This is so sad and upsetting. She should have been found when she called 911. This didn't need to turn out this way

I had to wonder if she had a concussion at all or just mind bent on drugs and trying to describe the area...the dispatcher was very patient with her imo. She was clearly very dehydrated and dying towards the end from what it seemed like on the call,

I'm in the boat where I cannot figure out how she ended up so far from the highway...
She couldn't give an accurate answer to the dispatcher who asked her this either. I think her brain would've fired more if she wasn't so delirious from whatever it was slowing her communication..

so odd how she kept asking if they could see her or her car....RIP.
