memorial service Sunday August 8 at 11am Pt Reyes bldg #70 just past the visitors center.

Alon Haramati last communicated with family on June 29, 2010. On July 1, 2010, California State Parks found Alon`s white Suburban in Point Reyes. The keys were in the vehicle along with Alon`s wallet and cell phone. California State Parks conducted ground searches with negative results.>>
