Cowboy boot

Sent from my SM-G928P using Tapatalk

The second to the last print looks like it might be a good one, with tread marks from the soles. The front is wide and round to me, like a workman/construction worker boot. I don't know, the picture is hard to tell, but look at the second to last footprint.

Vans - but the pattern doesn't *quite* match IMO. But I think it's something similar to Vans. I wish we knew which direction they went from the truck - anyone know?

This shoe print is from the orchard by Aly's truck?

The shoe prints are good, there is tread. I now understand why law enforcement suddenly brought in dogs, helicopters, and ground search when car was found; they did realize there was foul play. Shoe size and type might be easy by those prints. May be a real good lead.

Could be the angle distorting the image, but to me it looks like a Vans sneaker

I have to agree that it still looks like a Vans shoe print...that was my immediate thought as soon as I blew the picture up this afternoon. Maybe you could not get the impression right because the mud consistency was off...it depends on the soil. Those shoe impressions were made near water so the ground overall is much softer. The show impression looked like my husbands muddy Van prints at our beach house when it rains...very different then shoe prints where I live during the school year and it rains...

Although, the tread is very similar, I think vans are too narrow to account for the ball of the shoe being so wide. It looks more like the shape of a nike.

Does the heel size look narrow to anyone? Maybe not a tennis shoes print.

Heel looks quite narrow to me. Deep prints, but the heel suggests tapered platform show to me

it looks like converses or vans to me... top part may be wider because more pressure or walking uphill?

the shoe is definitely a flat shoe. yep converses or vans.. or even sandals.

Put the rapping bricklayer and his gang from the house on a polygraph machine and rule them out or in, if they are willing. If not, well . . .

I don't think that anyone can determine the type of shoe that left the prints by a photograph. But, good tries all around. Nor do I think one can tell if it was a wedge style shoe given the obvious effort it would take to extract each footstep from that gooey mud which would distort the print.

I don't think she left the rapping bricklayer's house alive but that is my opinion only.

The LAST thing that comes to mind is that she is a victim of sex trafficking.

Why did they admit she had been drinking at their house? They were trying to explain why her car would end up stuck in the mud off of a back road. Like she was so drunk, she just took a wrong turn, her truck got stuck in mud and she walked away never to be seen again. Because she was drunk of course. Because in this small speck on the map of a town, there are so many people roaming the back roads and orchards just waiting for a damsel in distress to come along to be victimized. Nah.

I am not buying what they are selling.

Oh they'll definitely be able to tell what kind of shoe. I'm sure they have better prints. And we do have to account for the tread and a little slippage that could distort the pattern and actually make the individual marks look slightly off.

Hope they checked to see if homeowner or neighbors have video cameras outside. I would love to know who was driving that truck.

Folks, LE has not named any POIs or suspects in this case.

That means the homeowner, his son, her ex boyfriend, etc. are OFF LIMITS to sleuthing.

Please stop digging into their backgrounds and social media and posting your findings here. It is against The Rules.

Thank you

To be clear, they have video of the truck turning into the leeve but no video (as far as we know) of someone walking away from the truck?

Well if they do its not public info...though I find it strange that her car has its signal on (as to possibly signal as to which direction it is headed) which would make sense if there was another person or persons waiting off camera...and do to remote location there is no possible way anoyone could get out of there unless someone else had a car somewhere within a mile or so (I figure thats about as far as anoyone would walk, but depending on cameras it could be closer...who knows)...hopefully LE is checking everyone on those roads to see if they happen to have cameras

I have cameras at my house and they will pick-up the motion of a person walking on the sidewalk 100 feet away during the day but not at night. At night, only large moving objects like cars trigger the the motion sensors at a distance. Small animals and people will trigger the sensors if they are closer, say withing 25 feet of the camera at night.

I'm thinking that she was going to meet someone at that park/boat ramp off of Pennington Road. She went around the gate possibly heading to the park/boat ramp off of Pennington Rd. The reason to go down Cooley to get to Pennington would be actually to drive through the orchard as a known go around point to get to the boat ramp. She then got her truck stuck and got out of her truck and figured she would just walk around and meet whoever she was supposed to. I could actually see people even parking their cars in the orchard as good hiding place to get the car off of the road while being at the park while it's supposed to be closed. Kids and people are creative at meeting and being at places their not supposed to be for privacy. Did she live at home? Did her ex-boyfriend live at home? I'm thinking a planned or last minute meeting gone wrong. She had to have a reason to be out there that way. I think that shoe print is a female shoe print. But this is just my opinion.

Hours of Operation
For boat launching and day use: 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
The campground is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
The gates close at 9:00 p.m. and open at 6:00 a.m.

The campground would be a place I'd like to know more about. Maybe she was in her way there because there was a party? Or meeting some friends? But interesting it's open 24/7
