I believe where she was reported last seen is under KCSO's jurisdiction.

Was she not last reported seen in Bakersfield? I’m going off of her missing posters that say she was last reported seen in Bakersfield.

Certain parts of Rosedale (which is in Bakersfield) are under the sheriff dept's jurisdiction. Sometimes, I think it can even be which dispatch picks up the call and how it gets routed initially.

I contacted Namus via both their general email and the Regional Program specialist, Allison O’Neal. She stated that any changes/corrections had to be run by the handling detective. That was on January 28. I have not received a response back after that, and I see that the date on NAMUS is still showing as March 25.

I have heard this name a few times too. He has quite a record as well. He was mentioned along with another friend - JB .
Other than that I do not know anymore or if it is a name being thrown around or an actual lead...

From what I could see, it looks plausible JB has a silver sedan. Both of those are who I think were in the car, BUT I’m having trouble figuring out why or how they would be involved. MOO

I have heard this before and the silver car theory. if you don't mind me asking- what was it that made you think they were in the car? I can see lots of speculation, but I am having a hard time finding the connection so if you could help guide me that would be awesome.

Also does anyone understand arrest record alias- there is one woman that has not been mentioned yet but is related to a specific someone that is in the "circle" we are talking about and she has quite a long list of alias . So I do not know if this is the same person or a different person. But when I search her arrest records they all pop up and under the alias is the name this women goes by.
Being they are know for creating fake IDs is this a way they can be used ?? I am not familiar with this so I hope someone can help understand this better.

This is what I have found which makes me even more interested in this person because the arrest record would be shocking if they are for this person and we have seen some pretty crazy arrests records already.

After seeing a few with several different aliases now, I've been assuming that they get arrested and give different names (or parts of names) they've taken from people whose info they've stolen. I'm not even sure this woman is actually related to that other person, or if it's just a last name they've thrown out to LE when they've gotten picked up once again, but I've been wondering.
