B3 knows a lot, true. I do think FBI and ATF are only 2 of the agencies involved behind the scenes — this is just my opinion, but I think they’re close to wrapping this up which is why they’re doing the last minute pleas to secret witness in conjunction with latest media reports. I’m guessing they’ll do one of those big raids and gather everyone at once, laying low til the right minute - one of those 4 am wake-up knocks. It’ll be interesting to see which one of the players caves first in order to save themselves/family.

I can definitely see rats sinking the ship in this case, but these appear to be some scared rats!

Maybe that's why there is so much activity, numerous arrests with numerous charges yet only to be dismissed. Perhaps somebody is talking? I saw online that SB (chiro) is being sued in civil court. Looks like PI auto case. Looks like they are going to jury in September.....

I'm pretty out of ideas at the moment. But I have always wondered what MQ's criminal history was in San Diego (and other counties, if there are any). Has anyone been able to see those records? I've tried, but can only find that you have to play for criminal records in S.D.

I'm running out the door, but before I do, I want to ask something. I'm wondering if one or both of those "fake" MQ accounts aren't really fake, although it does appear likely. Can anyone give me an idea of the info behind that assertion? I'm curious as to how solid it is.

For people asking about the initials I mentioned on another post a bit ago, look at MQ's actual FB profile. Only one person liked his cover pic (the flag). Look at that person's followers. I can only see 4 of 12. The MQ "fake" account followers and THEIR followers are chock full of potential, too. Lots of dots connecting.

We have to operate under the notion that WHOEVER called out MQ and said “I know about San Diego” could have been mistaken as there was a MQ convicted of second degree murder in San Diego about 9 or 10 years ago. Not the same MQ in question in this case.

I haven't been able to find a lot in San Diego other than harrassment charges with MQ and KQ and landlord/ property cases.

Okay, maybe the commenter was confusing him with another MQ. I know this can easily happen. Just thought to ask since I've never seen his criminal court stuff in S.D and wondered if there was something we hadn't known about.

Also, I'm a local but late to following the case. I only really started hearing about it when they made the discovery in the Kern River. Thus, I'm a little lost and have tried to catch up here and on fb. I'm following all of the initials except for JD? Can someone share that with me in a private message? Also, I've heard the theory that BD disappeared because she knew too much of what happened to MH, but my question is, if that is true, why did a month go by after his last sighting and her reported disappearance? This leads me to not believe that was the motive in her disappearance.

No comment on what was in the bag. Haven’t heard anything and it would be inappropriate to speculate. Though I assume there were other items with it that led authorities to believe he was murdered. I’m not sure if an arm by itself is enough to classify as a murder, but it could be.

I’d like to believe BD is still alive. I know that might not sit well with those close to her, so delete if too sensitive. If there is a sex trafficking angle and that’s not just smoke being blown up our you know what, her being alive could be likely. No, I don’t think she met the same fate as MH. But that’s just my opinion. MH was a loose cannon leading up to his disappearance and even if BD knew about what happened, I don’t think she received the same treatment as him. He was way more involved in this than she seems to have been. Her story sounds like she was just with the wrong people, at the wrong place, at the wrong time.

I’m sure LE is on this but if I am then I’m looking at all players involved homes. Checking bank statements for building supplies, mainly concrete. Any new concrete slabs poured. I’m finding out the source/reasons of SW selling 2000 dollar GPS equipment online. If MQ was a real man he’d speak out, and if he’s innocent as he claims, why is he being so combative with those looking for BD? He’s hiding a lot, I think we all know that. I’m sure his past is being ran through with a fine comb. Has to be troves of information the public just doesn’t know.

Your comment about the concrete slab was interesting, esp since several people involved seem to have ties to concrete companies/laborers. Reminds me of the case of Chris Bagley found last week, and Jesse Leopold’s dad’s quest to find him.
