A month since Seattle hiker was reported missing in Southern California

Billy Pierson was last seen in early August when he split up with his hiking partner to attempt a solo climb. His car was found in the Big Pine Creek area Sept. 10.

In one of the photos - the knot on his climbing equipment looks like a Figure 8 with a Yosemite Finish. IMO he's no novice.
